Truly the card to have great for the person on the go I must have card for the must-have person everything you'd want smooth and easy with no problems thanks one VIP couldn't ask for a better card or a better service thanks again

I'm trying to access my online account and they keep telling me to download the new version it must be updated but there is no update to update like what is going on really y'all gotta do better.

App is trash, been almost 2 months tht I been trying to fund account, always tells me my info is incorrect, customer service is not helpful at all, ended up closing account due to the app ! Dont waste ur time

Looks like someone paid attention to my situation and got my problem solved. If I get my replacement card mailed to me I will definitely stick with One VIP. If they got employees that can solve their customers issues, then you can call it a good company!

At the moment I have to give a one star. Google play store will not update the app...I go into the app..hit update..and it does nothing...I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. The app will not work for me now.

No where in the app to find cash deposit locations . I'm in the USA NJ trying to sign up for mobile check load is not easy.

No stars! The app keeps looping saying login is incorrect. When I try to do reset on bro wser it lets me...but the app keeps saying it's wrong. Like it's not being told I did pw reset.

I'm a disabled vet I get a monthly benefit I open the acnt a week later my first deposit goes on the card no problem im able to access the funds a week later I get notification my rating got raised and the VA sent out a back pay benefit dep I didn't know I was getting well it was for more than the max bal amt allowed for the acct so it threw it into a 3-5 day secuity review it's been 9 bus days I've sub the id docs no update no nothing if I call and inquire they say the request adds another 3-5

The app is good and all its just the login when you're done with everything and then it says error password and username blah blah blah if these issues can be fixed that would be great for other

I don't think this card is black owned at all..I don't like this card because it's charging fees for every transaction and not naming what those fees are for..I called customer service to deactivate my account and they hung up..I believe this card was created overseas by some scammers because not everyone has time to check every transaction so they take small increments of money from large transactions..Place check your cards

Can't sign into app cuz always tells me username/password is wrong and even tried resetting the password doesn't work but have no problem signing in online just can't use any of the features like mobile check deposit which was why I opened the account and now I can't even utilize it cuz the app glitches and won't let me log in

So the card is good I've had no problems. What they say, and how they promote the card is fictitious. They tell you that they have free check loading, and yes it's free, if you want to wait 10 days for your check to be deposited. And if you're like me it's critical to have my check the same day. And that cost me $240 a month to have my checks deposited within minutes. That's a bill in itself. If it wasn't for that, I would easily give five stars.

I already had the app it tells me to upgrade it but when I reinstall and open it, it says the same thing now in order to get my balance I need to call the number on the back of the card. I'm tired of doing that I'm changing my direct deposit to the current card until they fix the issue

App won't allow me to sign in. I can sign in online with no issues app says info is incorrect. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled same thing. Only banking app that's ever done that to me. Not a great app.

IF YOU WANT ACCESS TO YOUR $ DO NOT GET THIS CARD!!!! They held my direct deposit because it was over their daily "limit". A limit that was NEVER listed on the countless advertisements I received to apply for the card and have $ deposited. It also stated that I could have access to the funds up to 2 days early!!! NOPE! THEY KEPT MY MONEY FOR 5 days when the money was finally applied to my account I attempted to pay someone with it! They froze the account AGAIN for fraud!!!!

This card and app has been excellent til today. I tried logging in 6 times today and it keeps saying "Update app to the newer version" I keep clicking update app and it takes me to the Play Store and ONLY says Open and Uninstall. I've clicked open and says the same update app. I even uninstalled and re-download and it's STILL saying Update App to newer version. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. If this issue is not fixed by morning I Will be changing my direct deposit to another card.

I've never ran into any problems using this app. It is very easy to use, shows all my transactions, and let's me us NFC to pay with ease. More than that, this has been my FAVORITE debit card I've ever owned, their customer service is more than helpful with everything I've needed. I love EVERYTHING One VIP!

Mobile app is dogshit. It refuses to let me in and keeps giving me errors no matter how many times I reset my passwords and change them. Very disappointing for Black entrepreneurship. Actual website is very bare bones as well.

this bank is awful, do not use!!!!!! I am a disaster survivor, and my home was destroyed. FEMA approved me for xx,xxx.xx and I decided to trust one vip as the account to send the direct deposit to. my account has been on lockdown since the deposit, I've been asked to jump through endless hoops (which I've done all of them) and I'm 100% homeless with my wife and kid ENTIRELY because I trusted this bank with my direct deposit trusting I would get access to my money
