Thers is no point in having this app .. product are of very low quality with highest rate and does no justice to the money . There won't be proper support during the order related query..meeshoo and other shopping apps provide better quality products than nykaa fashion..

Very pathetic customer care service, i ordered 4-5 clothes from nykaa, only received one. When I raised the query for delay in delivery they just started telling me you will get it tomorrow, again and again, again and again they kept repeating that. They did not deliver my order and kept harassing me. I'll never use nykaa again, they promise me for the compensation and now denying for that. What a service!!!

Extremely unprofessional company. Haven't received my replacement order for past 2 months. One should never ever ever order from this company. The only reply they are giving is apologies for the delay and not working on giving the piece on my fully prepaid order.

This is such a worst and bad online store. My first order, among two I placed return request for one. But after raising return request, it's been ages since I made request. No one called me for pickup.I'll get message for return pickup,then I have to wait for them at home to not miss the courier person, but no one will come.At times, I'm calling the courier person for his address by myself to go and handover. Even that didn't work out. Don't trust this app, there won't be any return once you buy

In the past few months it's gone on very smooth, but when I'm keep using it the worst it comes, don't try to think to have a experience in this Nykaa Fashion, you'll regret in the future. Since I have order in the last 10 days past, but still haven't received the product. The worst experience I ever had. I don't recommended to my friends at all.

They send you defective items and when you apply for return, they say it'll be picked up within 5 days but at the 5th day you see return was cancelled as their pick up person could not reach you. Although I didn't get any message or call from them. Even what they say is true, I should atleast be informed via mail or message that return is rejected right? But I only got to know when I opened the app and checked for it. And their customer support were very rude to me as well. #Fraud #cheater

Worst shopping app. I bought a Casio watch worth 13k. But they sent me a fake product which will not even be worth of 300rs. When I checked with chat support they say that they won't send fake product and it's my fault as if I'm lying. Worst customer support experience. They don't even care about the customers. Selling fake product is offence. Now im fighting to get money back from them which is impossible I think so. Don't buy stuff in this. Go for other genune shopping sites.

totally disappointed with nykaa fashion. I made an order in june and got the wrong product after 2 weeks. When I placed for an exchange the delivery man is cabcelling it after 7 days of waiting. Now again I have to place return and wait for dono how long. Very bad shopping experience.

Had been an ardent user of nykaa for a long time, but going to stop using it immediately. One time I am returning the product when the wrong product had been sent to me , but they are just delaying it for whatever reason. Never going to order anything again and uninstalling this app.

I'm not happy with the quality of product they sell at this platform. I had ordered two dress, but both the dresses I received were of poor quality. The threads are coming out, the proportions of the dress are odd, the material quality are pathetic while the prices are still high. Would you want to waste a thousand rupees on dress that looks as if they r not even worth few pennies?

The customer support is literally horrible and awful to deal with. Non-user friendly and it seems like they are trying to scam customers by automatic cancelling return requests. I have incurred a loss of 4k till now due to their unprofessional behavior. Disgusting

Very bad experience with them . I had ordered a blazer from their site I'm not sure about the size . When I got the product the size is slight bigger for me so I opted for an exchange . They didn't attempt to pickup the product and I chatted with the customer support they told that I had refused to give the product to the delivery agent. Now they had cancelled the return without my permission. Thank u nyka for the great headache shopping experience

Most pathetic shopping app, they charged shipping cost for damaged item returned. Also the pickup won't happen for days. They have a huge collection but you won't find any regular size items that you want. I found shoes for my wife that got delivered with broken sole. I think this the best scam to earn money by shipping wrong or damaged items.

Worst app doesn't buy any product on this app. I buy a jeens on this site payment has been done but product is not showing in my app or order not showing in my app. then I call to costumer care so many times but no one response of my call every time they put call on hold and play a song after sometime call will be end automatically.

I placed an order with nykaa fashion for 'be true' brand. It costed over 40000 and was a fully prepaid order. 1. Order was delayed 2. Wrong size was sent 3. I placed a replacement order. Unbelievably it has been 2 months I have not received my piece. I have followed up ample times on the email. Every time 1 new person comes up and Says apologies, we are working on your order. I have called them 100 times but no resolution. As I write this, I still haven't received my piece. Worst experience.
