Not able to connect in obd eleven app at its own, have to enter VIN detail every time i connect the device. However, device is connencting well on ibd eleven VAG app.

Scanned my Superb with this app, ZERO errors... Switched to the one for VAG, found the few problems in my car! Why didn't this one from the same developer found the problems?

Great app, however, language change needs some serious adjustment. When changing the language on the app, it changed the default language on all phone system too. This is unacceptable

Used this on various vehicles, on vehicles other than VAG it hasn't shown any fault codes. Even when the engine light is on and my other scanner reads the code fine. On VW I've found it quite slow.

useless.. re installed 3 times and still can't log in as the log in image is non existent as its just a blank page

having to pay to reset an oil change light is absurd. there are other obd2's out there that allow you to do these simple maintenance tasks at no additional charge

restricted, highly limited functionality and support. They lock it down to specific VINs, and drop support for the device, demanding a re-purchase of a 'next generation' dongle, at full price.

Keeps freezing. Had first generation device that was working fine but then I was told it's not supported anymore. Shockingly slow response from customer service.

Not working with Renault Captur 2014. Bought it specifically for this car as on youtube you advertised that this dongle works on all cars - what a lie. When I press connect the app finds the car and starts scanning control units and just disconnects right away without any notifications. It works okay with VW cars, but I have VCDS for it as everything is free and no subscriptions required

I paid £51 to buy the device, £3 for credits to turn off the annoying, pointless and dangerous lane assist, only for the app to give an error message saying "OCA not supported". On a 2024 VW T-roc, with customer support saying in chat before I bought it that it would work fine with this car (I have a screenshot). They now say a VW security update in 2024 prevents amendment to such controls, so it is of no use whatsover if you want to adjust settings.

was working perfectly fine. now it doesn't connect to my phone so it's basically useless anymore. good luck trying to find any form of customer support to get some help. I would have given 5 stars if bot for this issue.

The previous app had been working great, this is clearly a money grab attempt by making people use new worse app while they disable the previous app that was working perfectly fine. I do not support such business decisions and will be looking elsewhere. Also the new app does not even load up without an Internet connection completely useless.

used to be good but now after paying for pro it runs out even though I have 180 credits 30 of which have been lost as I seem to be getting a ocd fault just trying to change rear break pads. Reinstalled the app as the vag one seems locked out now and clear cache etc and nothing works as I tested day before but now it seems locked out making it useless 😑 sadly will be looking at alternatives after it being great as I had a year of 2 hiatus with cars.

Paid for the device and two hundred extra credits, they never sent me the activation code for the device and I still haven't gotten my two hundred extra credits. I have repeatedly emailed them and texted with them and all I get is some kind of AI response. They could care less about their customers; or they're just scamming them. DO NOT BUY!!

Piece of garbage. Most of paid features are already available in MMI system settings. There are only a few features that you can't activate through the MMI and they start at 100 credits which is $25-$30 . Not worth it at all. There used to be a so many free features about 3 years ago but the new odb eleven device is completely useless unless you are willing to pay $30 for each feature.
