I've been using this app for awhile without issues but the one time I use the mobile deposit feature to deposit a check, my check gets kicked back for non signature. When clearly the signature was captured in the photo taken. There needs to some improvements made to this feature.

I depended greatly on this app for its alerts. Since they upgraded this app none of my alerts are working. I tried reaching out a couple of time, but to no avail, no one has contact me on the situation. Alerts on this app greatly insured me that my accounts were not being jeopardized.

Much better than the previous version. The interface looks much better and there are much more functions. The only thing that needs a bit fine tuning is the speed. It's very slow in retrieving the account information when selecting an account

This app needs to be updated. I can't use the Zelle feature. The section where you enter the amount you are sending, the numbers 1, 2 and 3 are missing. Please fix this mess MCU.

It's been more than a month and I still have not been able to use this new app. Everytime I attempt to make a transfer, it automatically kicks me out. I spoke to representative at MCU and they always tell me the same thing that they are working on it and should be fixed by the end of business day, which is totally false. MCU previous app was perfect I have no clue why they change it. I wish I can give zero stars

As of 8/16/2024 MCU has screwed this app up again!!!!! Once again, your last app update sucks!!! Every update creates a new problem. This is the best screw up of all. I now can't sign into your mobile app!!! Can you just for once update your app and not create a new problem. Again I ask, how about doing a test run before bringing updates online live. After so many years MCU, you all should have it together by know. You continue to be extremely disappointing!

Everytime changes are made on the mobile app. it doesn't allow us to log in its quite annoying and a big nuisance I've called various times to see if they would correct the error and all they tell me is that someone will get back to and they never do not fair especially since I've been with them for over 22yrs. very disappointed. ☹☹☹

It is a very legit app, though my only problem is the Scheduled Maintenance. I feel that instead of the whole app shutting down for a few hours, it should just come in the basic form of a regular update. That is how Ibfelt when the previous App Version shut down as a whole, it completely threw a lot of MCU Customers including myself off.

Great app. After the last update the app has become so much more useful. The large balance displays on the login page are an informative snapshot of all my account balances without the need to sign in. After signing in the composite account summary page makes it easy to transfer funds between my accounts and keep abreast of my payments.

Constant glitches, it has now been about 4 days that the app isn't working. So it was mentioned that the app needed some trouble shooting and that it will be down on Android phones only for 1 day on the 14th. Still nothing and everytime I go online I am asked to reset my password because it doesn't recognize the one I had prior. Oh & nevermind calling customer service, I literally put it to the test. I cooked, cleaned, ate, jumped in the shower and was still waiting for a customer service rep 🙄

Despite the improved look from the previous Android version, some of the features require so much more improvement. I've spent the last 5 minutes trying to mobile deposit a check. The auto capture feature doesn't auto capture. And the manual capture feature doesn't work either. Frustrating.

The quick access to your accounts has been removed so now you have to enter your entire password so inconvenient. My account names have changed without permission. Had no choice of upgrading it was done on its own! Hate the new look and will take time to get used to. Like who has time to play around with a banking app? Banks pay IT to upgrade for no reason, who is ever satisfied with upgrades especially when they don't have a choice to opt-out. MCU take me back to the old version please!

This App is not working correctly, it doesn't allow you to add an account to trnf. money too that is an MCU account. When you click add acct. It gives several lists of other banks but not MCU. How can you trnf. To another mcu member when the app won't let you add their other account. I.e. you want to add their ckg. and also their Sav. so you can pick which one you want to trnfs. funds to. But the app won't allow you to add their Ckg. acct.

I Like the old snapshot look, it looked better. This is just too big and bright. Appreciate the improved interface, it now looks updated to today's time with more functions. Maybe with a darker background, better font style/size it would be easier to read, still feel like it need alot of catching up to do compare to Chase, Citi and Capital one.

App has set me back and now I'm reevaluating the whole bank. I moved out of NY so this app is vital for check deposits and transferring money between accounts. Both features have stopped working. I called the bank and they don't know why the checks show me "pending", but they can't even see them submitted. After assuring me they would call back after taking it up the chain....they never called back. I've deciding to get another/closer bank, because if they can't get it right someone else will.
