I loved this app until today, I was trying to talk to support and they stopped responding and closed my chat, I've emailed and no response. Now I can't even get into the app and I really need this advance today.

Error on debit card to issue even though it had just confirmed now can't even open because it keeps saying security threat. Has no problem running my card to pay fee though.

i have had no issues with OneBlinc, not one, id rather pay the trasfer fee on repayback instead of out of the loan, but they still helped me when i needed it, thank you.

I just downloaded it yesterday, signed up this morning, then it updated and now the app won't even stay open due to security threats??? my antivirus finds nothing so I'm more than a little annoyed

It's OK but doesn't let you pay subscription manually have to hope it comes out automatically on time my borrow amount dropped from 250 to beginning rate because of this I never missed a payment but it said my subscription wasn't paid on time

I use multiple apps for advances some definitely better than others. this one particular is the only 1 of the 7 I use that tells me no. my account gets tons of cash flow I pay back all of my loans with every app I use..... your loss one blinc

since the latest update I have not been able to access the app in any capacity. I tries logging in online and it tells me my login or password is incorrect.. which is false. can someone pls fix this. whatever you did last week has clearly caused multiple users issues.

I haven't had any issues with the app, until recently. It won't even let me access the app. it gives me a security error. Apparently it is something on their end. They are implementing a fix for it. hopefully it'll be soon! 🤞

at first I had no problems with the app whatsoever but now for some reason I can't login to the app and it keeps saying security threat and goes back to the login page. Then I tried online on my laptop and I couldn't sign in and it keeps bringing back to the sign in page

absolute joke! After a few times using it the app completely acts up. You will click on log in and bring you to sign up. Of course, they get all the fees they can from you and then "bugs" enter the app. Please do not use this app long term.

Fine in a pickle, but they steal fees. For example, if I advance $75, then request instant for a $4.99 fee, they take it immediately and credit $70.01 to my bank account. Upon repaying the advance, they take the full $75, making my total fees equal to $9.98 each time I borrow. Not $4.99. I want refunded. This is a scam.

App started off as one of the best tools for easy financial assistance; however, it has become a nightmare within the last month. My app account was compromised, and I was notified by a representative that I had to create a new one. After my new account was created, I was then informed that I could only borrow up to $50 when prior to this issue; my borrowing limit was $180. I'm currently awaiting a response as to why. Sent 4 requests thus far - was told still working on it. Unacceptable!

True to its claim... I applied for and recieved my advance in less than 10 minutes. it did deduct a $4.95 fee for using the instant deposit vs the 2 day ach transfer option which is why I gave 4 vs 5 stars. typically when your charged a fee for lightning speed transfers they just add it on to you repayment amount. that's really the only con i see so far.

I signed up for the app. it connected to my payroll bank, but the system couldn't find my paycheck. I tried 3 times and it never found it. I deleted the account. I wasted 25 minutes trying to sign up. I know how to navigate apps. this one just didn't work

this app is terrible. It won't read that my current debit card is connected even though it took my last advance payment from it. customer service is awful. takes them too long to respond and they don't know how to fix the problem. I canceled my membership. They need to get the bugs out of this app. It never should have been launched with the issues it has!

I have tried multiple chats and multiple phone calls to resolve the sending error issue that I have had for 4 days now. I have contacted my bank and they show no issues on the bank end. I have asked to cancel the advance so the debit card can be deleted and I can add the debit card back to my account. I was told that my issue with the sending error had been resolved and it has not. customer service is no help, all they say is IT is working on the issue.

I only managed to get one use from the app before the log-in broke; it forced me to change my password and afterwards, would tell me that the pw was incorrect and make me change it again. Emailed them 13 days ago; told it was being escalated. Asked for update 3 days later but there was none. It's now been eleven days with no update despite receiving email promo saying my subscription is active and costs being taken from my account. Just sent cancellation request. I recommend avoiding.

I was late once and they knocked me down a level 2 different times from it even after being on time. then I borrowed again to try and build, and did a standard transfer. I got an email saying it was there and its not. their customer service is 100% useless and they do not care because they know you need it. use Dave or a different app, avoid this one like the plague.

This previous review was corrected asap. Really is great now. Thanks! Old Review No longer Applies!!! Great fix time! The app appears to have a major glitch. It allows me to change the bank account via Settings, but when I attempt to add the associated debit card, the app defaults back to the old bank account, so debit card doesn't match.

This is the most expensive cash advance app I've ever seen. It has the highest rates, charges both a monthly fee and an instant transfer fee, and has the lowest advance amount. Only use this if you've maxed out all the other apps, and if you have the income to pay off that many advances, what are you doing taking them out to begin with?
