Oh, I didn't notice this reviews. Yes, they're right. Me too , I have so many errors with this app. I thought it was my phone problem but now I see. If I top up 3000, I loose over 2000 but I didn't borrow anything . That's so amazing and Omanji game is ever error with me and finally, I got invalid request. Could you fix your app if not so you shouldn't promote for Omanji cause it's doesn't work. You know we need more packages. Thanks.

They send me I get 500MB data bonus in a message after I updated my profile. Then I checked my balance in the app, there is no bonus data. When I asked the operator, they said I can get the gifted data after updating the app. But after I updated the app there is no changing. This is very disappointing!

Something went wrong again & again. I wanna show my record video for this app how much it is hang. Not one time and it's go wrong again and again. The worst mobile phone app. But we can't choose the best one for our country condition. So annoying!

Error occured while playing oomanji. I had to try several times to buy a 925mb package, and finally, I was able to buy the package, but it didn't unlocked the game level. So, what's the point of buying oomanji package? And this is not the first time I found this error. It happened to me once until recently. You just keep letting me down. Please take this problem seriously and fix it ASAP!

Very poor user interface. I can't even type the phone number in log in screen. It is overlapping with terms and conditions. 5" screen. All those developers and testers are sleeping? This issue has been arose several months ago. Poor quality app with poor development team. What is the purpose of the app if we can't even log in?

This app is always error and needs a lot of to repair for to make it easier to use and more convenient. It's really frustrating. You will always have to log in again and again. Sometimes you will not be able to login again. If you log in again, you will have to re-enter your phone number several times.we are considering whether to use this app again.

Your Ooredoo apk has a lot of issues. You can't skip unwanted ads in the latest version either. Also, do you not know or see that there are so many issues in football(Done Done Done)? As a major operator, you should maintain the quality of the apk. With goodwill. thanks.

* I have latest version 1. It forcefully make the user update the app. 2. You can't skip unwanted ads. 3. Promises to give data pack if you update but users get nothing after update. 4. Users buy data, they charge the money but don't get promised data. 5. Have to login each time. Exiting the app logs you out and when you need to use the app you have to login all over agin. 6. Extremely bad optimization. 7. Keeps on sending annoying messages & calls.

They are stealing the data and bill more than the acutual amount. Sometimes, while you are using internet, they will charge from both your data and bill even though data is only needed to cut. When you start to notice, your data and bill will be gone. You app is also too much lagging and loading time is long. Both service and this needs to fix.

guys! the app keeps logging out. It asked the OTP again and again. But when OTP reaches it's going into the app for like a few seconds or sometimes it even can't get it. All your data and phone call plans with bonuses ( omanji, don don etc) can only be purchased in the app. But the app is keeps crushing and it's so frustrating. All these starts around mid of April 2022. I always turn off the VPN whenever i wanna purchase....

I have been using ooredoo simcard since 2017 but I haven't got any satisfaction.The service part is very bad during this year. Internet data often runs out before it expires. There is no better offer than other operators. I have never received 10gb in 8 years of use.

Bad internet speed my ping keep spiking up to 250ms every 2 sec imagine taking my money and still giving me bad internet speed 👎👎👎 and your mini games are lame very boring and the music is awful too 👎👎 a least give me good internet speed 🤬🤬 the app is full of ads 👎 the app is full of bugs 🤮🤮

What happened when transfer from CB pay to M pitesan. If under on maintenance they should be informed first to customer. And so many SMS alerts and ads also. Absolutely bad. Should separate Ooredoo App and M Pitesan App.
