I got a lot of messages saying download the app and get prizes like 500 nis.. I did, and I wish if I didn't... just give me one thing that is working in the app. Even I didn't receive any prize. However, removing the app...

The worst service ever! So disappointed! Very bad service, the technical support man was very stupid in his dealings, his aim was to provoke the customer and distract him in order to undo his claim for his dues, my 3g service was deleted and I asked them to transfer money to my balance, but they did not do so, and they blamed the center that had charged my 3g the balance ,instead of correcting the problem.. the problem was not solved, this is the last time I deal with them, very frustrating!!!

Very bad experience! The app activates services without any action or consent from the customer, and there is no option for a refund even if you don’t benefit from the service at all. Customer support is also extremely poor and shows no care about customer satisfaction. Terrible experience, I do not recommend this app at all.
