Downloaded the game but when it goes to start up it says downloading resources 1/2 then I get an error of "Network connection timed out, please try again". I could not get the game to download that part so I Uninstalled the game and downloaded it again. Same result. Game would download all but that section. I had found no fix. 1 star for the game. No network errors from other games and its the same spot it buggers out. Nothing to help with a fix for timing out. Bummer because I love 1 Punch Man.

If you love the series you have to get this game. No ads! Main gripes are the serious slow down in progress for f2p and also don't bother with comp if you are f2p, it's overrun with whales who drop every cent to get the new OP characters. Otherwise, great artwork, fun gameplay (outside of pvp) and lots to do! Update: they added some major quality of life fixes that help speed up dailies.

Game has way more rewards and activities than your normal gatcha, with the added bonus of being OPM themed. The rewards so far are very generous, but the flipside is a pretty abysmal drop rate for summons, but at release it's understandable, hopefully it improves as more characters come out. It's confusing to start, there's so much going on at once, but once you get into the groove of the play it's not too bad.

The game is very fast paced, even in the slower parts. It also ensures you have at least one thing to do while you play, even if your out of energy to play the main game. The upgrades and gear combined with the multiple characters make strategizing optimized for your own kind of playstyle. Even the most common characters have their uses so every character has vital role to play in the game. Only main complaint is how unlocking story mode is through stars in exploration mode.

I would recommend for you to look elsewhere,game is very expensive. Everytime a new character comes out you need to purchase limited tickets using real money. It comes about $200 USD (and its 90% off lol), unless you save up the tickets for a year and even then still have a low chance of getting it. For a gacha game, this one has the worst rates I've seen.

The game is a fun rpg, visually is great, and it does good when being true to the source material, however, after a certain point it demands a lot from the player, too much grind for materials with not enough stamina, pulls are, at best, hit or miss, and at worse, abysmal, you're lucky if you get any of the SSR characters, even in banners for specific characters the pulls are just as bad, unless you like the gameplay or the series, I cannot recommend it until things get MUCH less expensive.

I'm giving it two stars because from the 5 minutes I could play, it looked fun... But I had to first re-install it, because it was just a grey screen the first time I installed it. And the second time, after the in game files downloaded... It crashed. I opened it again and it ran fine... For 5 minutes, before it crashed yet again.. After that it wouldn't load. I will just assume that it's my phone and not the game.. But It will try it again, if it ever gets fixed.

Too much menial things to do. It took about an hour to do all the tasks for the day in-game. Pretty soon you hit an advancement wall and it felt like I would have to pay to advance. There are flashing buttons and "new content" indicators everywhere on screen. You actually have to invest time and brainpower to understand where everything is and what it does. There are LAYERS ON LAYERS of things to upgrade with items that you won't find bc the game is so friggin complicated. Not worth you time.

Main complaints: you cannot set multiple saved teams for different situations (though each challenge area does save its own team), and there are a few too many things to do to get all the rewards in a day, though of course nobody is forcing me to be optimal. It is a good little rpg in general, equal resource management and strategy. Pretty generous with pulls for the small current roster but low SSR rates.

Fun game but after you get a decent team, the drop rates get really bad. Seems like another pay to win type game. Plus, my game seems to always be loading. It is so annoying with so many things to do and having to wait over and over for loading. I have really great wifi, and my phone is a recent model, so its not that. Please fix loafing and drop rates asap, and I'll increase the rating.

An amazing game, ruined. This game has great art, gameplay, and mods. However, with the most recent update, an essential character is now locked behind a $10 a month battlepass paywall. Ftp is no longer an option. There are games where I don't mind spending that kind of money, but this decision has made it clear that if left unchecked, their greed will run the game into the ground. I won't waste money on a game that is going to die from poor management decisions. You can't win at a dead game.

Beware the draw system, and many of the purchase options. This game is dumb expensive. "Value packs" can sometimes reach over $90, and you may genuinely throw down about $30 to make 10 draws, yet never see the unit with upgraded rates until you 90th plus draw. The game can be fun, don't get me wrong, but the game is fixated on shoving some very over priced items down your throat. I waited a long while to give this review and wanted it to be honest. It's fun, but expensive.

The game can Be enjoyable. I love one punch man. Was excited for some more of it. Then I noticed just how steep prices are. They dropped a tatsumaki event. But to even do it. From what it seems you have to spend $200 or more.. just to get an outfit. Then dropped $80 for an upgrade item.. and that's it. Just the other and 700 gems (costs over 2k to multi) the game just feels insulting with the price heights. I've played a few gotchas and this one is just overboard on the prices.

So far freaking amazing! I'm level 29 on the account so I'm not sure if I've unlocked this option yet or not; my only concern is that I'm not able to make mutlipe teams. Sometimes I'd just to use other strategic options without changing my whole lineup. I think the characters also need combo breakers. In the first one punch man there was a cool feature where (for example) if you knocked a character up in the air that if another character had a passive to trigger a combo. My only two complaints.

Probably one of the better gatcha style games, where u dont have to spend money to go far. Love OPM and this mobile game is a good piece of its media. Edit: Been a year since I've made original post. Very slow progress once you reach a certain part of the game. Alos had some bug issues that stopped me from opening the game up which is frustrating. Still decent otherwise.

The developers do a great job at fixing glitches fast and the artists did an amazing job at blending art from the anime into the game. It makes me want to binge watch the show all over again. Edit: BUT after around lv 75 the game slows down to a painful crawl. I haven't progressed in the story one step in weeks. I'm leveling up but I'm still not able to beat any more stages. Difficulty spike is ridiculous. Edit: months now, still no progress. Time to delete.

Very fun, but the tutorials need to be optional or skippable whenever you unlock a new feature. When you get to the point where you can actually start playing the game on your own, it's almost impossible to even upgrade your characters without unlocking a new thing and being forced into another battle. It's extremely frustrating when all of a sudden you get pulled out of the character menu and get stuck in a damn tutorial. I spent 20 minutes already just trying to upgrade the first 3 characters
