Terrible! Within three days after being robbed of 29.99 for a year of this office suite ..... I had already paid for a year previously unknowingly, I asked that you stop this subscription and return my money for my UNUSED and UNWANTED subscription. A complete refusal. DONT EXEN USE a trial of this, you'll just keep paying for nothing

Features are ok some very useful expected more from paid version especially when theres other applications available with some or more of the same features that are free witch comes as a disappointment in purchasing it.No adds but constant suggestions to download or subscribe to paid services,assuming what would be included with apremiumapp purchase very disappointed it's not the best product u counter-intuitively have to purchase more product for full potential I use with other apps for free

I purchased OfficeSuite Pro + by Mobisystems many years ago, for $14.99. At the time it was great, full featured, and better than MS offering. Over the years, Mobisystems has been infected by greed and incompetence and have whittled away at features and fucntionality, stealing standard functionality and trying to sell it back to us as "DLC" packs. It should be CRIMNAL to sabatoge the software people bought retail only to use extortion to get those features back! But Google loves fraud & crime 👿

I enjoyed using this app for more than 5 years, It was really handy during school, and now during work. Regardless of that fact that I have paid for the full version for this app long time ago, now I have to pay again because the developers have made a decision to move to a subscription method. This marks the end of me using this app, and now I'm searching for another solution. Dear developers, thank you for your support through all this years.

Customer support online is woefully lacking. I believe the app work sufficiently well. However the fact that I paid for the app and I'm receiving advertisements in a bar at the bottom of the app indicates to me that for some reason they don't believe that purchasing something entitles you to certain rights not to be harassed with advertising. I could understand this if I was using the free version but that's not the case. Obviously Mobi does not understand the concept of owner rights.

I Thought that it would be a good office app but in actual this is just a nonsense . Reason - I can't insert media like audio , video , pictures in files ; I can not insert transition between two slides . Then also this app has a paid version for such a huge amount ₹1,700 thats a lot of money and the app doesn't worth it. And I would like to give this app 0 star rating but thats not possible so this time just take 1. IMPROVE THE APP

My aim was to replace chinese app - WPS suite. I am ready to pay required amount. However, this product is not up to the mark. Hangs usually on a 4 gb phone. Usability is very bad. This being a trial, why should 30% of the screen be filled with advertisement? Why some very common fonts like TNR, Verdana etc. are missing ? If such a worst product is given as trial one, how can I buy it?

Expected much better! Needs drastic overhaul for use across multiple platforms and operating systems and definitely needs far better capacity to link, interchange and/or recognise multiple accounts for the one user (way too focused on $$$$ to actually consider best options for users). MobiSystems = TERRIBLE!

I paid for this version, and I'm being asked to update and pay for the reg version. This seems a bit unfair and too technical to address. I don't want to read an encyclopedia of information to get a resolution for my problem. One system should talk to the other system.

Edit: 2021 apr 13 - This is awful! I uninstalled minutes after trying it out. It claims it's a full trial version for 7 days, but is actually a full on bombardment of adverts! It looks like the full paid version is only by SUBSCRIPTION. What a bummer, my original review from a couple of years ago was 5 stars. I better check my google subscriptions (I really disagree with software subscription models) to make sure this sneaky company won't ding me, although I have uninstalled this ad-ware.

I can consider it as ms office replacement. But one Problem.. When you zoom in any document (specially pdf files) then the fonts will be blurred and take time to load properly. All other office apps which are not perfect at all, At least they can handle zoom function much better. But this app which has a lot of functionality and almost perfect.. why it has this type of flaw? I just want to know reason behind it and when are you going to fix it? Except this bug, Thank You so much for this app.

I purchased this a while back for 20 bucks now it's called trial because it's a subscription service now. Scummy app. Edit: in response to my response, thank you for getting to my comment, that is appreciated. But no, it's not just PDF tools that are now locked behind a subscription wall, it's scan to excel that is locked it is scan to word that is locked. Back when I first got the app you couldn't write in certain formats and not to long after it was made a micro transaction to do. SCUMMY APP.

100% full featured. Much better than the native app on another phone I own, designed specifically for office work. My only gripe right now: I installed this office suite as a free trial. Later, I upgraded by purchasing the #1 Best Top Fantastic Pro Upgrade Extravaganda Plus (or whatever it was called--lol). 👍 Ever since i upgraded my license, the app insists on identifying itself as a "trial version," even though it has been up-modified and disgruntilized. Why is he so hard on himself? 🕵️🤔

I've been trying to get someone to respond to my email since June (and prior to that, February). No one has bothered to return my email. The tool is great, but I just need someone from technical support to guide and explain somethings. I also called, but get a message instructing I send an email (no response). You just can't get ahead. I tried to pay the $29.99 on the web (PC version), but then it says I cannot because I have an active account I'm just spinning in circles with no support whatsoever; that's why I gave you the 3 stars. it be nice to get someone who can return my email or contact me back so that I can install the $29.99 PC version and then tell me how to access the correct Android instance for mobile acces

Purchased the Pro licensing (not subscription) May 7, 2018 and since that, time it has been completely removed from the app store and replaced with a higher priced version which I'm not able to download. I do not recommend purchasing anything from these developers; as they will just remove the app later; so your licensing becomes worthless. You will have paid for nothing in the end; because the app and therefore the support for the app will no longer exist; for you to exercise that license over.

I was among the first to download and begin using this app while it was supposedly a single time purchase more life as the pro version. Somehow that doesn't seem to apply anymore or at least not to my account. The app is amazing and can do anything that Windows Word or any other high-end processor + PDF can do. It's fairly easy to navigate. So yes my criticism has nothing to do with its functionality or usefulness but rather with its sudden high cost isn't even competitive with Microsoft Word any more than it would be with any other paid subscription app. Aside from feeling mislead years ago when I first started using this, I feel the cost is simply Out Of Reach at a time when every app and website wants to start charging a fee. Just as with the intrusive advertising reaching a limit of how much profit it could generate for a company such as Google, there will come a time when they subscription will reach their saturation point with the consumer. I'm sure I'm in the minority now but I'm also just as certain that I won't be in the minority for long. I'll be downloading word and paying them for1 subscription across all my devices. Though this product can sync across devices it's not as routinely required in office applications as Windows Word therefore making it much simpler to go with the product everyone recognizes since there isn't really much of a cost difference now anymore. Thank you for the years of enjoying a wonderful Cutting Edge Innovative app. I can see and his inflated company profits and more. I never expect this for free. It's well worth paying something for access to an application like this one but only if there's some advantage over that which is more standardized in offices and office applications.
