The current update is awful. A lot of features were removed from the previous version. Yes, the user interface improved, but the user friendliness went the opposite. No more option to edit Recipients, Add Nickname, Estimate Amount and more. And the app icon is similar to a media player app, which is a bit confusing.

The new app with eKYC is not allowing us to register and suggests visiting the store. While at the Ooredoo store, they told me to do it in the app. I am trying to tell them that the app is not working and suggested visiting the store, but apparently, they can't do anything about it. Can anyone help?

Changed Rate after Cash-in and confirming Transfer. Get FX Rate notification. Cash-in money. Choose MoneyGram. Fill and Confirm details and Rate. Hit send on Transfer. Remittance gets rejected coz of Rate Change. Now my Cash is stuck in Wallet and I have to send at lower Rate compared to other options. Cherry on cake MoneyGram still has old/higher Rate on app for Cash Pickup, which is never the case.

Terrible service from Ooredoo money. I have send Moneygram payment 3 days ago, no one can give me a answer why the money isnt in ny bankaccount yet. Im just being told to wait! Last time I do Ooredoo Money transfer. Dont be scammed!

Ooredoo apps good but for local wallet transfer or withdraw from ATM the charge is so high. I hope they reduce charge in a future. so we can use easily with high priority. thanks

Overall, everything is perfect. However, in an emergency, I wanted to recharge my Vodafone account, but there were no options available. This is not a good situation. Please correct this issue.

The payment gateway is not working. I am not able to send money at this time. The app is updated, but I'm not sure what happened as the error keeps appearing. I have to send money ASAP to the home country, but I can't. It is upsetting. Please can you check what the issue is? Thanks.

useless, the ooredo virtual card its supposed to be for transaction but it doesn’t allow you to add into digital wallet to make transaction, just online transaction for that i have cash on delivery option, no need that so called virtual card, i suggest to the ooredoo company to make available their virtual card to make contactless payment same as STC pay in saudi.

Used to be a good app. Since last update I cannot deposit money using debit card as error " received error response from payment gateway" is showing as soon as I enter the amount and review deposit details, even without me entering debit card number etc.

im changing my review from 5 to 3 stars. because of one reason. if you have maintenance and any problem with the app or the system, PLEASEEE it should be known to us from the very beginning. not to the point I Already place my money on the Ooredoo Wallet and then you will post a message within the app that there's a system problem. I need to need money ASAP if i knew that i cant make a transfer using your app, i will find another way to send money. this is so problematic.
