Boost Mobile is a shady company that cheats its customers. I would not use this app because it is from Boost and they can not be trusted with your money.

This app is awesome. In 2 minutes I had a bank account and got money in the app. I was able to use the card immediately too.

The app is great, very convenient and simple! 😁 (I don't use direct deposit, however, I will be transferring money over this week) so far so good.

Dont know why on earth i didnt read reviews 1st because im going thru probably the same thing i had a check deposited and now they say my card was disabled but i cant get into my account now either. Im pissed

I'm a Boost customer and wouldn't mind trying it. Online reviews say that it has mobile check deposit fees, in network ATM fees, and chat only customer support. Maybe if they got rid of those. Would be nice if they give you interest like TMobile Money or cash back like Discover.

WARNING !!!!!! STAY CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS APP.!!! I HAD MY ACCOUNT ROBBED BY THE APP ITSELF!! I HAD MY ACCOUNT OPENED FOR ABOUT A WEEK I MOBILE DEPOSITED A CHECK IT CLEARED. GOTTEN THE NOTIFICATION OVER NIGHT. SO WHEN I LOGGED ON MY ACCOUNT THE APP SAID THAT THEY WERENT ABLE TO APPROVE MY ACCOUNT TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CONTACTED THEM THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T VERIFY MY ACCOUNT SO I WAS TRANSFERED AND THE OTHER REP TOLD THAT THERE WAS NO HISTORY OF ANY DEPOSIT

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Been with this company for over 5 yrs, to have them suspend my account without explanation!! Then they call after I pay to transfer my money out to say sorry for the mistake that occured yesterday!!

I opened the account put money in the account and was told unable to verify account they rob people do not open a account with these people this is so messed up and has caused me so much problems do not apply...this is the worst app out there

While there is nothing wrong with the app it's features are very basic. I'm surprised that Boost will release a basic banking app. There are tons of banking apps with features so why would you release something that's outdated in features????

Don't open an account with these people. I had an account open for 3 days, added money to the account to get the card and was using it,then I get an error message when signing in that my application wasn't approved. VERY SHADY. It WAS approved originally and was being used. Watch for people like this because they're scammers, just like these people. I'm filing fraud charges on them,and if you've got an account get your money out NOW. Friendly warning.

They will close your account when you add money and The customer service team is not reachable by phone. It's either card holder services which has nothing to do with omni money, or how many money is reachable bias support ticket that you either send yourself or card holder services will send for you. They never call you back they never email you respond let you know what's going on. 3 weeks now they've had my $300. Don't waste your time!!

Simply the worst app/prepaid card in the market. Once you fund the account (not before or while applying), within a matter of days you get a message saying that they have decided to close your account. No explanation, no appeal process. It's been almost 2 months and I'm still waiting for my funds to be returned to me. They don't even have a direct customer service number. A total scam.
