What's the point of having an app that is supposed to tell you your balance..when it somehow always seems to have an error retrieving the pages? Since day one from last year until present still, this app has never been functional. The amount of money this company makes apparently isn't enough to fund a well-supported app.

Over all the app is good, its slow but tells you what you need. My issue is that when I try to read the pdfs of the different funds, theres always an error and the return butto wont bring you back. You need to restart all over and sign in again.

When you add a professional when trying to file a claim, they will not appear in your list and it becomes impossible to file a claim. Every time you try though, the professional is added to your list on the desktop site. Use the desktop site instead and don't waste your time with this app.

I'm very annoyed I have to download an app just to get access to a screenshot of my payment card when having it in my wallet is a much easier solution. Edit: Ended up saving a screenshot of the payment card screen and storing it in my phone files, deleted the app afterwards.

States I am not eligible for group claim service. Despite my having installed the app via a link in an email to me from Desjardins. Completely useless. What's worse is the other app, studentcare, has a bug which makes it impossible to submit claims. So I guess I can't use my insurance policy at all. Thanks for nothing you vampires

App doesn't even have dentist in the professionals list as well as many others. It sucks, because I always hope I can file my claim with the app, but the app is so incomplete that I have to file my claim on a computer. What is the point of this app if you can't actually file a claim with it like you would on a computer. Total garbage.

This App is incredibly frustrating. It lacks the basic functionality of being able to go back / exit out of a screen. You get repeatedly locked into dead ends where your only option is to close the App, login again and then start what you were doing from scratch.

The application is a web wrapper on the website with no extra features, infact it is a pain to use. Setting up goals does not work. The top bar takes extra space. Better stick to the mobile browser version of the site instead of this application.

Tried to log on to the app but always run into and error message and logs me off automatically. The old claim 360 I could actually use, this omni version won't even function past the log in screen, password reset is no help either. All the Info I enter is correct but still won't accept and the help line has inconvenient hours for how long you wait on hold. Uninstalling and re-installing doesn't work anymore and should not be the only solution, fix the bugs or stop getting people to use your app

works fine for general use, knowing how much money there is, transactions etc. but when I try to look at docs, a little bubble appears on the bottom of the screen saying "to view the document allow the file to be saved" but there's nothing else, it doesn't request permission for anything and I don't get to see my docs

Login works as expected. Unfortunately I think there is a security flaw. This app provides access to VERY sensible data, but it looks like the app is not offering any kind of additional security measures besides the usual login, like required fingerprint each time the app is opened. Not sure if I continue to use the app because of security concerns.

Impossible to find a coverage booklet, I have to do claims per treatment for the same dentist appointment. Basically making it harder and harder to make claims

Asked for my biometric data but still forces me to put in a password every time. Redundant and useless. You might as well go to the website instead.

Not a very helpful app. It would be really nice to be able to see exactly what my total coverage amounts are, and exactly how much coverage is left without having to make a phone call or calculate it myself. Every other insurance provider I've had (sunlife, great west, groupsource) has had that information readily and easily available within their apps. I literally only open this to pull up my digital card, which I will soon replace with a printed off version, cause it's easier

Version 5.0 Won't let me see my benefits. It keeps telling me I need to be redirected to "agree to updated terms of service". So it directs me to a browser, I complete it, then attempt to login through the app and the same notice comes up. I've tried uninstall/reinstall and it doesn't work. I've agreed twice to the updates. Website version works - app does not. Super frustrating.

Previous version was good, do not update. Version 4.4 is unusable. It asks you to accept cookies and sign up for direct deposit on every load and never saves input across sessions. It's also impossible to file a claim now as that user flow is broken: when you select "prescribed service" it disables the confirmation button the prescriber section also send you to a screen to "select specialty" where all the options are incorrect and it won't remember a manual input when you navigate back.

Worked for a couple of days. Then it kept saying that there was an unrecoverable error and that, should it persist, would require me to contact them. Haven't done yet and since the web page still works, I don't feel the need to do that. Edit: fixed the issue I had by clearing cache and data of the app and logging on again Some of the UI is somewhat not very responsive (no visual feedback when I press it) Works well. I still prefer the web version but I can check easily with omni when I need to

I have been trying to get past the fingerprint screen and it won't let me...it says enable finger print, you enable it, and it still says enable fingerprint... I clicked not now and it brought me to choose group benefits or savings..I chose group benefits....logged it...choose a file ..and nothing happens.... can't access anything on this app

what wrong with this app!! I have been trying to open this app for the last week, and it's not working at all. getting a white blank screen. I tried connecting customer care, and they said that its a known issue, and they are working on it, and fixing it will be available soon. bt it's been one week!! Why the hell do u have an app for this purpose. Remove the app from here if the website is only working. just now, I tried to uninstall and install it, and after onwards, it's not even logging in!
