Doesn't support modifications on Lexus or Ford, which is why I bought it. Can I get a refund?

The app, OBDoker, unfortunately isn't fully compatible with my OBD2 device, rendering it unusable for my needs. I bought the subscription and requested a refund immediately after I became aware of this issue, but neither the app developer nor the Google team has resolved my refund issue. Now I am stuck with an unused subscription app.

Cannot see if my car is supported without paying. I'm especially interested in DPF status. I don't understand those apps requiring to pay to just find of you can use or not for your own purposes.

Not worth the money. Does not comply with Google refund policies. I am still waiting for the refund!

Not for me. Other apps alows much more for free. Well, at least it's working. UPD: if to try this app out I need to subscribe for something, then I can forget about it and then it will be much harder to get my money back. So no, it is still not for me.

Can't do anything without getting a subscription. Yes, they have a trial, but after reading where others were having issues with a subscription or not getting their money back for whatever reason, it's not worth me even trying the free subscription. Uninstalled.

Doesn't even do battery registration, After asking for a refund I just get generic responses. Probably the worst I've used. Wouldn't bother!

Are you kidding me? There are plenty of apps out there that will let me use my Bluetooth adapter and actually retrieve the codes on my car. Not do the scan and then try to charge me so you can get your money so I can see my fault code I can just go to the auto store and get it freely done

Disappointing. I bought the subscription to enable me to turn off the service light in my car after I changed the oil and filter. It said I needed a subscription to try the feature, so I paid and then it didn't work! I appreciate I need to pay, but the software should be able to check this first before fraudulently asking for money. Either it works or it doesn't.

Good app in terms on functionality. REALLY let me down once I switched phone and refreshed the Pro purchase on the new device, and it wouldn't register as a Pro user. Paid £20.47 for 1 year, used it for 2 months and can't use it anymore.

They took money (£45) from my account when it was supposed to be a free trial I can not find anywhere to cancel my subscription in the app and no easy way to contact have left messages on Facebook and Instagram!! Also, it didn't unlock any of the things it said it would after taking my money !!

Do not use this app on a mitsubishi outlander MK3 I ran a scan on my car with this app and it crashed all systems, steering, immo, 4x4, etc showing I have faults on all these systems, when trying to clear the error the app created it was asking me to purchase the paid version, at this I disconnected and reconnected with my other working app which was free and had to reset all systems, not a safe app to use

Not that great. Shows limited data, which support says is down to the car but anyone with half a brain would know that this is not the case. User interface is woeful. My 25 euro clone Chinese scanner gives me more info.

If you have BMW e60 2009-2010, the app doesn't support advanced options. There are other diagnostic apps that support coding and many other functions. This app isn't worth the money.. returned as by Google play policy, we can return the app in 48h

It's deceiving. I paid for the app to avoid sharing data, but it still asked me to share location. It wouldn't share the codes of the diagnosis unless I paid for a monthly plan. Edit: thank you for your response. I still maintain that it is deceiving. Had I known that I would get at most 7 days of full access I would have started with a free option like Torque, which is working well. Netflix doesn't charge to let you download the app, and then you pay monthly. This is just dishonest.
