I have some osaio smart plugs, they work well, I wanted to get a camera or two... cant find them anywhere?!? All searches take me to other makes... how can I know if these are compatable with the same app?

Don't know how will the shared user view or review recorded video on SD card, since I can only view it on my side as owner of the device. Hope you can add features where they can also review videos.

Support not good. For some reason recordings will not play back on the app. was working fine then stopped. Tried everything. Have emailed etc but nothing back not great customer service

Swiping outwards with both fingers activates zoom which I didn't know about. Only downfall is it doesn't let me use third party apps like ispy to view on larger screens

Good camera when first installed it used to take 6 minuits now it takes 2 hours for video to open tried online chat all I get is can't understand the question what a load of rubbish both cameras have the same thing rong with them only started happening since the clocks changed I have tried everything and nothing work's subscribed to Cloud taking to long to open as well email them about it nothing is being done about it what a rip off Cloud is not worth subscribing to going back to my old camera

Picture quality is pretty good and audio is alright but the audio when talking to the camera through my phone or other devices isn't very clear and its a shame that separate subscriptions are needed per camera.

It sucks I can't pay my subscription. And ooh wow after reading these reviews I won't be needing to pay not a penny more to this company anyway. Why would I ? I need something dependable and stable. It's a security system but yet they are at customers pockets on a sneaky level too. No thanks id rather a dog then y'all. Get it together scammers

Whenever I want to use my Google assistant to control my outlets, I cannot make it work for the first time try. I have to say it again or tell Google assistant to try again to control my outlets. Maybe the developer should add some kind of server in North America to enhance the experience.

Great camera, ruined by this software. For motion detected events, does not show thumbnails of motion, just a stock image. Delete all does NOT delete all images (even though it ticks them all for deletion). Ignores the detection area, and regularly moves the camera to a different area! For detection area, you can only have one area controlled by one rectangle. Having to (reluctantly) return the camera as a result.

Worked brilliantly for first 2-3 weeks, then lost all functionality of the timer sections. Tried the Live Chat to resolve but got an unable to help response, shortened my question on several occasions, still same response. Even when I typed "useless" it was still unable to help. The picture indicate you can set up a Group Schedule but this feature isn't available in the app, which is disappointing. Contacted support as advised but got no response

Has worked perfectly so far though I do no subscriptions, basically use as ip cameras to pull up live feeds and take screenshots. Wish the video quality was a bit better but that's on the camera's themselves, app works perfectly to date.

Easy to use but the reason it's not 5* Is the detection isn't that amazing, I pay for the premium, I turned off vehicle detection yet it still picks it up, it thought a bird was a vehicle even though I have animal detection on. If they worked the id be very happy especially for the price! Camera was £15 and the quality was surprisingly good!

For the past one month PTZ feature takes time to take effect. Buffs for almost a minute to effect the changes. Frustrating. No issue with wifi network as I have another camera from a different company that is working connected to the same network.

Awful app, has no picture when you get an alert so you have no idea what set it off without going into the videos which sometimes there are loads and now for some reason it's not recording any alerts at all and no matter what settings I put it on it makes no difference Complete waste of time

The app lags with the camera, it also makes the images pixelated, support tells you to update the firmware (which you cannot do because it won't allow you to), you can only have 3 others on the camera share, and the paid subscription is ONLY for seeing the saved video recordings. You can't even watch the days recordings without that subscription.

Lags on older phone s9 and s20. No lag from my s21 ultra. Don't know about Apple products. Like the features as well, on and off function, set times, turn IR on and off. Can't wait to see how far this goes on features and updates. Also I would just buy an micro SD card the cloud feature isn't my thing. As far as people having problems with connecting to there internet it maybe the router. I had to update mine before it worked correctly. Hope this helps.

Functionality of the app and cameras are good. I do have a subscription but they will cancel your account without warning and raise the price amount for the subscription. They've done this to me a few times now. There have been events i needed to download for legal purposes only to find out i have no subscription and there is only live feed. Until my new cameras arrive ill be stuck using these. I honestly feel scammed and taken advantage of.
