The watch and phone are "connected," yet when trying to connect via Bluetooth, it says I need an app in order to turn it on. I have done as directed. The OnWear app on my phone says my notifications are blocked. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both. Switched both off and on. I am currently at the point where I shall return it. I shall raise my hands and apologize if I have been doing something wrong. I am extremely unhappy.

You have been warned. The most important part of a smart watch should be the "Smart" i.e. the App or tech. This app is by far the worst I've experienced. 1. You cannot create an account 2. The blue tooth doesn't connect I know its not our hardware as we have had other watches connected. The watch is fine... The tech is worthless.

When I first got the device it was perfect. You have the ability to change the dial face which I did but after the 2 or 3 time it won't track the milage right. The steps are but it's saying that..for example 7000 steps are 27 miles. I've reset it uninstalled reinstalled still inaccurate the reviews on Amazon were good better then others now that it's way past the return window I feel stuck with it.there was an update it ALMOST fixed the bug on mileage but still not accurate

I recently bought this watch and using the app made easier to my Android phone. All you have to on the app is click the arrow on left side it will send you to the actual app page. Firstly make sure you see your watch on the bloothooth then pair it and go back to the app press find watch it should show your watch in order to connect it. Simple!

I got this watch from Amazon and it says in the description that it is compatible with both Android phones and iphone. And it does exactly that! This watch is a nice product to keep up with your health and keep in check with your notificatons ftom your phone. Next stop for this product should be to add the ability to reply to those messages from your watch! Keep up the good work!❤💖

Doesn't measure sleep patterns. I work nights so I sleep during the day. After 6 to 10 hours of sleep, app says I have been awake the whole time. In 2 months, it has recorded sleep about 4 times. Not accurate on distance. Did 2 miles on treadmill, only registering as 1.8 miles on app. Now did 1.75 miles, only says I did 1.4

I had this watch connected with this app, and now, after a long time of not using it, I can't add it back to my phone. It wasn't even that great the first time I used it, but now I'm going to just get something better quality. I don't know why I get a host name error anytime I try using an account or creating one, but it's not worth the hassle spending anymore time trying to fix what this app refuses to do.

It's works excellent when it stays connected. It disconnects itself at least every 3 days or so & I am not sure why. Sometimes it's the internet or the device it's connected to. Other than that, I really love it & find it very useful.

For now i am very happy with this app. It has all the information needed and compiles it great!! My only issue is that the Dail Gallery does not load after the app is +- 24 hours installed. You have to uninstall and reinstall the app then you loose all you data. Please have a look at it. My wife also uses it and it does the same on a different watch. I have the Smart Watch LW09 and she has the LW07

I am returning this watch. It is quirky. One day a specific interface will shoe up, such as stress, meditate ticking down slow breathing, or the oxygen saturation worked once, then gone. An entire list of icons and apps showed up, then gone. Not reliable. You get what you pay for. Returning warch.

Usually I put reviews for things that don't work, but this one and the watch work well. The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 was because it isn't compatible with other health apps, and there was no blood pressure setting on watch other than that, the watch does what it says it does. I suggest to other users to ACTUALLY READ the directions that came with the watch, because a lot of complaints are of user error. it'll save you a headache if you take the time and read it. 🙄

App is alright. Main functions work good, but there are issues. One thing is the alarm function will not let you pick between AM and PM so an alarm set for 2:30 goes off in the early morning. I'm also getting very tired of the God quotes on the notification bar. I would like to see a dark mode and maybe more customization for the watch face.

App crashes whenever it's not charged. Too long to re-pair. I've been trying now for 2 days. I've rescanned the QR code, tried to pair the device..... NOTHING!! When it does work, it's actually pretty decent. I like the pedometer, the many cute screen savers (you can upload your own), sleep tracker, menstrual tracker, and heart rate monitor; to name a few.

It would be amazing if Discord was a Notification Reminder, but it would be best if this had access to notifications for all of the apps on the phone the watch is connected to instead of having to choose from a set amount of apps that are in the Notification Reminders by default. I love how we can customize our own dial, but it would be cool if there were more options to this.

What happened to my dial gallery? I am updating my review. I tried everything on the app to bring back my dial gallery and nothing worked. So... I tried the watch itself. I went to settings and then to system then reset and sure gallery came back!!! ☺️ I'm happy again. Here it is 2 years later, and now I can not customize my dial. I have not been able to for some time. I have tried everything. NOT HAPPY AGAIN it's now 7.28.24 and it STILL DOESNT WORK!!😡

Loved the watch @ first. Now the Dial center keeps showing "no record." So I can no longer change the dial face. Even though I have uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times. Very disappointing, especially when you lose all your tracking info after having to reinstall it. When you purchase something you believe that it will work as described. Guess I have to get a different one.

Weather won't sync! It's always 68 and partly cloudy 24/7 and even that's not accurate during the day here in winter weather. I've tried reinstalling, updating the app, resetting the watch, turning location settings on/off all no help. I've asked for help from app service with no response. Guess I'll have to get a different watch and brand of app. Very disappointing!!!
