I use OKX for the coins I can't get on other platforms. What pisses me off is the constant "identity verification", it happens every 2 months or so and you need to close all your positions. As a swing trader that often works against me. Of course, you can keep the position open and let your account get frozen in the meantime, that is the only way I found to salvage the trade... Follow up: after more than a month I have still limited access to my account.

Okx being the world largest crypto exchange is very reliable and trusted platform to be recommended to people. I have carried a lot of transactions on the app with no issues. One thing I'm very unhappy here is what other people are saying about okx in their reviews. I have never had a verification issues as it is so simple and fast. And the app is really working well. I'm writing this review because of the level okx has taken me to in the world of crypto

Really can't make use of the app. I can't send coins out of the app; it keeps bouncing back to square one whenever I minimize the app, despite the fact that I'm using a 7GB RAM device. This is really disappointing; I feel like going to other exchanges already

The new updates have made nlthe navigation through the app so complicated and need more conversions between cryptos or assets and processes for a simple purchase or sell. Some features can not be found or are hidden behind other sections. Please consider these notes when applying new updates cause the app is causing so many frustrations and is not user-friendly anyone.

Great App. Almost perfect but If you can do what Binance in its App like full customizable chart styles for the main charts, it can change all candle colors, indicators etc... also your TradingView Charting mode does not SAVE the customized chart colors settings state, it slows down so bad after the change and then gone after exit 😂 can you make the App theme Dark Gray? And very snappy Fast? And last your Passkeys does not support hardware security keys that support U2F like trezor etc... 🙏

Very cool and full featured wallet *** Update: the wallet is good, but the verification for the exchange is hell. It is ridiculously hard to verify. No matter how many selfies you take they will be rejected. I didn't have this kind of problem with BingX. Verification was fast and easy. ☹️

I have been using crypto for more than 2 years. And just today, three attempts of scams have happened to me. And it is the last attempt. I have been scammed. All of my money has assets has been stolen even from my account without knowing it. When i contacted the customer services. They did nothing.

I tried logging in again after successful registration but I was told my password is wrong (I did not argue). I tried forgotten password, using both email and password, yet I was never sent a verification code. Likewise, I tried to sign up for exchange, I can't register as well.

It just signed me out...dnt know how, then next thing im tryin to sign back in, instead of getting a verification code, im getting a message saying Okex was recently logged in from another device and that's it. It doesn't give you an option to verify its you. You keep on getting the same freakin message. So frustrating cz my coins are stuck there.

New assets layout is very bad. Why on earth would you make users choose between total value of an asset and total profits when we could see both at the same time in the previous layout. Please bring back the layout where we can see both in the same screen. Update: Profits are added to new layout, thank you !

Very bad experience with this. Verification process is not smooth. I tried taking selfie several times on different phones. Both shows something went wrong. Contacted the support but no help at all. They said would send a mail to follow up my complaint. Waste of time. I already uninstalled the app Better to use other platforms. Do not waste your effort here people. Simple verification process butvthey cannot resolved it immediately. Do not entrust your money with this app

I couldn't register after doing email verification. I could not get past mobile number verification. I was told to input my knee which I did. I was told I was sent a code to verify. But the code never comes even trying 2ith my other number the problem still persist. And this is the same number I use with any other important things including my bank.

This platform has become worthless and has a very, very big defect, and not just a defect They close verified accounts and steal people's money. Four accounts have been closed, all of them verified, and I made deposits in them. However, they send me email notifications to tell me that the account must be verified within a week or it will be closed. After that, it is closed

Very poor customer support. Recently I opened an order on trade, till now it still showing "unfilled". Have contacted their robot customer support (because that's the only alternative there) it seems to be repeating a set of options to me everytime, very awful!.

I've traded on different major exchange, but OKX stands out in them all...many benefits and seemless navigation. Most of all, the value of your funds remains the same after you perform token swap. Although, one thing I miss on the platform is, 'floating price widget' that would updates itself per second and I believe they'll work on that soonest. I highly recommend OKX to you for your trades and more.

The app is great with an easy to use interface. The only reason I'm giving it a 2 stars is because of the connection. i don't know what servers this app is deployed at, but it's just bad. Whenever i start chatting with anyone, it takes forever for the message to get delivered, which affect me doing any p2p orders. The time runs out before the messages get delivered to the buyer/seller. My internet speed is 100MB in download, and i tried multiple other networks,i only have this issue with this ap
