It was used to be agood app, but now things turned upside down. Following are the issues which we are facing! 1: Frauds and Thugs are the biggest issue on this app, and in my openion OLX is the partner with them in this. Reason is when ever someone posts an add, OLX verifies the add before making it online. How is it possible that an item valued for 100$ is being sold in 15$ and his phone number is not verified. I have been repeatedly posting those thugs and frauds but never saw them banned.

Hi , This Update Of Olx Is Garbage (not useful) Because now we can't see all categories Ads. I want to see all categories Ads in one click but there is no option but the app like PAKWHEELS have this option . Please Launch this option in update Now ..........😡🤬

It is very sad that the best platform is giving pain to us Pakistanis instead of benefit. Earlier it was easy to sell, things were sold even without ad feature, now even though the prices are low, the messages are not reaching the buyers because of OLX is greedy which doesn't show listing to people for 1% Despite doing keyword research SEO my listing is not visible to people at all. I logged in with my husband's ID and searched by entering keywords My listing is hidden from buyers. 😓

Olx has lost it. Long time ago, OLX was type of a social network where people could meet other real people looking to buy/sell their stuff. Now it's just a place for greedy sellers and shop owners. Plus the app is unstable, doesn't load images and keeps lagging. U surely have turned this app into a big pile of chunk. What a shame

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. As a buyer, I expect a certain level of quality and reliability, but this platform failed to deliver. It needs to seriously improve its customer service, and seller vetting process. Until then, I would strongly advise against using this platform. Avoid using OLX at all costs. Instead, opt for more reputable online marketplaces

Today i install OLX for selling my laptop. After adding my product within 3 to 4 hrs, i almost received 7 to 8 calls and messages from the different persons to show my product on ads for quick sell. I told to all of them but it's still not stopped. What the .... 🤬is this. If someone didn't wants to activate any plan, it means you call him and ask him again and again. If you're going this way, you must shame on yourself.

people are misleading putting wrong locations in their ADs, when you contact them they are in other cities. Make it compulsory that device picks location plus user can add location manually too, and both are shown on their ADs. App overall response time is better than before.

There customer representatives are sooo annoying, after posting an add for free you'll get like 2 calls on daily basis for 3-4 days to get the add premium by making a payment. I mean if you're so hell bent on. Making people pay for adds than why advertise this as free platform. I get tired of these calls every time I post an add so I prefer not to post anymore adds

Olx has become extremely slow these days. Literally fed up of the pics loading times when I open an ad. Even opening messaging conversations has become awful. Whenever I open a chat, it says chat initializing like what ? Are you initializing a Nuke Bomb Protocol. Come on Yaar it's just a chat. Why does it has to take an infinity to load just a chat. It's becoming depressing to use this app with every passing day.

Despite all other issues it has stopped loading images on ads, the only thing you can see is the thumbnail picture and you can't even open it. It got resolved after an update. Changing rating from 1 start to 4 stars.

Iam noticing one major problem in olx sometimes the three line hamburger icon is not showing and the ads are showing very big after search for example I search "Corolla" and click on Corolla in cars then this issue happen and when I only search "Corolla" and click on only Corolla then everything seems normal kindly fix this otherwise it is very difficult to find any car and just keep scrolling because only one or two car showing on my phone display. I hope your team will fix this soon👍

They sold me there Featured Ad Service and I didn't even receive any call through them. Their Agent said to me that he will circulate my Ad within their network and will provide me buyers and claimed to get the deal done within 3-4 days. But the truth is I didn't even receive a call through him. Featured Ad package is a total scam. Not recommended.

Olx has been pretty useful previously. But, present UX design of the app is a classical example of "What NOT to do in UX". The maze they have designed might be fun for some adventurous spirits taking it as a challenge to find some options or filters but as far buying selling is concerned, it's not at all useful.

The app experience is good enough but I faced some problems. One thing is missing: buyers want to see video clip of product but we can't upload video clips on ad or share them thru DMs. Plz enable video uploading. Also, I posted an ad successfully. After it became active, I tried to edit the ad to add more information. On every edit, it would consume my limit for "free ads", which makes no sense, since it's just one ad.

Application with very potential growth but worst most in innovation and technical advancement. Worst application UI, buffering, filtering features. V poor premium offers, when you are showing ads in ur app. You are lucky enough for not having a competitor in Pakistan. You already lose you game in Cars&Bikes, people absolutely prefer PakWheels 👍. Looking forward for your Better alternative.

Excellent experience.User friendly application. Navigation is easy. Handling the application is easy even with a low-end phone. However, uploading images was not without problems. It took several tries to upload the image. The ability to merge accounts made it easier to use multiple SIM cards. Sometimes the chat message doesn't appear. There is a notification inside but no chat message. Additions are arranged in a specific display order. It is difficult to find our assistance times.

I think the Dev and testing teams are not working on the application these days. It is getting slower. It tries to load the third-party ads, but they are not shown; instead, only a loader loads. The only first image of the ad loads when I use the app for 2-3 minutes. The chat section is extremely slow. It is getting worse. And yeah, the internet connection is fine.
