Good app does what it says but for the love of God. I have been trying to reach these people about upping my limit for a week. Live chat is just there for show. I'm the only person there at all times. Emails go unanswered. It's like a ghost app. I'd give 5 starts but for this foolishness.

Very very bad experience, takes 60days to resolve a problem I had nothing to do with. Regret having anything to do with this app, and I advise anyone too. Mind you, I still have my money in their hands.

Poor customer care service! I do not recommend 😡😡🤬 I used the App to change my pounds to another currency and it didn't reflect on the receivers end, made a request of refund since 2nd of April and I have not gotten the refund till now 1st of may.

Easy to use, excellent support! Installed this to pay a contractor in Ghana, seamless process, good exchange rate, brilliant tech support. Will definitely use again. Haven't seen any ads yet, which is another plus!

I would have given 5star. But this your new update that changed the colour to dark red It's a self destructive move. I am currently unavailable to send money to fund my ongoing project. I have used you guy so well. Now it's really rubbish. I now have to install lemfi. You guys messed up. Bye

UPDATE!!! My transaction has been fixed. You got your 5 stars ✨. Made a transaction over 3 weeks now, it wasn't remitted to the Nigerian bank but OAPay took my money and hasn't refunded. No customer service has responded, contacted them via all social media platforms and they've not responded. I'll update when this is fixed.

Very annoying app, my profile name keeps changing to different names, and I have deleted and redownloaded still I have not been able to add my card. The app does not seem safe to use, I won't recommend.

I cannot thank the CEO for not only emailing me but also personally ringing me up and talking me through the OA app as she showed me an alternative payment method to use. Her patience and professionalism in guiding me through the process was very clear and simple to do. I would highly recommend using OA pay when sending money abroad.

My experience with this app is bad. They are scammers. I tried sending some amount of money through them. The money has been deducted from my account and never get to the reciever's account only for me to recieve a message from this company that they overpaid my recipient of #900,000 while i tried sending #100,000. Asking my recipient to refund the the sum of #900,000 while he hasn't recieved the alert of the money sent. They even went ahead to generate fake reciept of #1,000,000 they claimed.

I simply adore the UI; it is simple to use, user friendly and transaction was pretty fast. Money received in just a minute. Better than everyone else's rate. Thank you for making sending money to Africa so simple.

The experience has been nice until recently. I can't transfer because the field for Purpose of Transfer (Drop down menu) is not highlighted. Please try and resolve this issue as quickly as possible to get your pending 1 star.

Very good service and good customer service as well. They even call back promptly to inform you if your account you are sending the funds to gives them issues which makes the transfer fail. They would therefore ask whether you have any other accounts you want to send the funds to, or reverse the transaction. One other thing I like about OA is their ability to reveal the account name you are sending the funds to when you enter your account number. It helps to correct mistakes before sending funds

So bad experience with this app. Though I saw the review before downloading the app but I just gave it a trial. I made a transfer, the recipient account was not credited, I sent a message to the support team, I was told to contact the recipient account, when my recepient contacted her bank, they said the account was not credited, for over a month now. I have to delete this app but I have to drop this here so that other people will not fall victim. This app is a NO NO.

Very good, when it works. Often, I have had to uninstall it and reinstall it to get it working, without success. The "Purpose of transfer" dropdown does not show any option, and you can't proceed to transfer without choosing the Purpose! Several attempts for Support via chat does not get any response!

Hello.. My friend sent £80 yesterday and the transaction kept pending and pending and eventually she got debited and it never fully processed.. She was unnecessarily debited and kindly help me look into this

New UI/UX update is the worst thing I've ever seen an app do - it completely abandons some of the most useful features that came with the old look. An app on my phone, which knows that it is indeed, my phone, should not make me login via email and password whenever I close the app. Enabling security before a transaction is allowed to go through (like it used to be) is the way. Also, why has the option to use your phone's biometric security features been removed? It's the 21st century, people🤦

I had to jump through several hoops to verify my identification, address, etc. I tried to send a test transfer of $10 from my small, local bank, and it failed. Okay, so I tried my main bank account, and the app said the transaction was successful. Wonderful. Ten minutes later, the $10 was back in my account, and the transfer read, "canceled." I tried it again with the same result. Most of my credit cards are refused outright. I don't understand 😕. Edit: I was hacked while in the app 🤕
