Don't purchase it, never worked. I was on the phone with tech support for over an hour. Issue was never resolved. Tech support refused to transfer to customer care to cancel. Do your research on your sites. They suck.

All the old options are gone. Wants me to set up 4G or Telo air 2. I have neither. Cant get past this screen. I have base station with USB and Bluetooth adapter. App is worthless. Had to hardwire again to laptop. Although all my info was in there.

Needs an "all done" button in the 45 minute wait time section so one can exit early if download is complete, along with a note to say "unit has completed download when light is blue and play button is lit" but outside the annoying 45 minute wait, app is very good, and setup is a breeze!!!

This app sorta worked, but had to use a combo of this app, manual and computer to get set up and then some luck to figure out why there was an echo with the house phone line. Turned out the echo was caused by a phone splitter attached to wall phone cord.

This Ooma Telo Air 2 DOES NOT CONNECT WIRELESSLY! I REPEAT DOES NOT CONNECT WIRELESSLY!! Just connect the ETHERNET cord and save yourself some time!!! BTW that "picked up the phone and dialed *#*#501. Phone beeps 3 times" does NOT activate the Bluetooth! OOMA, PLEASE FIX THIS APP AND TYE SOFTWARE!

Yet another worthless app coded by idiots. Refuses to connect to new telo BT, though my phone pairs with it. Unable to activate via web mngmt either. Cannot get through to customer service, after wading through phone tree ad nauseum. A replacement telo, supposed to be preconfigured. Nope, another lie. Ooma customer for years, about to become ex customer. Activation of Telos used to be simple. No more. Sent many customers to Ooma over the years (not that they noticed), but never again.

It's been several hours...still can't connect to WiFi. I've used my phone, computer, and router....fail. Great concept. Horrible setup. Wish I knew about the setup process before I made the purchase. Will be returning it.

Wasn't able to port my number, or receive any instructions how to do so and I had to blindly give my credit card without knowing what any possible charges would be, without being able to select a service plan or anything, just to set up an account. Very sketchy! Going to switch back to magicJack which discloses all the charges prior to asking for your credit card. I do not recommend Ooma at all.

I love the service but this app has led to a less than successful setup of my new Phone Genie. Customer service is still new to the device and can only do so much because the app starts the process-except the app works badly! I am unable to use my existing account or setup a new one because the app won't save my information, and scrambles my contact information as I'm typing it in the fields. This is just not well developed.

You can setup your system okay but it doesn't work for showing you your adapter status. It shows your adapter is disconnected even though it works. Called customer support. They had me delete the app then reinstall. After 2 days is doing the same thing. So not being at that site all the time, I don't have a clue if my alarm system is going to dial out if there is a problem.

I can't get the app on my desktop of my phone. I have to go to the Playstation and download it each time if I want to go to it. It used to be on my desktop, but it went away. The customer service people can't help me. They are not knowledgeable about their own product. It's very frustrating. I've called them numerous times with no success. After an hour or more on the phone, I gave up and hung up. I'm very disappointed.

My experience went as smooth as silk. Found a two receiver Telo Air at a thrift store for cheap. Called and had it de-activated. Then few months later when ready to use, got this app, scanned QR, entered my info+a CC# (*) and then was only a few "hit nexts" then it has you wait 40 mins countdown (mine was done in 10 but wait anyway! Cuz at the end it has you hit a button on the base station to confirm everything. ONLY complaint is when I entered my card info it didn't say how much? when?

Setup did not work. Activation failed. Activated device via web browser no problem. App is supposed to show real-time 4G status, can't get it to pair with the Phone Genie. So far, support seems uninformed. But according to other reviews, seems like I'm not the only one failing to get this app to do anything.

Pretty useful app. It has certainly worked for me! Only has a few rough edges, still, but hopefully those will be worked out soon.

Terrible app for setup of my ooma telo air 2. I did end up getting it to connect through wifi on my own after I had been on the phone with customer service and also through their chat feature. They were not able to get it connected. The app is worthless to connect wifi. If you are having trouble, connect the telo air 2 to your computer and it will connect automatically to your network. Then plug in the phone and follow the prompts. Hope this helps someone else!

Frustrating to get to work. It needs Bluetooth to connect to a cell phone but mine refused to do so. I tried repeatedly to no avail. I was going to give up and use Ethernet cable but decided on one last text and suddenly it worked for some reason. I let the app pair with the cell phone and not the other way around. Dont know why the app failed to connect so many times. Finished the install. The phone works fine. The app needs work but the device itself seems good so far.

I have ooma telos 1. Don't know what happened to my original app, it disappeared somehow. So I downloaded an updated app. The app now won't work with the telos 1 because there are no options in the app for it. Says incompatible. I keep getting unsolicited calls and it's very harrassing because they don't stop and don't leave messages. Might be a scam. I can't see who's calling or control anything which the app was good for but not now. This is very upsetting and unacceptable for ooma to do. Scam

For those having trouble connecting the Ooma Telo Air 2 to Wi-Fi read on, I had this issue so what I did was connect it to my internet modem and waited for it to program. Then once it was sat up I picked up the phone and dialed *#*#501. Phone beeps 3 times and that activated the Bluetooth. I then signed out of the app then back in and started the process again with the wifi method and it worked successfully and connected to my wifi. Save time and aggravation and do it this way. It's worth it!

Easy to use to set up the 4G Phone Genie model. However ooma's my.ooma account manager is full of little bugs, like input fields that don't behave correctly (like all the phone fields don't format numbers right for you and throw an error so you can submit forms until you manually type in the number correctly, and there is no hint to how it should be entered). More importantly though: I even received an un encrypted email receipt of my order from them and a temporary password one too!

As many other reviewers have said, this Ooma setup ap is not ready for prime time. Just like most of the other users, I could pair my android with the Telo Air 2, but when it came to clicking the next button in the ap to connect the ap to the Telo Air 2, the displayed connecting circle just goes around and around and after a minute or so, the message 'could not connect to Telo' is displayed. I tried this multiple times with the same results. 500 character limit or I would tell you more!!!!!!!!!!
