I'm so disappointed by this app. Since it latest update i haven't been able to login cuz they keep saying I should check ify sim is perfectly inserted and I have checked and tried again but nothing, I uninstalled the app and installed it back but nothing so you guys shout check what's wrong with app and fix it cus it's 4months now I'm unable to login

Since the latest update, I don't have access to the app. It keeps asking to get off WiFi while I am on data the whole time. Only menu I have access to now are "contact us" and "service info". Basically useless now.

the app is absolutely fantastic for mobile payment, extremely easy to handle and highly fluid in interactions, the only demeaning factor is data, when there's an issue over the network or something it's impossible to use at all, but generally speaking I'm satisfied 😊😊😊

With Orange money app, I can now transfer money and even check my balance with a single tap. I would have given you five stars but no because there is no option like buying EDSA topup or electricity bill using using this app. Please try and and fix that, we are really going through hard moments in dailing codes just to buy EDSA topup. May this issue be fixed upon your next update. To crown it all I really love and admire the build up of the application. It's simplier and easier to use.

Very very bad experience. I surprisingly found some sum of money in my orange money account, l called 8900 the client service to know the number that sent the money, and was told to download this Application in order to see the number. I did so but couldn't find the number. I called again 8900 and was told to uninstall the application and reinstall it once more to see the number. I did so, but unfortunately l couldn't still see it. Their reactions reveal that there's nothing they can do for me.

Better have country specific applications that can be used everywhere. This application doesn't give you the possibility to introduce your country phone number. It directly forces you to use a local phone number. It becomes useless in such conditions, as you can not use your account when you are in roaming.

Since I downloaded the latest version I can't connect properly to the server. I run the diagnostic tool, everything is fine except for its connexion to the server. please fix this problem. My network is 100% fine, Since I can use all my other apps as usual without any problems

Terrible experience. The app suddenly won't let me login saying it's not available in my country. Yet I'm in Cote d’Ivoire which is in the list provided. Also, for close to 2 years I simply cannot pay my CIE bill and agents in branches cannot help either. They might be better of giving us back the bank transfer option on USSD.

This app is exceptionally good but it need few security update and need more fertility like buying some data bundle from the app that are available in the short code service like Yo! bundle, kola and more. It will be nice if i can be able to use the app for all purposes without worried about the stress of using the short codes.

The service is useful and efficient, but the app is not optimized. The system of fingerprints does not work correctly on my phone. It would be great if the app match the interface of Max It too. Thanks!

Make it possible to use the account within another country. For example having an Ivorian orange number account but living in Guinea 🇬🇳 and vice versa. This makes it more operational through roaming.

very good app it is not much different from having a bank account, and sending and transferring money is so quick in an instant. Definitely I recommend it to everyone.

The Orange Money application is nice, but the problem I have is that when using the application form transfer,it doesn't show the receipted (beneficiary)Name, and that is bad 😞, your team needs to work on it as soon as possible..... I rate your two star ⭐
