Very bad for the features and the payment you need to pay up front

Thorton tuning chip brought me here. Free version is worthless. I hate subscriptions. I will uninstall this garbage. Have a nice day and go love yourself.

Wants me to pay 29.99 for year for the full software, didn't say that on the advert, bit disappointed to be honest

Thereis no way to connect to the scanner. Yet, I get bombarded with the upgrade to premium message all the time. A waste of data & space!

DO NOT PURCHASE. I have the PRO version and it is USELESS. It wont even stay connected like 5 minutes. Simple setting like screen on always wont even work. I SENT AN EMAIL TWICE AND THERE IS NO REPLY. GHOST! Update: several emails? With what resolution? You never did anything. Saying we exchanged emails? LIAR. Making me look that it's my fault? What did you do to resolve the problem? Blaming the dongle? Lol! SCAM!!! No refund given. It's expiring soon. I requested the refund months ago.

Only OBDII app that I can get to connect to my little OBDII wireless adapter (which I bought off of 'Euro Car Parts' for £22 and it was 4.5*s and had very good reviews). I'm going to buy the pro version as allot is blocked 🚫 off with the free version, but I am hopeful that I will make some progress with the pro version 🤞

Doesn't do anything unless you pay a monthly fee, I only wanted to check a Ewl, which it did, but that's about it really. So uninstall it 2021. I installed this again and once again I can't work out what I get with free version, every time I select anything it says only available in the paid version. How can you asses the usefulness of an expensive app if you can't use the features in it?

Connected to my mercedes a class w177 but the app is not able to show any dpf related info. Tried the paid version but the info visible under diagnostic around dpf sensors seem to be fake and always showing the same values.

This is a terrible app and I want my money back. It says it's connected to my car but says there are no faults or warnings on the car yet I have warning lights on and an issue. I keep trying to reset the the codes but does nothing.

Extremely useful. Paid for premium and use it almost every day. I want to know everything about what my vehicle is doing, and this helps me review all my sensors in real time. I bought the Thornton obd11 tool and this syncs up with it. For anyone who is mechanically inclined and wants to know their vehicle, I highly recommend this

I have a 2016 LR Discovery which I love, but the technology is annoying. The check engine light has come on 12 times within a 2 year ownership period. There is a sensor for everything... the main light that has come on numerous times is the stupid gas cap seal. I spent $85 to replace it and it still comes on occasionally. Its not a big deal, but it is annoying to see the check engine light on constantly. The OBD auto doctor is a mandatory item for vehicles with annoyances like this...

Using free version. It shows some things but not enough to make me want to use this app. I was curious enough to buy the app, then i find out its subscription plans only? Yea, no. Im not paying monthly, ill happily buy a different app with similar functionality before i demo your FULL product at a dollar a month knowing its subscription based. Dont. Take care -L

I love this app! I would definitely recommend upgrading to the pro version for all the features. I use it with the icar pro OBD2 adapter, I've used both the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth adapter types and have had better luck with the Wi-Fi version as far as connectivity between the device and the application. This app is easy to use and navigate and has saved me so much time in troubleshooting car issues. I tried many others before and AutoDoctor is the best. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

I love this app/scanner tool. Options seem endless. It allows me to check what codes are causing my check engine light to come on and then allows me to erase them. The best part is the live diagnostics when engine is running. Allows me to see the values coming from whatever sensors I have chosen to see displayed at that time. I believe it shows 6 at once. Example being I can see how far timing is advanced while monitoring the throttle position. Works great for my needs

The software works well. I have the yearly subscription and went to use the software and it did quit working. I tried to log out and it wouldn't let me. It said I didn't have a subscription so I ordered the monthly subscription only to find it still didn't work. I finally figured out that uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the issue. I contacted help and they gave me a refund for the 1 month subscription. Happy customer again.

It only scans Engine Control Module (ECM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM). It does not scan any other modules such as ABS, VSC, etc. So it's about the same as a cheap handheld scanner in that regard. The Pro version also has sensor monitors with data graphing and logging, which made it worth it for me to do a one month subscription. This part helped enabled me to figure out the problem with the car. But I had to use something else to read the ABS and VSC codes since OBD Auto Dr. doesn't read those... It paired fine with my Carista adapter, which is just a ELM v1.5 with v4 Bluetooth that works with Android, IOS, Windows.

What, I'm the only one this doesn't work with. I have to create an account, give them location permission and the d app doesn't even connect. Ok, follow their troubleshooting guide, try connection over and send log but the log doesn't contain anything, nada. This elm327 adapter works ok with torque but not this app. I was looking for something a bit easier to follow than torque and less buggy but I guess I'll have to stick with that. I've wasted way too much time on this.

I can't figure out for the life of me where my logs are saved. As soon as I stop the car everything disappears and the excel logs that I share via email are all blank. Other than that everything seems to work but it's useless without being able to analyze and save data. Edit: ok I figured out the semantics don't leave the screen or the data disappears. Makes sense considering the large timestamp data generated. It would fill up the phone memory very fast.
