I think this game is practically amazing. Would have been more stars if there were other ways of getting cash to build the hospital without waiting forever or spending real money. The surgeries are tricky. The mini lessons before starting a new procedure goes too quickly for you to catch how to save the patients. And the little messages in the loading page are unreadable. I can barely get a few words from the tips to help with game play.

It is a great game but takes forever to earn money and your employees stamina just drains so fast even upgrading their skill sets. Needing more staff, Good luck with that because saving money to purchase a staff member takes a while then you get a duplicate or another nurse. It is very frustrating because I like playing but the balance is completely off. You basically need a fortune in money and hearts to have a decent time with the game. Its just crazy.

Fun in the beginning but quickly becomes annoying. The touch screen dont always work properly which results is harming your patient during surgeries. I'm on level 15 now and continue to get the same handful of surgeries and mini games over and over. Staff is duplicated more times than not even when you pay for premium members. The algorithm for staff seems to be off. You end up with to many of some types of staff and not enough to play with others. This game could be awesome with a little bit of work. Edit...Many months later and I'm still playing. The game can be boring and repetitive but it works for my busy lifestyle. It is nice to be able to play when I have time and not worry about the game when I'm busy. There has been many changes and the game is improving.

This is definitely a good app with great graphics & tasks. There's lots of different things to do so it doesn't really get boring. Everyone is right, it's hard to earn the money and points to do anything. The wait times are literally HOURS for a task. And you have to wait HOURS to earn money or points by watching ads. This app is good to play every once in a while since you have to wait so long. Other than that, great concept. There are other apps like this that you can probably switch to btwn

Really fun game, I like it a lot and I've been playing it for awhile. Need new surgeries. Should be more and different staff members for 2nd hospital. Cut down just a little on the ads so that every time I do one thing an ad doesn't pop up and then after the ad, my internet connection suddenly isn't good enough. Also, when is season 3 coming out? It's been "coming soon" for quite some time now. All in all, fun game, just a few points I think should be fixed.

Unplayable. When I'm coming back, it says "collect" so I did. The menu stays over everything. I can't close it no matter what I do. No way to send an error report. The game is also way too slow to upgrade and complete any mini games. Maybe 1 mini game per day because I'm not checking back in every 2 hours after the missions. Nearly unplayable when working.

it's a awesome game but there are WAY too many ads. I've had the game for about 2 days & now about every 3rd finished task an ad will pop up once I claim the prize. I can't skip the ads either. There shouldn't be anything over 30min of real time. I want to play a game, not have a virtual life. Then it keeps wanting to download more of the game that takes up space.

loved it at first, I liked the separate challenges, new staff and how there were missions. Then after a couple months it updated so you could have a new location so you had two hospitals instead of one at all times so three if there was a separate challenge time. It would normally make my phone hot but now it made it hotter and it would freeze all the time. lately I haven't played it because of the new update and needing space on my phone I uninstalled it.

Would give it 5 star when i have just started. But recently i have realised that every time i enter the game, the app will just close after playing for about 2 minutes. It always happens when i try to appoint the staffs to their departments. I was trying to upgrade the dedication of my paramedic. Right after doing that, the game crashed on me and i lost both money and the supplies. Please fix this issue, thank you :).

Honestly, after four years of playing on and off on multiple devices, there are some pros and cons. Some pros for the game are the various surgeries you could learn about and visualize how to do with amazing graphic quality. But one major con I noticed are the seasonal hospitals. Some of the seasonal hospitals are very hard to complete. I made it through the entire seasonal hospital except one room and it had asked for me to donate a million dollars. I feel this should be lowered, a lot.

Very fun game the graphics are amazing! I'm a nurse so for me it reminds me of work that's what I love most about the app. But the reason I gave only 2 stars is because it keeps kicking me out in the middle of operations and when it reloads the stimina is gone from my staff and I lose rep! Which isn't fair since it's not my fault the game crashed and restarted. It happens allllllll the time thinking about deleting the app if it keeps on going like this!

Was really loving this game. Simulation is pretty realistic and the stress of actually trying to run a hospital was definitely real! Things were getting pretty good and all of a sudden, the game won't finish my upgrades. I added a 4th floor and upgraded my breakroom and they had well enough time to complete (even got a pop up notification that says it was completed) but the time on the different areas keep increasing and they arent available to view. When I click on info, it force closes me out.

Would give it more than 2 stars, but you constantly have to use money to keep up. Not only that, but when you attempt to do surgeries such as the fractured legs, it wont allow you to suture up the leg, no matter how many different ways you attempt to suture it, thus causing you to fail even though you did everything correctly. The game definitely either needs and update or needs the glitches looked at, as this has happened several times now.

The games graphics are SUPER NICE. I LOVE IT!!! But I hate the slowness of the game. The game is so fun itself that I wish there weren't such long idle times. Compensation is to low compared to all the things you need to buys prices. The money you earn needs to be increased by like 5× what it is. Sometimes the game cheats and gives you an x when you are doing the action. The storylines are cool too. Hate there's no way to see all the supplies you have. Some changes would make it perfect

This game would have 5 stars if it didn't have SO MANY GLITCHES!! It's crazy how many there are. Honestly, just send out an update and fix it. I'll give you ** When you go to do a surgery or operation, the whole screen turns black and the when it comes back on, some of the body parts are still black and the tools don't work. Its really annoying and it needs to be fixed.

I love the set up but there are quite a few bugs and errors that need to be fixed still. Game sometimes randomly shuts down and the progress is lost for where you were at. As well as there are times where I've been in the middle of a surgery and the whole game will freeze. Aside from some bugs that can be fixed the games fun. Looking forward to more holiday hospitals!

Downloaded this game a couple hours ago, was excited to play it and when i got the chance to actually play it after about an hour to actually download, i found that the game was a really clever, unique take on its subject matter. The graphics were stellar, the premise and the story line are on point and the way the gam is set up is perfect for the way one is suppose to play the game. HOWEVER I think the only thing i have a problem with is actually loading the game to the point where i am able to play and progress in the story. Upon initial download, it let me play for about twenty minutes and then the screen went black and i had to exit out of the game altogether. When i tried to get back to the main page with the tasks and whatnot, it WOULD NOT load. It continuously said that i could not play because i had no wifi connection which was not true in the slightest. Have not been able to play at all since initial download. Please fix.

I used to play this game a year ago, it was lovely. Since I've downloaded it again, the ads are ridiculous. So many ads you can't even play the game and nothing to purchase to get rid of the ads as i like the game enough to pay a couple of bucks to make it ad free. Just recently its also crashing every 2 minutes or so, impossible to play between crashing, long loading time, and ads. Super disappointing for such a fun game otherwise.

the game has been fun, interesting, and i totally got hooked...but it keeps not loading. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled it... but then, it forces you to go through a few stages before you can connect it to the cloud and get back to your stats. unfortunately, with this kind of super basic issue....that's overcomplicated by a design issue when the game is first redownloaded...i can't recommend this app. if it worked, I'd definitely recommend it. it was really fun while it lasted.

Disappointed in myself for wasting money on this game. Gameplay is good, but when you try to make a purchase to remove ads(any purchase is supposed to remove ads), the purchase goes through and you get a loading death loop. The loading never finishes, and you have to restart the game. But if you restart the game, it doesn't process that you made a purchase, so you still get ads. I made 2 purchases and I still get ads.
