Cant use it it's installed but there is no open option. Just uninstall. I can get on it through my app drawer but everytime I tried to accept the giveaway box (or any of the others)It tells me I have to be on the app, download now.tap download it brings me back to the same page with same message. Can't seem to do much at all with it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn't work either.

Tried to do the pre-order for the OnePlus 11. They had a discount for ordering thru the app so I gave it a shot. Horrible experience, not only did I create my account beforehand thru the website, but had to verify in app, again, and it had me do it multiple times!! Only to get to the check out and have to do it again!! And with no discount!! Very frustrated and have given up trying to order anything thru OnePlus altogether. I'll just wait until my carrier gets it in store I guess.

Overall, a smooth process, however, it would be helpful if it saved all options (device & trade-ins) to the cart, instead of having to go through the whole process each time. For example, I chose my device & trade-in device, but my selected device was out of stock. Each time I loaded the OnePlus Store app, I had to start from scratch. Also, I signed up to be notified when the device was available for purchase,. and I never received the notification (I just happened to check today & was lucky!)

Sales and app don't load correctly. They list mystery boxes to buy at low cost, but after trying 3 different sales it is clear that they are not actually available. The icon only changes from coming soon to out of stock with no chance to buy. Was online and ready before each item went up for sale. Maybe only an error in USA. Lots of error 404's when trying to select USA view app. Don't waste energy and time on downloading app.

I had the original one plus when it was invite only and it lasted me for about 2 years before it'd stop charging. They had a promo for a free accessory if you downloaded the app, but as soon as it was sent out it said the promo ended. They were trying to collect your personal information and get you to order other items, if they actually had it in stock. I would not recommend one plus or their app

I downloaded the app so I could get the $1 mystery box sale, had it out and ready over a minute in advance, and had my finger hovering over the button, but as soon as it opened... Nothing happened. It wouldn't let me click it and it said "only available in app". I AM IN THE APP. I kept on trying to find out if something was missing, but nope. I even get a "download the app" prompt on the front page... OF THE APP.

Opened app to see a offer for a 7t for $199. When choosing "buy now" it takes me to a page that shows $399 with a repeat of the offer. It prompts you to "learn more". Clicking on the link takes you to "Google Play Store" and prompts you to sign in to Google, from within their app. Why don't they just cut to the chase and ask me for my Google username and password.

Doesn't work! Like most people, I cannot get past the region selection page to even get into the app itself. Disappointing that a phone company can't even get their own phone apps optimized for devices correctly. I am trying to buy a oneplus phone and would like the exclusive inapp offer, but since the app doesn't work, I'm not sure how people can apply the offer if it seems to not work for many? I do use an older android, but for an app like this, my phone should be able to run it smoothly.

Not a good user experience. It doesn't let me log in using my email + password combo that works on the website. 3rd party login is not implemented. When trying to reset password (which works on the website) through the app, it tells me that my account doesn't exist. When looking at the dropdown of countries, the US appears twice... but you can't keep trying because the number of attempts is also limited... Frustrating experience.

I gave it more than enough if a try. Tried several times to click on the sale notifications only to either be taken to: 1. A completely different page offering an expensive phone, 2. A full price item, 3. An error (the most common result). This is the most garbage app I've ever had installed on my phone. OnePlus, you should be ashamed. Shows how much you care about quality.

The history of all the screens we moved are restrained and when we click back arrow, it goes to each of the screens we visited. Even when same screen was repeatedly visited through different navigations, the same screen is shown again and again while clicking back arrow. This can be avoided. The usability and UI experience was great. I am reducing a star as I am not able to disable the app notifications. They are being forced on the users.

This app is a great start but it still needs much work. The navigation could be smoother. Also, too many products are out of stock. For example, most of OnePlus 8 Pro accessories are out of stock even though the phone is just a year old. Also, OnePlus Watch that just came out is also already out of stock! Update: the app has become worse as it's hard to navigate and it's inconsistent. There's no section for the Watch and not sure how to even find it since there's no search function. Needs work

Good deals, but User Experience is quite terrible. The UI is good however a lot of button and clicks don't really do anything. There deals/promos that are advertized seldom work and can take you round in circles reaching nowhere. Really which they had some QA to make sure what they promise is what they deliver. Ex: on one page a phone is stated at a certain price and when clicking on it, it jumps $200. Overall decent experience, but need to make sure that the prices/statements are honored.

3/31/22 Edit: They haven't replied to several emails. Still doesn't install after yet another factory reset. Appears I won't be able to receive all the "perks" for upgrading to the 10 Pro using this app. While nobody really cares what I end up doing, Samsung is looking mighty suitable at this point. Horrible. Installed the app when it first came out. Uninstalled it at some point because I never used it. Have been trying to reinstall periodically the last couple months (you know, so I could try and buy something), but it fails to install. Followed all the troubleshooting steps (even completely reset the phone - for other reasons, not because of this app) and it still doesn't install. Trash.

Horrible App - This is the worst app I've ever dealt with. When you get a "deal", you click on it and it says open in the app (which is what I'm in). It then goes to a place that says verify email for which they need to send you a code. Should you get that code, you enter it and then nothing happens! You are stuck in checkout hell. So very frustrating.

Oh my. Where do I start? I like OnePlus, their products, but this app? If you can get it figured out, it might be usable. But who has time for that? Customer service is frustrating, but okay if you can understand the accent! I own a OnePlus 7 Pro. It's been a decent phone, it's my second One Plus. I own the buds, and I love them. After only year I'm upgrading to the 8T or 8 Pro, because they're offering sales and I want to see if it will improve the functionality, & and get me out of kindergarten!. Seems the Siri function is on the kindergarten level! In 5 years since I've owned my 3T it has not approved, it's gone backwards. Come on One Plus! You have potential, let's get with it!

Not a great app. Whenever you click on one of their deals, it gives you the option to open the store app while in the store app. This sends you right back to the beginning where you can once again look at the deal, click on it, and it offers again to open the app which you are presently in. It gives a redemption code with as well, but no way to redeem it. Maybe their hope is I will buy something and redeem this code at check out, but it doesn't say that, or anything else for that matter.

this is my second OnePlus (12), I like the device but, it's not as exciting as my old OnePlus 7T was to me. however, I'm not disappointed with the device. Not sure if the cell antenna is in the wrong spot, but the connection is slow to my cellular provider. The same places I go to prior to this device do not connect, crazy!!!! Other than that, the camera is better I hope the next is way better. glad to see some of the features that make the OnePlus standout when I first received one.

They keep pushing u to use their app & even entice u with "app-only" coupons, except there's a problem. Codes on the coupons are bogus & invalid. Just look at the graphic design of some of their coupons. Badly used HTML, sloppy design, but above all, badly implemented app that does not recognize the coupon codes or tells u u have already used the coupon that they just emailed u. What is unforgivable here is the (bad, bad) customer service, or lack thereof, that follows after u report a problem.

I use to have a OnePlus9 which I adored but I accidentally damaged it and it completely stopped working. So for a whole year I was stuck with a low budget phone, which didn't let me have access to anything barely the service I had it on . Then finally I was able to afford The "OnePlus12"!!! and man it's the most beautiful 😍 and functional piece of technology I have every investment in. As for the app store everything is quick and easy shipping is immaculate couldn't be happier 😀.
