OBD Fusion is a vehicle diagnostics tool that connects to OBD-II and EOBD vehicles. Not sure if your vehicle is OBD-2, EOBD or JOBD compliant? You must have a compatible scan tool to use this software. For recommended scan tools, see our website https://www.obdsoftware.net/software/obdfusion. Please note that cheap ELM clone adapters can be unreliable. OBD Fusion can connect to any ELM 327 compatible adapter, but the cheap clone adapters tend to have slow refresh rates and might disconnect randomly.

I am using this with the Kobra OBD2 Android Bluetooth device. This Fusion app will not connect to it. I've gotten free apps to work but of course when I pay for an app it doesn't work. This may work fine for your device though. I wish they listed devices this app is compatible with. I spent a few hours troubleshooting and tried every which way to get a connection.

Had to buy scan tool, then the app, then 2 extra add on for toyota for $75 and $15, and it still cant read transmission fluid temperature. ALSO: THEY HAVE ADD ON PACKAGES FOR ALMOST ALL CAR MAKES. THEY DONT TELL YOU TAT YOU HAVE TO BUY THOSE TO SEE MORE THAN THE BASIC OBD SCAN PARAMETERS. Got the BlueDriver and its way more user friendly than this.

App Will not connect unless engine is running. Then when you go to read the DTC's a message pops up advising that you may want to turn the engine off because it may interfere with the engine. I turn the engine off but keep vehicle in on position and it disconnects. The only way to connect is with engine running. Requested refund through google play. If this is corrected I may return and buy it again. Also the app didn't have an in app search for BMW DTC p1112. The free app did.

App works very well, though there are a few quirks. 80% of the time connection is super quick. The other 20% I have to retry 3-8 times. I would love to see the ability to show minimum and maximum read values in addition to current value. Also the ability to have a gauge tile change color based on current value would be fantastic. Current version app, toyota module, kiwi 3 Bluetooth obd adapter

Had the app for a while now. Was working great a couple of years ago, but now it's very buggy. Takes numerous attempts to connect via Wi-Fi, can no longer record logs as none of the buttons on the relevant page works (start, stop and menu buttons, meaning I have to force close to exit or get back to main menu). Same OBD device as before. Hopefully issues will be fixed soon.

Works well when it connects to a paired adapter. Problem is getting it to connect. Elm 237 Not sure but may be related to having internet access. Once I drive away from the house it often works when a cell connection is made. July 6, 2022 still fails to connect most times. Used the same adapter with others and connects easily but like this interface much better, just unusable

Very useful, very easy to use! Has the ability to read engine codes, readiness monitors, shows freeze frame info and it can show you live real time data. You can take logs and interpret them yourself or send them to someone else for diagnosing if necessary. A MUCH better deal than buying some crappy(and more expensive)code reader from an auto parts store that usually can't do anything more than simply give you a code to look up on the internet.

So let me get this straight? You just rendered this app useless , as it forces itself to go through Android auto which doesn't even work. Why not just let the app be used on the phone even though your phone's connected to another device via Android auto so that you can still see the gauges. There's no point in even having this device that I purchased if it doesn't show me the live gauges.......

I purchased this car diagnostic program expecting it to include all the features I needed, as advertised. Unfortunately, after buying it, I discovered that I have to pay an additional $15 to access the essential services I assumed were already included in the initial price. This lack of transparency feels misleading and unfair. If you're considering purchasing this program, I highly recommend checking exactly what you're getting for the price to avoid disappointment.

Great app but unless I'm missing something there is no option for gauges in Android Auto. That was my only reason for purchasing this app and it turns out it's the same output in Android Auto as the free app without paying. The output is delayed as well so much so that the RPM is back to idle before the increase even registers. I'm using a VEEPEAK adapter too, not one of those cheap ones so that's not the issue. I'm pretty disappointed but hopeful the devs will add gauges.

it works quite well and it's stable but please add dashboard to Android Auto. It would be a great feature and would be applicable to a lot of different situations. Like a lot of motorcycles now have also Android Auto/Carplay support and having it would dramatically improve the available informations. There's nothing working on AA right now with a dashboard!

This app is amazing! It worked out of the box with my cheap ELM 327 bluetooth device I paid 15 bucks for, plus 5 bucks for the app and 11 bucks for the enhanced package for Toyota. For little over 30 bucks I have complete live diagnostic data for my car. ABS, transmission, engine.. you named it. No subscription required. I double there is a more affordable option out there. Highly recommended!.

Very disappointed. I have purchased the app and the enhanced package for a Ford Kuga 2008 because I wanted to get DPF-related readings. Money wasted for nothing, because I can't drop any of the DPF PIDs into the dashboard.

Not Worth the Money Compared to free OBD scanner apps, this one offers less information and fewer features. I expected more from a paid app. Save your money and try one of the free alternatives instead.

The BEST OBD app so far,the more complex and professional one.Torque pro is just a toy ,i'm coming from Car Scanner paid who can't connect to enhanced diag,and also tested the Motordata obd just to discover that OBD Fusion found 3 times more enhanced pids for my car...i'm still in shock.Fast connection with a simple Elm327...Can even measure m/s2 acceleration in real time just as Perfexpert dyno.I don't get so many bad reviews...App + enhanced diag for my Ford Focus, 24 euro.Highly recommended!!

Looks and works great when it works, but it disconnects or doesn't sense my obd2 device more than it works. One minute its giving me readings in the live dashboards, the next its all 0s.

2024 Update: Please add phone current battery, date, time as a DISPLAY. I love using this app. However I was in the middle of nowhere, app refused to connect to my OBD without validating the app. I had no internet access. This needs to be fixed asap. If there is no internet, at least allow the app to run in normal mode.(temporarily disable the enhanced diagnostics). Also my OBD adapter is WiFi, so the enhanced diagnostics randomly get enabled please fix it.

Update: I have once again found a fix. I turned off mobile data. I have it connecting 3 out of 3 times. Update: I am once again unable to connect to my wifi OBD2 device. I am still able to connect with different software (Car Scanner), so I don't think it's entirely a hardware issue. Ok, so following the instructions imbedded in a different app (OBD Mary), I found that by disabling battery optimization I could get it to work every time. You may want to include this information in your app.

Overall, very much worth the $!! I paid for this app, plus the enhanced diagnostic capabilities for my '21Mazda CX30. Ive tried many other OBD2 apps, even paid for the pro version of a few others, but in comparison to OBD Fusion, none have come close to providing the level of diagnostic capabilities as FUSION. This app has given me insight to inner workings of my vehicle that I didnt think was possible. Has already paid for itself 10 fold in the 2 months ive used it! Highly recommend!
