I am having a weird one plus account that signs in with email, each time I click delete account it sends me to the sign in/create account. The privacy policy says it signs in with HeyTap PTE, I don't know what that is. Is there a way to reset original app version since I can't access it on my application folder? Again when was the last update since mine dates back to 2023?

Works terribly and will not uninstall!! Sometimes you get a normal home screen, other times you get a worthless OnePlus Account home page. There is no way to control it. As I have said, I have spent over 20 minutes trying to UNINSTALL it but it wont go away!

OnePlus is a company that should be avoided at all cost! They send system updates that require a hard reset, that means factory settings and you you lose all apps and data. It's like starting with a brand new phone that doesn't work.

Unable to login to my Oneplus account. Everytime I try to login gives me an error no network connection (1001) ,on the phone number option it's always stuck on country code +86 and cannot search anything. Even restored the phone to factory settings still the same issue. Cannot login to any of the oneplus apps.

My red cable club page is not opening as the OnePlus membership app keeps stopping and pops OnePlus membership is stopping for the past few months. Having been a owner of OP6T for past 2 years it really feels disappointing as OnePlus being a premium smartphone company cannot solve such issues and currently many such issues are occurring where the screen display colour changes and many others. So request you to kindly solve this at the earliest.

This app is (was) on my phone (OnePlus 8), and it's getting updates regularly. Looking at the reviews here shows most people are happy with the app but I am wondering how?! This app which is categorized as "tools" doesn't even open. I haven't seen anything from the app yet. I did registered my OnePlus account through setting while making the phone ready for the first time. what's this app exactly?

The new OS update (April 22) is just rubbish. Everything is buggy and slow, terribly ugly with little to no chance of customization (who else hates the stupid stretching at the end of the scrolling?). For one, I have to write here because the app launcher doesn't show the OnePlus app, even if the Play Store says it's already installed. Ffs One Plus, I would not buy this phone again if it was sold with this OS. Fix please!

No clear benefit for this app, short of marketing advantage to dev. Just yet another app forced down onto OnePlus phones, whether you want it or not. No option to remove. I left Samsung for filling my phone with garbage I couldn't uninstall and liked the clean installation of the 1+ phones. Looks like I will not be buying another OnePlus either.

Pointless bloatware, something I was promised would never be on my OnePlus device. The only reason I purchased a oneplus device was their promise of no bloatware. This type of false advertising should simply be illegal. I think some attorney generals in America need to start an investigation into OnePlus and their abundance of broken promises. OnePlus phones run really well for the first 6 months, then they put out a new phone and the old phone's performance just falls apart and becomes slow.

Idk why people are complaining about device issues here. Anyway I think it's too early for Oneplus to go with single-account-for-everywhere thing. It takes a good chunk of screen in settings app, yet I failed to see any benefit after signing in. I think they don't have the resources to reinvent something like AppleID. It seems just like a gimmick of mainstream manufacturer, without realizing that others have at least something to offer

terrible device. update has only made it worse as per usual.you now can't jump and move at the same time as you release all sticks and buttons when you touch a button wow said the gaming phone one input at a time please my amazing software has to process all of this....bought to play call of duty mobile, the screen shakes constantly, changes directions on its own with or without thumb sleeves. do yourself a favor and get a Redmagic or an iPhone these are junk!

Another developer that ruins previous good, or even normal features with upgrades. Now you can't get rid of the Google News Feed on the left of the screen. They have also removed information about the origin of an app under App Info, so you can't go directly to the Play Store from there to see it.

Shocking! I've had my OnePlus and been a OnePlus customer for over 3 years now and still cannot get logged into the community. I can see it doesn't provide anything useful, ie. Different wallpapers, live wallpapers but don't know for certain since I've never had access to this for the lifetime I've been a customer.

I just want my money back for this phone. They made the new update the way that they wanted to not the way the customer wants it. Why they have to change the color of my text message bubbles, I don't know. They used to be a dark color blue and I could see my messages clearly and now they are bright, neon, glow in the dark, green!!!! I can barely see my messages! It's like I have a new phone that I don't want. But as long as whoever designed it is happy with this color that's what really matters!

How do I move files that were forced onto the OnePlus Acct and be sure Google has all the moved files, before deleting OnePlus, altogether? It seems this is a secondary app and does many things Google does. I'm still trying to figure out some of the functions of Google. Not too tech savvy, so less is more for me, my age and my brain. I just need simplicity.

For some reason I had a lot more features with 1+ account on 1+8T, which I don't have on my 1+9 Pro. Such as my daily activities (photographer, melomaniac etc.), how many countries I've visited, how much do I scroll feed and so on. Absolutely no features now. Other than that, pretty much useless for anyone outside India. I hate their pro-indian policy.

Love my OP11 hardware but some software issues continue such as OnePlus removing vital features like notification snoozing, and making ugly dysfunctional UI choices to try to copy iOS. Why not really stand out from the sea of clones by having the best camera, battery, screen, and updates and then add maybe the best fingerprint reader and maybe a headphone jack? C'mon 1plus, reach for the stars!
