I was very sceptical about using OhentPay because I had been using LemFi for a while, but OhentPay has won me over in recent times. I am very impressed with their customer support’s readiness to answer you immediately and guide you through every process of sending money abroad.

It is a great app. I think the transfers are quick and there is adequate information and notifications. If I were to suggest an upgrade, I will say that promos should be automatically added rather than needing the client to remember, which most people never do thereby making the promo pointless. So if you are going to do a promo just apply it so that people receive a nice surprise when they see it!

I don't understand this app. I tried to setup an account, when I added my BVN it says my BVN name doesn't match. I don't understand how my BVN name doesn't match. Unfortunately their is no option of contacting a developer for assistance. If their is option of contacting a developer or whom so ever for assistance, do let me know.

I won't advianyone to identify it, I made my first transaction 0n first of this month and it has been pending since then, I then had to speak qith customer support and they have been requesting for documents over and over again which I pro idea and they still have not processed my transaction till now and no reasonable response from them.

My transaction has been now been resolved after 9 days, but I am leaving the review as 1 star until I have a different customer service experience with Ohentpay. The customer service is actually minus 3 star! If the business / developer is really interested, please go and read my chat with Danso. You have my surname.

I am heartbroken right now from the poor service OhentPay is offering me. For about a week now, I can't tell why they haven't credited my recipient of the money I transferred. Above all, the customer care personnel I was chatting with in the app has refused to reply to my messages. Now, I am not sure of the fate of my money. Ohentpay that I have rated high has turned to something unfamiliar. Ohentpay, kindly refund my money or complete the transaction.

I'm here to update my review. It's been 8 days now since initiated a transaction on the app, till today they've not paid me. They don't respond to their messages again. They sent an email saying I will get my money on the 15th, today is 16th and I haven't received my money. I don't understand what's going on again!!!

Just started using Ohentpay and thanks to a friend that recommend the app. The app is super user-friendly, with a simple interface that makes transactions easy. Keep up the great work.

Such a fraudalent app. Guys avoid them they are scammers. Can you imagine I sent money and they asked me the card proof and I provided and they ask for my ID card and I also provided and yet they haven't completed the transaction and I told them to refund the funds back to my card but they didn't refund. Is there's an update before Tuesday I will let you know.

Absolutely useless. I couldn't even locate the exchange rate btw 2 currencies. Wonder who developed this app. Very very user-friendly. I just downloaded the app as an alternative to similar apps doing the same thing, but this one is the worst. Sincere apologies to the owners

Finally got the transfer, but your customer service could have done better by responding properly to messages, instead of being online and ghosting people. Problem or delay can certainly happen but, it's how you deal with it and carry your clients along in a transparent manner that matters

Currently, it appears that I have been scammed ooo. I have been using them for almost 2yrs. I sent fund, its been 24 hours, and it's not cleared yet. I contacted them after 24 hours, and I sent the fund. They said it could take up to 24hrs. All messages sent to them are not replied to. Please be careful with this app. Once my money is cleared, I ll be back to update you about it. Update 16/04/24. Funds have now been paid. Thank you

Had high hopes when I started using this App, until I sent money with my other bank card to an account number that I have been sending money to using the App, they flagged it and requested for my ID and statement of Bank account which I provided. Yet it was still not cleared after a day, second day they asked that I provide the source of the money, even though it was clearly shown on my statement, and this was only about €2k urgently needed for a payment for a project. it's not worth it.

This is without a doubt the most unreliable platform I've had the misfortune of using to convert between currencies. They suggest transaction times they don't intend to follow and their customer service is just as delayed. Only use this platform if you do not care about WHEN your transfer arrives

This is the worst app for money transfer. My experience with them is very terrible. They will collect (debit) your forex and take forever to credit the receiving account. They request a bank statement and all sorts of documents at each transaction. (After you have been successfully verified when you opened your account). The app is a mess. The experience is horrible. I will not recommend this app to anyone

This has been the most awful experience I've had since my 4 years of sending money back home, even with other apps. Asking me to state the reason for my transfer and to put it in pdf, and then send an up to date statement of my account, before my money could be transferred is very ridiculous and horrible. Never had such experience 😕. Please kindly refund my money
