This app requires way too many steps (10) for a delivery with photo and signature. If driver required to do 50 plus deliveries a day lots of wasted time. On time should figure a way to streamline app considering users pay for their service(?). Rating 3 our of 10. Submitted by a courier with 20 + experience

App is functional, inconsistent with notifications on assigned jobs, zero notifications when jobs are removed from queue. Would appreciate more consistency with notifications across the board to allow drivers to save time rather than arriving at locations that have been reassigned or canceled.

It gets the job done but it crashes almost everytime I try to submit a picture for a delivery. I've tried uninstall/reinstall, restarting and turning phone on/off and it still continues to this day. Had the app worked as intended I would have easily given it 5 stars

Its a great app. Honestly only thing slowing it down is the inability to scan the barcode to enter the info in the pick up location. Like when you're entering the info for collecting stuff and delivering. Would be nicer than having to type in the barcode everytime.

Pretty good overall, fairly glitchy. Sometimes I get signed out unexpectedly. Have had issues in the past with uploaded photos being blurry. With the latest round of updates, whenever I open Google Maps from the app, the app takes up half my screen when I would rather have Google Maps full screen. Have had a few issues with info from one data field being superimposed over info in another data field.

I as a driver would like to be able to see a history of start and finish times and hours worked. I am not sure if this app ever stops tracking me . when I'm logged off and not available it still sends me job updates. Also the server seems slow of late. As my boss is ringing saying I've sent the job why aren't you moving yet? Im constantly in 4G area's and have l full bars.

I keep getting error s-10060 to login. Motorola 5G Android 11. Definitely, your software sucks. I'm using a pretty expensive phone, not a cheap one. Impossible to work with. Again today. This app is the worst I've ever had. October 3rd 2022 not working again. I was off the whole weekend. Friday app was loading. Today, same error again. If I could, I'd give you zero star.

It may be good for the end users (payroll) but has TMI for a courier. We had an app that displayed all necessary info at a glance. Simple. Since I take a screenshot of each job (the "1st page" as seen when job is "opened"), there's important info not displayed, which has been requested of me later in conversation about a certain job. The layout is 6 total "pages" & IDW to take all those screenshots. I need pertinent info all listed at a glance: from/to: address, phone#, & descriptions.

For some reason this app refuses to connect all 22 other apps connect. It was working a few months ago. Took my smartphone to my server and after two hours they could not solve the connection problem. Have to use my wife's phone to connect. It is a big problem for me as I have to use the app for my work. I am going to try to persuade my boss to switch to a different app.

If you login and have too low of a signal strength then all your login credentials erase which is annoying....They keep updating the software and they think it's easier or better which they just make it more complicated. But I gotta use this program cause my client uses it. Ecmobile is a better app for couriers

edit: Fixed lag by reinstalling. App needs a map function to show all stops on a map at once, for routing. It takes 10 mins to map thrm out one by one on maps, waze, etc. Been experiencing lag when hitting collected or delivered but it's better after reinstalling. Also a stopwatch to automatically count load/unload time once would be nice.

10/28 Ever since the new updates the scanner is not working properly it wont auto focus like before. The app takes long to load up and it freezes constantly. Every min counts when your constantly making different drops at different locations time is money and this app has been taking up alot of time on loading and constantly freezing up. This is very frustrating please fix it.

I have no idea what they did to this app. It went from working flawlessly for years to Constant freezing and crashes, as well as geotags appearing in random places nowhere near the address, even for routine deliveries that haven't changed in months Hopefully, I will be offloaded this service soon

App keeps showing future orders for "today". Have to tell it to show "all orders" then "today's orders" to show orders for today only. Last few updates have done this. Was never an issue in the past. **UPDATE** Problem seems to have corrected issue, but giving 4* since leaving negative review was only means to get something done to fix it.

The GPS aspect of this app isn't working most of the time. It takes me completely in the opposite direction of where I'm supposed to go. Im wasting so much time manually typing in the correct address that my work day has doubled in time. The app freezes multiple times per day.. it also randomly says I dont have permission to access the camera so im having to back completely out and rescan. Please fix this!!!!!

Since the update the other day, my map link sends me wherever it wants except where I am actually headed. Not to mention constantly failing and not responding, o I would say at least 5 times a day. Then the fact that it backs me out to the starting menu everytime I complete a stop. So yeah, it would be nice if this could be fixed.

I use this app for a delivery service my business is contracted with. For the most part this app is pretty easy. The downside is that it crashes alot. There are times the time crashes while taking a photo, or even trying to close out the order. The loading takes forever at times even in good connecting speed areas. But overall I like it because it's not confusing.

Ok, app. If it were l. I'd have the collection of signature required after the verification of barcode. Not, visible before. While the phone is in vertical use (As everyone uses them) the letter/numeral screen blocks the page. Only, collect signature is visible. And, it's not time to use that. And, a chime to notify you have new jobs is missing.

I'm required to use this by my company. I'd find a different app. Would be great if the notifications would actually notify me. I've been late to respond to several deliveries because it never told me one had been assigned to me. I deliver time sensitive medical supplies so this is a HUGE problem. Not to mention the astronomical battery consumption the app uses. I drop from 100% to 50% in an hour or less if I'm not plugged in while I have the app running. And my phone is on fire while charging.
