I did a job for survey by merchandise and openforce is my distributor for payments. I finished the job 3 months ago, and have never received my payment! Openforce says I gave them the wrong acct and routing number for my chime card and now they won't pay me! What's wrong with this picture! I've even talked to a supervisor and sent them a picture of my paperwork from chime and they say it is wrong! Sick and tired of having to call them everyday asking where my money is!

if it's an app then why does it try to open in Chrome plus it doesn't even open it says for me to try deleting my catch and cookies, in which I have and it doesn't help

doesnt work like the web site. I reinstalled many times and still doesnt have the settlement option. So I can view my settlement.

I'm not sure what has changed with this company but for some reason, this year I've had the most troubling time to receive my direct deposit. I've had to go through many changes to receive my funds.

I've been enrolled for two years, and sometime last year Survey finally paid me for some work I did, and it's just been sitting there in the settlements, and no one notified me. I went to cash it out, and none of my info changed and they're saying I'm not enrolled, but if I follow sign up link, it says I'm already enrolled.. maddening..

App locks up after signing in. Will not get past the "Sit tight while we setup" "Please excuse the brief wait while we fetch your data". Brief wait has taken 30 minutes so far. It happens on both my Android Tablet and Phone

Cannot switch my routing information for direct deposit. Pressed 1 for English and the person on the other was difficult to understand. After 38mns of frustration Mohmmad still couldn't provide any positive hope.

sucks. can't log in. September now and still can't log in. Customer service is useless. I need to update my direct deposit info but the only way to do that is the mobile app. If there was a way to give a -0, I would do so.

app keeps closing. opens for 3 secs then closes out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. cleared caches. and restarted my phone. just looking for understanding so I can resolve.

I've had this app for 2 months, and I'm not impressed. This app only worked correctly the first time I downloaded it. After the initial download, for some reason, the app refuses to update, and I haven't been able to view my recent settlements for the last 4 weeks. I've tried refreshing & logging out, which didn't work. I even spoke with a representative (Sandra), and she told me all I can do is uninstall and reinstall the app, which again didn't work. Issue is still not resolved as of now.
