there's a bug, unable to open and use. using s22 ultra, showing 2 app need to switch off accessbility which i had already off it but still unable to open up the app update, nothing was able to done even after following instruction to remove the app and reinstall, still need to wait a few hour for the token to be activated but still unable to solve the issue. giving the reference number is useless as this doesnt solve any issue, waited for 30min to get thru yet nothing solve

If you want us to use this app instead of the security dongle, then make sure the app actually functions. Authorised a login session using PIN as intended, but no transfers worked. App would crash as soon as you submit the PIN to authorise payment. Which means generating OTP on website, finding the OTP section in app, inputting the OTP to generate another OTP to authorise transaction. Need to go through all these extra steps every transaction, might as well use the dongle: quicker and easier.

App keeps crashing. Immediately crashes after it loads up the log-on page. It wasn't this buggy a few weeks ago but now it's totally unusable! How can I even check my account online if the app doesn't give me the button notification to access the account?? I literally can't check my finances at all, which is ridiculous for a business account. My POSB personal account works so much better and I'm seriously considering changing banks due to this app issue.

Trend account figures are always not updated. This is the 2nd time i reported. This is a banking app, yet figures are not true today. So scary, is it not?

Not very user friendly. Functions do not seem to work and the notification functions definitely is not working after numerous attempts.

App can't open. Persistent popup message for me to close app and send feedback. Very frustrating not to be able to login. Never had this issue earlier...about less than a week ago..wonder what's happening... - Got my answer: Scheduled service maintenance. Phew! But today 26 October 2020 Can't login at all...never received any alert sent to my phone to trigger one token and the alternative OTP function doesn't work ...never received any OPT. At all. I'm uninstalling this app.

OCBC apps are trash. both personal and banking. can't understand why they don't bother. UOB & DBS apps are near flawless but a decent bank like OCBC should be able to offer a smooth experience too. App hangs while switching credit card transaction list and for business banking it can fail to start altogether. if not for having my account linked as a vendor to so many clients, i would have changed my bank years ago

This app is terrible as a "banking" app. It is impossible to switch between accounts without constantly getting a "something something detail is incorrect" error, even though there have been ZERO changes to password or UserID or OrgID. And when you do manage to log in, you don't even know which account you are looking at because the account / company name doesn't appear in the pull out menu or anywhere! It is just a glorified OTP app with a few extra screens for approvals / balances.

Sends me into an infinite loop where I have to login in order to use OneToken so that I can login. When that fails, I have to generate an OTP by - you guessed it - logging in. Tells me to select OneToken from "the menu on the right" when there is clearly no option. The infographic and the app don't even match. Made me do a double take on whether I was even using the right app. This app made me question my own sanity. Who developed and tested this app? Fire them.

One of the worst banking apps, every attempt to login is a miserable and frustrating experience. There is a failed circular logic that forbids you from entering your account. You need an OTP that's generated in the app, WHILE TRYING TO LOGIN TO THE APP, i.e. u won't get access to the OTP. After a few attempts, got locked out, and helpline only works 8-8...and is often unreachable.

This app has a bug. I'm not able to open the app & use it. The app is now not to take me to the login page. It keeps closing when trying to launch the apps & then informed the app currently has a bug and now has to wait for the app dev to fix before I can use it again. Anyway, my take on this new release version is not good compared to the older one. Don't release something if it has not been thoroughly tested. This is highly frustrating & creates a lot of inconveniences to the user.

Cant pay any bills. The SUMBMIT button cant work anymore. Click many times still cant click. Now only can play thru OCBC Velocity website to pay for my bills. Please Fix ASAP.

what is wrong with this bank??? why make everything so complicated? the onetoken button just suddenly disappeared on the app, so there is no way for me to input the challenge code into onetoken, in order to get OTP. so as a result my business cant make a fund transfer

always having issues. can't login, keep loading. when logged in already, can't access the account details. 404 error. need to always click on more and clear cache, sometimes work, sometimes doesn't. it's really buggy.

This is worst app ever.. fingerprint function not working after updates. The login session will terminate once u hit cancel coz of the fingerprint feature is missing. The OTP does not come in at all.

If I could leave a 0 star rating. Every time there is a app update, I would have problem with the login and the stupid thing is they always choose to update on Friday night, which is fine except I would lose access, and the support is only available on Monday to friday. As it is, the average is currently 2 stars, so that tells you alot of OCBC current digital operations.
