Ever since I'm using the new app, it's been terrible. I keep having to set up the login every time I try to use it, like I didn't set it up before. Then every other time it says I failed a security check, doesn't say why, then two minutes later I can log in again, thouh I have to redo all the settings again. I also tried to transfer some money with it, it refused it, never said why. The old one worked fine.

This new app doesn't know anything more than the previous one. No qualitative changes, just some new design that's all. And it isn't available in English yet. Hopefully it will be available before the previous application is cancelled otherwise very challenging for non Hungarian speakers to install and it would be very discriminative. And newest permissions I requested from the bank have not been transferred to this new application. Guess I will have to go again to the bank in person.

I started using it today, so I may have missed something. It would be useful, if I can search for a certain transaction and it would list all instances of that transaction. Example: I have a transaction of a monthly subscription of Spotify. If I check my Spotify transaction, it should list all previous Spotify transactions with date. I know I can search for types, like bills, food, etc., but that includes more transactions and sometimes I just want to check if I missed paying something specific in a month. I hope I was clear enough.

Wow... You're telling me I'm supposed to use THIS app for mobile banking starting from next week? I'm terrified. I've managed to open this app maybe twice in my lifetime, since every time it keeps freezing in the main menu. Before you try to troubleshoot: yes I did reset my phone and try again, yes I made sure all of the updates were downloaded, yes I did make sure to close the app and open it again, yes I did try to "wait" for it to load. App isn't in English either.

How to change to English? I have downloaded the app but I am not able to proceed with registration as there is no option to change language. 4th Mar 2022: Update to my previous review. . Hello, thanks for the English version. The app has got quick registration and great UI, especially the monthly expenses showcasing is awesome and helpful. Great work!

The old one was basic, simple, reliable. This is basicly the opposite. When you update the app, it asks you to sign in and register again what takes ages. I'm still waiting for three two-factor-authetication text message. I wanted to sign in one hour ago. Thinking of switching back. Looks fancy but useless in this way.

Cannot register at all. After typing in the necessary data, it goes forward and send the sms code which doesn't accept at all, saying it's wrong, doesn't matter if my phone autofills or i type in manually. Issue is not in the data or the first password as it will not send the sms if any of the info is bad. Why not just stick to the previous app?! Also, no english?!

This would have been an easy 5-star rating, considering the amount of work put into this project. The new app looks amazing especially when compared to the old app. I reserve my 5th star however, because this new app is not inclusive, as the most important part is missing - language change. I believe the team has all it takes to fix that little omission. Great job overall 👏🏾

This application notification is coming Hungary language only.i don't know Hungary language how can i read the message,if can possible to take screenshot i will use translator to English and i can read but that one also not possible to this application not allowed to take screenshot. Please solve this problem

The new app is much better than the old one, however performance issues and some crashing are still occuring every now and then (especially when switching between expense types), but at least it feels like there is a team behind it that work on improvements. Would love to have a stable version so I can leave the text notifications behind. Good luck 👍

As someone that only used the old app to check balance and approve the occasional online payment, this is a huge improvement. The UI design is so much better it's not even funny. I specifically remember having to wait for 9 loading screens until I could approve a payment. It was such a pain that it legitimately put me off from using it. Now, it's quite convenient. And some of the new features, like the ability to add a different OpenBank account? I love it! The only thing that bothers me is that I have to click on Login at the startup screen. Why not just ask for Biometrics immediately? If I don't want to login, I can just dismiss the fingerprint reader and see the existing screen.

It's surprisingly good. It's slow but I assume it's because of security stuff in the background that I'm nowhere close to qualified to comment on. One big issue I have is that on my phone I have animations disabled which causes the app to just not work. When logging in the bioscanner doesn't come up, after typin in the pin it just gets stuck and I need to go back to trigger the automatic forwarding to my account.
