BE AWARE - 1. in addition to the rate per kWh, there is also a charge for time connected. It all worked out at 42p per kWh. According to French website, this extra charge is waived overnight. 2. Charger is in front of Intermarché Express supermarket but map shows it wrongly as being in car park at rear. 3. Type 2 charge rate is listed as 7kW, but this is shared between both connections. - but at least it works!

I left the car there over 40 min, and when I got back, the car was only charged to 60%. That was quite disappointing as normally a fast charger would have it to over 80% in that time. clearly, this isn't a fast charger.

As a whole, a useful app. The route planner leaves a lot to be desired though. Great that you can input all the destinations and it plans it out for you, but then all the other charge points on the map disappear so you can't review and see if you'd prefer to stop elsewhere. If you swipe down on the box that contains you route, it thinks you want to end that search and deletes all the data. So you have to start again....

Excellent chargers but a bit of a challenge to find them and hotel visitors park non electric cars in the charger spaces as parking is limited. Need to access the Marine Hotel car park off an unmade road behind the hotel. Entrance to the road is between the 2 tennis courts opposite the Italian restaurant Were happy to be able to use the Electroverse card to obtain a 20% discount after 7pm

Doesn't show me where the chargers are! My map is blank and the list shows me an error. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to have corrected the issue above. It's a nicer UX than ZapMap but doesn't have (for example) Tesla chargers which ZapMap does.

Initially thought this was a great app, but after a few days of using it it's not showing the charging points on the map, which makes it pretty much useless! Love the electroverse card and the concept but unless it works properly will be looking at other apps.😕

The best EV charging app, period. Other apps don't even come close. Best prices, UI is superb, everything works lag free. Charging starts and stops in blink of an eye while in other apps you have to often wait ages. I am so happy I found it.

I find the app works a bit less than half the time. I suspect it's down to the partner networks of chargers but it's frustrating. It will be nice when all charges are on the Electroverse app and they work reliably. Until then it's OK but not wow.

Where have all charger locations gone? Not appearing on map for several weeks, now. Having to pay full price on chargers with electroverse discounts. Not happy. Clearing (resetting) filters, signing out and then signing back in seems to have solved the problem. Back to 5stars. Thanks.

Easy and handy park sign to hang cable off... The only issue was the charge rate at the La Gd Rte de St Ouen terminal of 0.79p/kWh? Once I realised this, I disconnected and went to another Evolve charge point with a rate of 0.26p/kWh, which is common rate across Jersey EV charge points. Take note: Use the apps as sometimes you get cheaper rates.

Of all the ev apps I've had to download this one actually worked first time with no hiccoughs. Incredible! Instead of me wasting an hour phoning for help, it started charging my MG 4 when I simply followed its plain instructions. Brilliant.

Uses lots of mobile data. IF you are on a PAYG mobile data plan like me then beware this app uses a lot. In my case the first time I tried it my credit was immediately exhausted and it was still wanting more at 60MB. Topped up tried it again another day - same result. Contacted Electroverse direct suggesting they store data on the phone and just download the needed updates as and when - did not receive a reply. So for me the app is unusable - sorry.

Sorry but useless beyond all reason. I downloaded to see if an electric car was feasible for me. In my area it said there was a charging point in the middle of a near by field and in a car park. Neither existed. The two I did know about... Not shown. I would hate to use this and need a charge.

Route planning is annoying. The initial route finding is good and I was happy with that. But it is annoying that if you accidentally swipe away the route, because you want to see the full map, that the whole thing disappears and you have to start again. Also charge times calculated by the app are v optimistic (does it take account of the charge curve?) and appears to take no account of faffing about, parking and getting the charge started.

Located, connected, charged, informed. Travelling in France, I was amazed at how accurate this app was. We located the charging point, parked up, read a few instructions and (apprehensively) presented my card. I wasn't expecting anything, my previous experience was other chargers/apps/providors was stressful. Amazingly a small door "popped open", I connected the cable, all lights correct, everything did it's job. Very impressive. Unfortunately, another motorist was not so lucky. 😃

Mostly works well. The use of the back button can be inconsistent, sometimes it goes to a previous screen and sometimes it quits the app eg while viewing the detail of a charger. When using with Android Auto searching doesn't function when location on the phone is switched off, Google Maps warns that you need to switch this on on the phone. Charger availability doesn't update in realtime but that's probably down to how frequently third parties provide updates to Octopus.

Links to my Electricity bill, which is useful. However, the rates Octopus get you are actually misleading and terrible. Cheaper to pay direct in all bar 2 of the charge points I have visited. Clearly Octopus are getting rubbish deals off these operators or just not trying hard enough or just wacking money on for themselves.... Worth it for the convenience and not for the price is a good summary. If money is no object to you, this is fine. You are being ripped off though. I have the data.

I mean, in terms of the number of places you can charge, I haven't found anything that beats this app. The reason for only 3 stars is: 1. My card wasn't working on a weekend, and there is no support to help you. I contacted them via X, but they didn't respond to me. 2. When using the navigation map on android auto, I have found that the navigation just freezes after about 3 minutes of using. If they can address these issues I will amend my rating to 5.

Works great as a phone app but cannot get any sort of sense out of it on android auto. Just keep getting "something went wrong" message It can't locate any nearby chargers, saved routes or favourites and the one time it did pick up on the Google maps option for a 105 mile route It sent me to my neighbours house !

I love this app. I would really like to add one additional feature that would make this app flawless in my opinion. When calculating the route, it selects 2 stops, one being a 5 minute charge and then the next stop being only 30 miles down the road being the longer charge. My additional feature would be to have the ability to amend how long i charge for at a certain charge stop when planning the route. Then let the app re calculate the rest of the route based on my amendment. Hope it makes sense
