Whenever I finish my ad, it keeps asking me to use olx pay to enhance the sale, but if I refuse it, the ad returns to the same question, putting me on a loop unless I close the app.

Terrible app. Every time that I am negociating with somebody, the app blocks the person that I am speaking with for none considerable reason and than I end it up not selling my product to anyone.

1/27/24 you made a bad app worse. Congratulations. R.R: optimization. Can't use 5 minutes without the app stop to load pictures. And I'm not using a bad phone and internet

Nice app, very useful. I just don't like to see people selling pets, this breaks my heart, I would be glad if OLX couldn't allow it anymore

Really bad the service level of this app... they simply delete or not publish your ad and doesn't give any answer about the reason why. EVEN IF YOU MAIL THEM

I choose the option to only see offers from where I live, but the app insists in suggesting products from other states, very annoying. :/

I want to like the app but there's to many ads and it's making the app run buggy and the experience is becoming unbearable

Permanently blocked me out from logging in. Won't send verification code to my email "unexpected error occurred" message received. Multiple attempts. I give up. Forget it.

It's very slow when it loads the app. Also the app has a very high sensitivity when I'm choosing pictures.

My experience was very bad, I announced my car and when I started receiving messages in the inbox the olx deleted them all and I couldn't see any of the messages. I don't recommend olx.

A good app to sell your things online, but not the best one. The interface feels weird and old, and the apps goes through lots of bugs. The filling info could also be easier.

Credit card payment doesn't work. Facial recognition is used for verification, but there are 2 problems: 1. It is useless, it doesn't allow payment. 2. Even if it did, you don't know my face. Or do you?

The app is EXTREMELY unoptimized. If you scroll far enough on a search, your phone will start to heat up and the app will empty your RAM... It went as far as consuming 5gb of ram from my 8gb phone. Absolutely ridiculous! I'd also like to see a better search function

Very bad. I just installed the app, create my account, published the first offer and after a couple of hours I received spam messages and worst, in the end of the day, the app didn't recognize my account, didn't send recovery email and didn't solve the problem on the client help. So I already uninstalled the app.

- It's necessary to improve the chat, With features like adding extra photos. - I will be good if you guys track our products research by telling us when the price goes down or when somebody update a new product that we are looking for. - security is everything so a tool to rate the sellers and byers. - it's necessary to insert more options and details for the product, - Olx is to big to simple, it's time to change the layout, be simple so anybody can use it but also modern, because the relationship between buyers and sellers has changed.

As a seller: Ads are expensive, little return on investment. Free ads return no leads. As a buyer: Dozens of ads of the same product, by the same seller or multiple fake accounts. Also: reporting ads has no effect. Bonus: reviews are met with cynical generic messages. Getting slower and more buggy. Update: When you visit an ad, OLX will generate a lead and provide the seller with your contact information without any consent from the user. Is there an option for zero stars?
