I got stuck and appear logo only on this version, and how to downgrade to the old one. Other things, cimb care is not give solution on my issue, its like that they don't care about this We already send all pic n clear chache has been done, unfortunately it doesn't work, how to downgrade the old version pls, we need octoMobile soon

APP HAS BUG! My antivirus kept show Checking for Device Threat everytime I open this app. Forced shutdown and then it showing that this app has bug.

Today, 3 June 2024, I am unable to log on the app from morning to evening. I don't want to reinstall it as i may have to go through the registering process from the beginning which is quite a hassle. Your competitors are usual quick to rectify a problem. Here, you either wait for the problem to go away or your customers to do so.

New user and kinda dislike the apps. And why so many fee charges? 100k for 1st deposit, now remain only almost half of them because of so many fee charging. What a great ways to spend your money and get nothing.

Very smooth and customizable as an App. Love the UI and user experience in octo mobile. Used 5 other mobile banking applications, had never enjoyed using a mobile-banking App this much. 10/10.

Very unstable. Hard to open the app, slow to load the balances. I can't pay my cc even when my connection is good.

There is a bug on BI fast transfer. The choices on "purpose of transfer" cannot be chosen, will always be an error during submitting

Not only does this account have a lot of bugs, take insurance fees that are not little every month. Almost 1mill in total. Today, I received a message that the overlimit is not approved. That's hilarious. The fact that it over the limit because I was using it all the time. Moreover, it is over for only 77k. But the overlimit fee is 200k. The thing is. There's no msg saying I have an overlimit, no worning. The UX is funny and not user-friendly also. Officially, I'm not gonna use this any longer.

The available credit limit doesn't reflect the actual credit limit and I have to call an operator to know exactly what my actual credit limit is. What's the point of having a credit limit indicator if it's not accurate?!?!

After updating the apps wouldn't load past welcome screen. Boro2 login, nyampe halaman login aja nggak. Udh restart hp, restart wifi, semuanya Edit : I HAVE contacted the helpline 14041 but their responses was the problem coming from my end. I am able to access the app yesterday without any problem before the midnight update. Please roll back changes or at least go debug the app. Oh I'm able to do a transaction from the website so it's not from my end

After confirmation of logout, back action is not closing the app. Instead it goes to the previous screen which the transaction have been concluded. Please fix for better experience.

Worst banking service, unreliable, takes too many effort to fix issue they caused Edit: sent the report to the CS but bounced everywhere while spending lots of credit without clear resolution

the app forced me to update, and I just did but this latest update is LESS SECURE due to QRIS payment can be accessed WITHOUT LOGIN. Please change it back to what it was (all financial feature requires login). Thank you.

Really really **slowest** mobile banking apps I've ever used, it's potentially open the dangerous to be compromised with the man in the middle. I immediately uninstalling this kind of apps,. They made it as a test bed?

Great app, however I have 1 question/concern. Everytime I had to transfer money or pay with Qris, it asked only certain digit of PIN numbers, can you give full digits of PIN numbers instead of doing that?, it will be very helpful, the apps blocked my account several times because of this issue. Thank you

App is not updated on time. You always have to pay more than you should for credit cards because it needs to be at least 10.000 and you need to round up your payment. The outstanding balance does not reflect your actual balance at the moment. This app sucks!!

we don't need that very demure whatvr BS, feels like boomers trying so hard to follow the trend. just bluntly write what's new on your app. and we only need u to put the real time cc transaction into the account without any 2-3 days delay, to prevent fraud/double transaction. i have a cc account in tier 3 Bank, and they smoothly put any newest transaction right into mobile app, almost real time.

I have been using this app for over a year, yet this time I found several issues / bugs within the app. Everytime I would like to transfer to other banks more than once, the second one usually shown the first one despite already typing the correct bank account number. Also, everytime after conduct payment using QRIS & then close the transaction to exit the app: the app return back to QRIS scan. There are some more bugs, but those two are need to be fixed ASAP.

The new UI is great. I have no complaint there, I like the new confirmation page of QRIS payment, visually appealing. But like others have mentioned, the app has become really slow and sometimes even doing wire transfer is a hassle! I also found that accessing poin XTRA will kick you out. This app needs lots of bug fixes.
