What's the purpose of having it when you can't even open it!? It somehow worked until yesterday, now it wont even load. As a serious banking provider this should be a great issue for you, your customers expect reliability, but this is far from it. Customers are dealing with their money in your app, it should be always reliable, robust and ready to work!

Account randomly locked, although I entered the PIN that I use every day and know is correct. The newest problem is that get "IO error. Certificate pinning failure!..." and can't enter the app for 2 days. I uninstalled it and tried to install again, but it won't install either. Edit:I've had many issues since the first comment, bugs on the user interface, app didn't accept the correct pin and locked me again, then I received new authentication code which didn't work, horrible app, full of bugs!

Unreliable from beginning, ever since the first transition from Société Generali the experience deteriorated from bad to worse. The app itself is lagging, most of it features are not working the basic stuff like update on how and where you spent your money have delay for few days up to a week the reports don't list through. Completely dissatisfied impression. I'm glad I'm leaving this bank!

Same app as before, except the IPS payment option refuses to focus the camera, something the previous version of the app had no problem with. One has to restart the IPS option multiple times to get the camera to refocus. Otherwise fine. EDIT: works much better now, I just haven't got around to changing the review, good job fixing the app!

This app provides a number of options, but it's useless cause you cannot open it. Usually I manage to open it from a 4th-5th attempt. It just shows the black screen although I cleared my cash memory. Also, quite often my m-card option doesn't work, it just gives the message that the operation is failed and then I pay with the plastic card regularly. You should definitely look into this issues since, based on the majority of comments here, we all face with them.

Absolutely shameful and useless application. You cannot enter your PIN in order to transfer on the phone, or to log in online on the PC because you need a code from the mobile app. Basically you get nowhere and you can't do anything. Absolutely absolutely useless and it has been like this for at least 3 months now. This is, among other reasons, is why I will change banks ASAP.

Latest update - cannot even open the app. When I manage and try to log-in - it crashes... If there was an option to give 0 stars - I'd do so. Edit: I'd give you -1 now. Cannot open the app at all. Cleared cache, reopened app, force stop etc. Nothing works. Colleagues and friends have the same issue.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong here so I'd appreciate an answer. Whenever money is transfered to my account, I never get a notification about it. Notifications were set to SMS but I was geting nothing. I switched it to 'Notifications' via internet, and I'm still getting nothing when money is transfered to my account. Is this some sort of a bug? I feel as this is one of the most basic things that a banking app should have working properly....

Pretty good app for Serbian standards, but I have two issues (Samsung S21): 1) account payments are not updating in real time and sometimes takes days for them to appear, and sometimes they never show up. However, every time I pay, I get push notification and account balance is updating, so that part is working. So it's an issue with account payment listing page.. 2) You added direct debit option for several providers, but when I tried to link my phone plan with A1, it fails at the last step.

This is the worst mobile banking i have ever used. The only use is to see balance and statement, can't transfer funds, and can't be used to pay small payments and many more.

One of worst apps I have ever used: - most frequently it doesn't get activated after first click (I need to leave the app and get in again) - simple info option for fast account state check doesn't work - erasing unused accounts from the list of accounts doesn't exist as an option - changing (updating) data of accounts in the list doesn't exist as an option - review of payment in its original form (filled order form) doesn't exist as an option. Disappointing.

Application somehow worked for a while, after which suddenly stopped (not sure if related to update or not). When you try starting application, only black screen appears and everything stops there. It's completely useless now. Problem was reported through call center, but no real support either, except simple advise for reinstallation and deleting data/cache. Also I was told that someone from IT sector will contact me, but there are no response for almost a week. An absolute disaster!

It was very good app in previous version, very intuitive. Now, it's little bit confusing, but could be that I will get to use to it over the time. Major problem is that after latest update notifications for app are not working, only through SMS option it's sending info. It's not phone issue, it's app issue and it's really uncomfortable. Edit: Notifications are working again. Issue is fixed. Edit again: September 2024. Notifications not working again.

App is solid and easy to use. several times, my account got locked due to frequent travelling and was impossible to activate it remotely.

After the update I can't even see push notifications. It says there is no endpoint for the address, or something like that. Edit: I guess they fixed it, now it is okay.

Terrible... each version is worst and worst. At least this latest version worked. But again since i travel around the globe all the time my account is blocked because probably the ip adress is changing all the time. Now i'm on Tahiti without the application... absolute garbage. Thankfully i have my other bank which has a modern face recognition for log in without any trouble. Hire real programmers !

EDIT: After the last update from a few months ago, the app actually works, and furthermore it looks much, much better, like an actual modern e-banking app. Kudos to the developers for this one. OLD REVIEW: I switched phones and went through the token activation process, it asks for a new PIN number, but when I try to enter it the button to confirm is NOT CLICKABLE. So yeah, I am keeping my old phone around just to have ebanking, cause even the website now requires bloody tokens to log in.
