App is mor stable however please remove the notification about activating MIA after logging to app. If I'd want to activate the feature, I would.

Transaction history is awful. It shows the payments after 2 days. Not helpful at all.

Not showing balance, frequently say check your network no connection but i have internet. 2. Reinstalled, clear data an cache, try to change username or accout. It shows to contact administrator..

Login is terrible, I had to change my pass already several times. Now I don't even know it. Thank you for looping me into reset password forever.

The worst mobile banking app. I have to go to the bank in order login into the app, because the login doesn't work and the support cannot help.

One of the most important thing missing in this app, to calculate and show how much money was before and after each transaction. Is just useless.

Can not see the pending transactions. There is no way you can track your payments. It only shows the blocked amount of money for all the payments.

Worst banking app I've had. The balance keeps changing amounts even though I'm not doing any transaction and it takes a couple of days to show the correct one, more than 1 week.

Samsung S8 fingerprint Login does not work! I shift selector for fingerprint Login activation, but it goes back to "not active" position immediately. And nothing is possible to do.

One of the worst bank applications on the market. The biggest issue is the account balance, it never shows the payment transactions on time, usually after several days you can see your true monetary situation.

Very poor online banking app. Hard to login difficult proces of registration, no transaction information. Still not able to figure out anything in this app... Beeing a young man with some software knowledge, but what can I say about the older generation... Not user friendly, if I will be honest.

Hey does this app work for Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro? Instal/Uninstall doesn't help. Problems with 6 digit code - I've tried multiple times completely diferent and random numbers - 80% fails with security alert. If you are happy and pass the step of entering secret code it fails with session expired message.

Just awful! All you can do is to check your balance but even this function is working bad, you will see your actions after 1-3 days (it can be payment or withdrawal). So basically you never know how much money you really have on your account. The app is refreshing and loosing the info about password and login. If you are trying to click "forgot password" it's useless.When you are calling to customer service they tell you to come to the bank :) No words.

Doesn't show your transaction history and REAL balance in real time. Very difficult to login and set up this app. Not user friendly at all. Useless app at this point. It's easier to just go to the nearest ATM and check your balance there than going through the trouble of tinkering with this app.

Absolutely disappointed in this application. It is almost useless. It is extremely hard to make it work on your own. The balance sometimes gets updated, and sometimes it doesn't. The transaction history is very bad so many high amount transactions don't appear there. You just can't trust this application.

It does not work on Samsung A53, worst UX I have seen in my IT carrier. Meaningless errors displayed to user.

I have used many banking apps from the Republic of Moldova and this is by far the worst one. It simply does not work properly; there is no real-time balance update, no purchase notifications, the spending history is updated randomly (some times it can take a couple of minutes, some times it takes days) and some expenses are not displayed at all, and the balance from the app is different from the balance you see when checking at an ATM. Please hire competent programmers and fix your app!
