Never Purchase from Nykaa, Return policy not good, I received wrong size product but Nykaa team rejected and not created return request. First Order - Bad Experience. Never Purchase From Nykaa. Stop Using Nykaa. Many other platform better than Nykaa.

Absolutely pathetic experience with Nykaaman. Misleading product delivery time, no option to cancel product which is dispatched but delayed by more than 4 days, attempt to reach customer care turns futile, toll free no. provided on app belongs to club mahindra, their twitter team does nothing even after sending the details via DM. Mental harassment!!

I ordered my item and it always shows it will arrive tomorrow and still not delivered I have to leave the place soon what will I do with the item if I am not available there and also the orders tab is not opening so that I can cancel the damn order .so slow service.

This app still in 90s. Very slow process.delivery in 15days and return also to take place 15days. Why should people choose your app ??????

I ordered L'Oréal hair texture spray, but they sent Titan perfume instead. They didn't even provide a replacement for the incorrect product and canceled the replacement request. At least add a barcode like Myntra for easy replacement or return

One of the worst app and services. God awful customer service. You can travel to the entire country after ordering from the app and by the the time you will arrive home your package will still be in transit in some other country

Worst app.worst return policies..the executive repeat the same thing again and again. I have recieved a wrong item after creating a return request they are saying that you are not eligible for return while there is clearly mentioned that you can return the product within 10 days.. very disappointing. Please don't buy anything from here, costly and worst products.

Disappointed with First Order - Incomplete Items & Poor Customer Service I recently placed my first order with this for three items. Since the order was COD. They did not let me open it. Unfortunately, only one item arrived in the package. When I contacted customer care to resolve the issue, they requested that I "adjust" to this situation. As a paying customer, I expect to receive all the items I pay for. Disappointed with the incomplete order and the lack of effort from customer service.

Please adjust the app's UI to enhance the customer experience. While searching for shoes, I find the shoe images too small, leading me to open each product individually. Instead of this, consider removing the "view product" option and enlarging the product images slightly, allowing customers to view the products more clearly at first glance. I will change given rating if you fix this issue in future.

I have returned a product today after noon at 4:00 pm and the delivery boy from shadowfax has picked up . The app is showing that the return package is not yet picked up.this app looks fake.

Worst poor, I have Ordered earbuds 20 days ago, still the product is not received. They have disabled the cancel button also. They are fooling us.

Disappointed ,I thought at first it was great app because I got the tracking updates every 2 hour and It got delivered to me in 2 days...but now I got it that it was the Souled store which managed to deliver it through nyka man in such amount of time... the next order I placed ...it wasn't even good enough..then I returned it and I'm not even getting my refund from them.. their customer service is soo bad, they'll keep you in hold for 30 mins and then will tell you to call again the next day.

Very very poor service..I placed an order almost a month ago and still haven't received my products. The app provides no tracking information, making it impossible to know where my order is. The lack of communication from customer service is extremely frustrating. I do not recommend this app due to these serious issues.

I ordered bombay shaving company beard trimmer few days back which doesn't work, and it's expensive than website of that company. I think this just ruined my experience to order anything from nykaa for me. I want that replaced or repaired at least to be trust this app..horrible

Worst customer care experience ever. I ordered 3 T-shirts of size L. They sent 1 M, 1 L, and 1 XL. I kept one and tried to return 2. But their team rejected my return request, saying that their team has sent materials correctly and they can't take it back. I sent them product photos clearly showing the wrong size, but they denied them. Arrogant customer service. This is clearly a fraud service.

Please do not purchase any item from this application. I have requested an item to return and it's been 1 month and till now it's not been picked up. I have raised compliant and I'm getting call everyday from 10 days that they say issue will be resolved in next 1 to 2 days and still no action. They literally cheating the customers and don't purchase anything from this forum. I have write the emai as you shaed but don't see any action.. thanks for the lesson for your customers.

Completely dissatisfied. I ordered a product and received another product. Twice this happened for the same order. Here I ordered 2 products together and because of this issue I did not get the discount completely also and because of that I bought the other shoe higher than other platforms price. This error happened from their end. Never gonna recommend this app

Worst app don't purchase anything from this app they don't take any responsibility of shipment of your products. Recently I have ordered 2 product but one product is missing from the package. I make a video of unboxing the package I have complained it and also email the video but they told that we have cleared a order from our side we can't do anything for your loss. Please don't purchase anything from this side they are so irresponsible and they don't value your money and time.
