Just downloaded it, everything is in Arabic or something like that. Anyone else have that problem? Any way to change it to English? I can't read or understand anything, so that obviously makes things much more difficult, lol. I've messaged the contact info for the app developer, once I hear back, and resolve this issue, I'll update my rating.

It was an annoying experience for me! I wanted to sell them BUSD. There was no trade section for this coin. I had to just sell it in an immediate way. I paid a high commission and the IRR withdrawal will be taken 1 to 2 business days👎👎. So I decided to withdraw the remaining BUSD and transfer it to my Trust Wallet. It's about an hour that I've waited for confirmation. I contacted to Support Center and I was told that there is an error in withdrawal section.👎👎👎👎

When you want to recharge your account it's easy and fast but when you try to withdraw from your account it keeps saying "error connecting to the server" so basically they will give your money back whenever they feel like it not when you want it, i haven't been able to request a withdraw since last night plus the fees are incredibly high. شارژ کردن حساب راحت و سریعه ولی دیگه برداشت کردنش دست خداست. کارمزد انتقالم به حدی زیاده که هرچی بخرید باید همون پیش خودشون بمونه تا وقتی میفروشید

it seems to always have issues processing withdraws last week I lost a ton token because I had an address that expires hourly and they sent the withdrawal 4hrs later therefore I didn't get it and now I deposit money they claim they are having issues with their banking system and the funny thing is they inform their clients through telegram and and users who don't use Telegram are unnotified because the app itself doesn't mention anything about it seems pretty convenient

The worst crypto exchange I’ve ever used. Unprofessional support, missing major coins like DAI and ATOM, extremely slow deposits and withdrawals (sometimes up to a week), and part of your balance gets locked without reason. I’d rather have my assets frozen on foreign exchanges than use such a worthless and unreliable platform.

Excellent security, good cryptocurrency diversity, coverage of common airdrop trades, fast transactions, deposits and withdrawals within acceptable time and overall excellent in every way except, High trading fee (0.36%) in the trader section and also much higher in the fast trading section. If it is reduced, I will give it 5 stars.

Awful. 1- You can't withdraw 72-hours after buying cryptos. 2- There's no live chat to get support immediately. 3- Low uptime of servers. 4- Buggy payment getaway. It's wasn't worth to spend time to verify my identity on app, it's just a trash, also there's no option to delete your account, so I just uninstalled it.
