Please do not order anything from this app!! I placed an order and they sent be something different TWICE!!! No response from the customer service also.. the people there are so rude and ill mannered! I had some money left on a gift card and they refused to redeem it! When I spoke to them they were very rude and arrogant and refused to solve my issue! They never gave back my money! Please use other apps and not this one! Tira is so much better!!

Very worst app dont trust them I order products on 10th Aug, but not delivered and it was cancelled themselves and now am fighting to get refund still not providing refunds, I have raised many tickets and called customer support but still not resolved my issues the highlight is the product origin from same city within same city not able to deliver it

Nykaa is becoming worse with each update. There are too many bugs and it's crashing out of nowhere. It says I don't have an account while I'm a Prive Platinum member. Please look into it. I order almost everything from Nykaa and every week in fact but if this is the issue, I'll be bound to uninstall it.

I am a Platinum member on Nykaa, yet for the last three times I have faced issues with my orders. When placing the order, it shows a 15% discount, but the discount is removed at the time of payment. I don't know how this happens. I ended up canceling my order, and the refund was automatically credited to my wallet instead of my original payment method. When I checked again, the prices were increased, and there was no coupon available. In my last order, I didn't cancel it myself; they canceled it

I mostly buy my makeup and skincare from this app but recently i found out they are sending fake products too. I received fake maybelline compact powder. The color and formula was off & the seal was already open. Had marks too of finger print and as if it was dug with finger nail or a spatula to scoop a little product to swatch. Vinyl lipstick of maybelline felt like glue. I already used them once so i don't think return is possible but i trusted nykaa. It's not professional to scam people.

It's a good to go app. Has the entire collection for almost every good brands that one would want to have. The only issue is that even if the order gets delayed due to various circumstances, there is no way that we could keep track of it. In the App, the help section under the order details needs to be improvised. You cannot have a satisfactory answer or track your order with the "help settings" that you have now. Try to make a little change to it. It would help us more to keep track.

I'm extremely disappointed with the Nykaa app. They don't consider customer issues and there's no way to contact support. I've had problems with my order for days and can't track it. The delivery partners don't answer calls and keep delaying the delivery. When someone places an order, it's usually for a specific reason and timeframe. This delay is unacceptable. I expected better from Nykaa. This is truly pathetic.

"I had a terrible experience with Nykaa. My order was significantly delayed, and despite repeated attempts to reach customer service, I received no clear answers. Their returns process is frustratingly slow, and getting a refund took far longer than promised. Nykaa's lack of communication and inefficiency is unacceptable for a company of this size. I expected better service, but unfortunately, Nykaa failed to deliver in every aspect. Would not recommend!"

I have been a member of this app for past 4-5 years. I am a privae member of the same. Yet they failed to deliver my past 3-4 orders. Without my concern my all order got cancelled. Despite connecting with the customer care, I raised a ticket number of times. I called them number of times. All they said is keep patience. That's the only solution they provided me. While I again booked my order for Independence day sale which was supposed to be delivered by 18 August is not been delivered yet.

Very poor and terrible customer service. I've been ordering from Nykaa since so many years and this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I had ordered sunscreen and face wash on 23rd of August and received the parcel on 27th of August 2024, upon opening the parcel nothing was inside it , just an empty box. I tried to contact the customer service, raised tickets, and called them with proof but they would just repeat the same thing time and again. I just want my money back.

Irresponsible, They sent the me product is almost expiring within 20days. So that I want to select exchange my product option after one day they cancelled my request. Then I chatted to a customer care (shikha) she raised the exchange is acceptable next minute is order request is cancelled. I totally bad experience in nykaa brand. Worst theme. Time waste money waste NYKAA completely waste

Extremely bad experience ! You place an order , they give you a delivery date and then they don't deliver your order makes false claims that you are refusing to receive the order ! You call the help centre 3 times and no use ! Worst experience ever NO ONE SHOULD EVER ORDER FROM THIS APP BCOZ EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS YOUR ORDER WON'T BE DELIVERED AND YOU WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME! TOTALLY USELESS APP

Yupes Nykaa,one of the worst app!! I would have given a minus star of I could. This is the third time I have a chance to Nykaa since they have kskincare.... Not user friendly at all.. Can't even return a simple one product from the 4 products I ordered!!! RUNNING FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM NYKAA. It's been four days since I have been trying to cancel!!!!!

One of the worst experiences, my delivery is late, can't change mobile no. For delivery can't get delivery agent's no., on nykka it showed to be delivered on 24th aug whereas on Delhivery app it is showing 26th aug. Kinda feel helpless when you can't change no. Or get an estimate when will we get the parcel. I wasn't expecting such kind of experience from such a renowned app. On app it is still showing 24th August while it did not get delivered.

They have the worst return policies. I ordered a blush, and as soon as i opened the lid, glitters came out, and with glitters on my hand, I took a photo and requested a return. They rejected it. The reason was that the product was opened. I mean, how can we check a product without opening it, Howww!? Also, to 'Miss Claire products', what are you making!!!!???

Worst beauty app ever, Their delivery partner company didn't even call me but they put customer side issue like seriously??? they made a second attempt but I already mentioned that given address is my office address so Please come before my office time (mentioned timing too). They shipped my order after 6:00PM. WORST APP!!!!!

I've been using this app for so long. I'm even a platinum prive member. But the recent experience has been absolutely horrible. There's nothing wrong with nykaa but their delivery partner Blue dart is absolutely horrible. I will be cancelling all orders delivered by them from now on. They keep asking for money even though it's a prepaid order. They never deliver on time. My orders are mostly delayed by a week. They should reconsider partnering with Blue dart.

I have had so many disappointing experiences with nykaa recently. They have sent me broken products. Used equipments. And overall the service or the quality that I used to believe nykaa to be is gone. Will not be purchasing from this app ever again.

Very bad experience with nykaa app.. untimely delivery.. customer care workers speak like robots.. the same sentence repeatedly... very poor correspondence from nykaa. Won't ever order again. Blaming the pincode for delayed delivery when the tracking clearly shows the slothful movement of the parcel, not even reaching my state on time. 10 days is just too much! Thrice! Terrible experience.

"I've had a very poor experience with the pickup service. Despite sending 3-4 messages to arrange a pickup, no one showed up. I've complained to customer care multiple times, but they just asked for a rating without resolving the issue. I told them I'd provide a good review once my problem is solved. Unfortunately, nobody came for the pickup, and my husband wasted a whole day .
