App is terrible, I was able to sign up for an account, but that is it. The app constantly lags and freezes. I can't click on anything or slide anything.

Nothing ever moves when I tap it or slide the icons over while using this app. It's glitchy. It's awful to use. I cannot zoom in on products or look at much of anything from the flyers. Useless.

App stopped working well. I don't know if servers went down or what but it used to work very smoothly. Now it crashes constantly and lags, doesn't let you click on things without crashing.

Was not able to set up account. Entered all the information required and submitted it but when I tried login, it said email and password were incorrect (error). There was no error. It was exactly what I submitted.

it used to work, but lately it's messed up badly. It loads fine, but then nothing I do works. If I click on any button or section nothing happens. So I can't go to the menu, go to my card number, or go to my offers. I've tried it many times but it's always the same.

First off No hurry for me tried many times slow and slower it did not work!Couldn't even sign up would not respond after all information put in did not work. I uninstalled and reinstalled still nothing. I just uninstalled not worth it needs serious help.If app doesnt work I got it after going to the actual ad and clicking on sign up there and got it.

I have tried many, many, many times and it never works. I have called your contact and emailed. I get told it must be my phone , (which it is not) new phone new 5g and still cannot get app to work. I just give up. And try to keep up with the coupons that come in the mail, or otherwise I do not get the bargains and discounts. Been this way forever.

Good deals. Happy to have a membership card. But man does the app need work! When I pull up my card it causes my screen brightness to put on a light show. Plus I have to tap things multiple times for it to register. Good stuff cheap. App, really cheap.

App stopped working for me in the last few months. I can't get to My Offers without the app force closing. Just tried clearing data, cache, reinstalling and still had the same issue. Walked out of an Ollie's because a cashier was being rude while I tried to give her my phone number because she could see I had the app open but wouldn't listen to me when I said I can't get to the barcode for her to scan.

This is one of the top most frustrating apps. It will not scan my card. Entering the numbers is like playing "Wack A Mole." The keyboard blinks on and off, if I can click it on at all. So without that number I can't use the rest of the app. So I will be deleting this app. And just keep bringing in the card that is mailed to me for my percentage off.

Everything is working fine this far with the exception of two things: (1) The Locations launcher does not start up by default when attempting to find a store to use as 'My Store', and (2) After choosing the 'My Store' checkbox (after finding the desired location), the app doesn't set anything. The checkbox appears to be selected, but is then cleared by the app before I can navigate away from the store listing. This definitely needs to be fixed!

Don't know what all the complaining is about.... Working just fine for me. Account went thru just fine. And YES it does show ads, and YES it does show my current offers and rewards points. I like Ollie's in general but be wary of counterfeit items in the electronics section. I bought a Bluetooth headset and was having issues with it. Went to the Vivitar website to troubleshoot a d turns out they've never manufactured this item..

Not able to create an account om my cell phone. Error message telling me to make sure all required fields are filled in and resubmit. I've tried everything I can think of including a 4 digit extended zip code and allowing my password to be visable but still get the same error message. And no, I'm not in a hurry and I am following the directions exactly as they're written. Several people can't be having the same problem and all of us are wrong. Uninstalling.......useless to me!

I think most negative experiences are coming from users using the wrong sign-up process. Sign in as new app user and everything goes smoothly. And you don't have to have a card or phone number, it's not a required field as marked by the red stars, like most any other required fields are. I think people just need to slow down and read what they are trying to achieve and just not bash an app because it's not an instant thing, and they actually have to use the brain. I find no fault with the app.

Ollie's is a great deal. However the app is horrible. App wouldn't allow it so had to do it off the website. Was only able to log in once or twice into the app before it stopped working stating wrong password or email. Not a user error the EXACT email and password work on the website. Something between the app and website seems to be a fail with user information. Even after logging in today on the website and going back to the app it says email or password is wrong. Fix please!!!!

App is horrible. It hasn't worked for weeks! It's in permanent crash mode. I un-installed and reinstalled, and it's still a hot mess. Fix this app, please. Until it's fixed, I'm removing it from my phone. Now, I'm forced to go to the website to see the sales ad and/or wait for paper postcards in the mail with my discount code. Ridiculous!

The app is horrendously slow. It's so slow that it'd be faster for me to wheelchair myself home to get the physical card and head back to the store to finish my purchase... all before the app is able to fully load and/or respond to touch. It's so slow that I can't review anything else about this app because that's as far as I've gotten with it. Yes, I've tried all the troubleshooting steps... no change. It's not worth calling tech support about it, either.
