Raised a ticket to rectify the amount charged in my bill for the services that I have never opted for (I regularly experience this issue). Received an email response for sharing the screenshot of additional charges. The ticket that I raised (ticket # SBJG-76924) is not appearing in my account, and on searching the ticket, the app is getting disconnected. Totally frustrating experience with Oredoo...

This app doesn’t work properly, especially when you want to purchase a SIM card through it. It always shows that the civil ID details are expired, even though the civil ID is valid. I also tried the iOS version and faced the same problem. There are probably some technical bugs in the Ooredoo app, as it cannot read customer civil id details properly. Please sort out this problem.

It's almost 6 days and still UNDER MAINTENANCE this app How can i pay my bills if like this cannot even send 1 rial to my sister 🤬

This app requires a lot of improvements. User require auto renewal for all the subscriptions on two scenarios 1) when the credit balance is expired 2) when the credit period is expired. Second option is there, but it is useless, when the credit is expired earlier than the validity period. I am a Shababiya classic user. I will give 5 stars when thses features are there.

15 July 2019: no the Ooredoo app is still not working properly. I updated it today and it is now missing key features, it is also crashing🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 13 October 2018: months later and the Ooredoo app is still not working. Keeps crashing. I downloaded it from Google Play today. 20 May 2018: very poor app, it keeps crashing and does not provide important functions. I downloaded it from Google Play on 19 May 2018.

Update: app was working fine but payment system is not. I recharged using dept card and deducted the amount from my back account but there was no credit in app's account. I waited for 10 days but the amount wasn't refunded to my banck account. Please review and fix the issue. Also, please save me the pain whenever I want to recharge my credit I have to enter dept card details everytime. Omantel has much user friendly way in terms of recharging. Please fix this as well.

At start it's a good app but it needs improvements such as it terms of plans that I do subscribe to. For example if I have had 2 internet plans it will not show you how many MB I had consumed in the 2 plans. Second if my subscription ends I will end up looking for a wifi connection to subscribe to a new plan. Hope you have heard about low speed connection Ooredoo.

Easy to use. But sometimes the app log out itself out and I have to wait for a few hours to log in again because it keeps saying there is an error. This rarely happens, maybe once a month so it doesn't bother me too much. Another issue is that the app will mention that I have a few Gigabytes of data left but then I receive a text message saying that I ran out of data which confuses me. I usually just follow the app until I ran out of data mentioned there.

Very bad. NOT even one star. Not able to recharge from the app. Always showing web page expired. Tried from multiple mobile. even in a new mobile same problem is coming. So it's the problem with the app. Because of this I credited 9 OMR in multiple transactions through ONEIC app. I recieved successful credit from both Oreedoo and ONEIC app. But now the balance is not shown in Oreedoo app. I have raised a complaint through feedback mechanism in app, but no response yet.

Everything is excellent, but there are mistakes, like to transferring credit card vouchers to others, needs to send it like a gift, and we need to pay extra credit for sending. Other people they're using bank apps to transfer credit cards, it looks like we are sending money not a credit voucher. Other than that it's looks easy from banking accounts, but we have to add a content account. "We like to learn from others who have more knowledge like us and others".

Worst experience using Ooredoo, I didn't receive financial and other otp sms and the customer service agents kept insisting it my phones fault. I had to get a new IPhone unnecessarily because of their inability to fix the issue and still it dint work. Finally ported out to another service provider and immediately I started getting the sms. Ooredoo has to improve it's ability to do Root Cause Analysis properly.

The App has too many unnecessary ads. SWITCH TO OOREDOO while using Ooredoo App Genius!!. While working in App there are too many pop ups rendering the app distracting and inefficient. Needs looking into.

3omr (10 to 10) 24GB data plan while connecting to my laptop the network speed is very very low, I cannot able to search the web page in the search engine. It taking a lots of time. at the same time in my mobile it's working fine. Ooredoo people's your are not carried for your consumer's. Your are only thinking about the profit only. While the wifi it was not working there is no use of this plan.

Going from good to bad, to worse! Encountered a number of occasions recently where the app just loads endlessly, goes under maintenance, or is down due to "no internet connection", while all other apps running at the same time have no issues! I eventually stopped trying to recharge on this app and started using ONEIC instead. Unbelievable!

The worst app ever. Can't login using fast login. Just keeps failing telling something went wrong. What exactly went wrong? Not informative error message at all. Looks like any exception processed as unexpected error. App doesn't look like native android app, more like just browser. Every page is fully loaded from server which consumes more data. Please make your android development team work harder.

Downloaded the app to be able to pay bill through the app, so I have one less thing to go out for during the Pandemic. I have Credit card has been set up, have used before, but now only get the message "oops! Server cannot be found." Messages get through to me trying to sell me extra plans, but never get a call to help with this issue.

The app is designed well but in terms of the user experience it is not practical at all the whole point of having apps like these is to decrease the amount of time we spend to accomplish a task and so far using this app the only thing I feel is frustrated. Login to my account is a nightmare even after I login it is really slow and most of the time it crashes. I hope that in future updates you would look into these issues.

I subscribed to the Shahry Endless plan online — no store visit required. But when I wanted to unsubscribe, customer care told me I must go to a physical store to cancel. Why make it easy to join digitally but hard to leave? This feels like a red flag. Everything should be manageable through the app or customer care — especially when the subscription didn't require in person notification
