One month ago I had added money for doing Metro Recharge but i could not complete metro recharge Since there was some technical snag. Since then one month has passed bit the issue has not been resolved. Adding salt to the injury is the fact that it is not allowing me to even transfer the money to bank. My 3000 money has got trapped. I have already contacted there customer care but every time they say that the issue will be resolved soon. But that soon is very late. In Short, Ola Money sucks. Don't use it. Not even for booking cabs.

This App is a bigtime failure! not at all user friendly. Never add Ola money. always better to use cash for payment. incase you add your money and do not end up using the service, your money will end up getting stuck in ola money and you have to struggle a lot to get your money out. and Please release the latest app update 4.9.7 !!!!! you guys are rolling out one version 1.9.7 and asking the customer to update to 4.9.7 update for withdrawing money! which is not there on the play store!!

A very scammy app. Does not let me withdraw my wallet balance to my bank account. it even shoes a huge transaction charge for withdrawal. When I confirm withdrawal, a message pops up saying an error occurred. Do not use this app. It does not even work with advertised merchants like Myntra. I am probably going to lose all the money that I put into my wallet

I can't use cashback and for having technical glitches like bugs and flickering screens. It is becoming in convenient to pay for Ola rides, it may be worth considering other wallets if you're looking for wider cashback options and a smoother user experience.

Recently, I am not able to recharge my mobile using the balance. Money is deducted and it shows as success on OlaMoney app but I don't get the recharge benefit on mobile. They don't have proper customer care where you can call, just the e-mail. I did the same recahrge using other operator within 5 minutes and it worked, so clearly problem is witb Ola Money. Money did get refunded in 2-3 days, but issue's recurring. Definitely not the smartest way, infact from recent experience it is dumbest way.

Worst wallet, worst service. They show option to pay airtel postpaid and payment always fails. When i opened ticket to their support then they told "We would like to inform you that due to the internal integration issue, the Airtel bill payment is not going through at present. We would not be able to confirm any specific timeline within which the issue would be resolved." If you are having issues with specific partner then why showing up in wallet services. Worst wallet ever, dont use at all

I dont even want to give 1 star but there is no other option. I am trying to login since last 3 weeks but all the attempts are unsuccessful. Even after doing kyc update. It is showing problem in reaching servers since l have downloaded this very disappointing app. No follow up from the customer service. Best example of unprofessionalism.

New to the app. Super optimistic when I downloaded the app only to see it get washed away. Didn't get the OTP when I tried to login to the app for 2 straight days. Secondly, unable to see UPI as a mode of payment to add money the wallet. The customer service asks you to take screenshots, YOUR app doesn't allow screenshots and screen records. Do you expect all your users to carry multiple SMART phones? Beyond ridiculous!

I'd rather give it a 0 . App is asking to use screen lock while starting , even when I type the correct screen lock the app doesn't open. What a utter piece of trash. No wonder Ola is in losses. I can't use any of my money now. What is the point in redeeming coins when the app doesn't start?

They bombarded me with notifications, emails etc. to apply for Postpaid+ and when I did, they rejected it although I have a credit score of over 840 out of 900! I asked the reason for rejection, but they just replied with a generic copy-paste response that it could be for low credit score or some issues bla bla bla. And didn't provide any transparent reason for rejection. Basically, it's a scam to collect all my credit information. Beware of this.

First of all I keep getting logged out of this App every day. Recently I started getting the error "Accounts Exceeded" - Your device has been used to login to , too many devices. I sent a mail to Ola Money Support. Mail Chain went on for 25 days. They gave me the same typical solution 20 times i.e to re-install the App. Despite telling these Bastards that solution is not working, they have not been able to provide a proper solution. I have stopped using the app permanently as I can't login.

It's a very bad app and service. I added money into ola money wallet for emergency use. But, ola drivers don't accept payments by ola money. And I have been trying to withdraw that money to bank account, it's failing, for over six months now. I tried to contact with customer support but they don't even care. Just raise a Query ticket and then nothing. It's so irritating. This is the worst service for people who often travel. Really bad 👎

Rubbish response. Can't activate wallet due to "technical issue". They ask to send screenshot and a video recording, from a second phone (as if everyone is expected to have more than one), knowing that their own app doesn't allow screenshots or screen recording. Finally sent them a drive link of a video recording (coz any video exceeds Gmail attachment size limit). Now stuck in a loop where these mindless drones ask to send a video recording without looking at the link.

I would give it a 0 star, if that was the option. I have added money into the wallet and I cannot use it or withdraw it ! Asked helped at their email team, but no ! They are taking forever to resolve the issue and my money is stuck in the wallet !!! Its been almost 2 months and still the issue has not been resolved !! Basically a pretty useless app that does not allow you to use your own bloody money !!!

Getting an error message saying that sms permission not given.. however permission is given.... enabled permission.. Uninstaller and reinstalled app... still same error..
