WHY can't things be left as they were??? I have been a happy user of Nutrisystem for 7 years. I've lost 50lbs and loved the Numi app for ease and a sense of control. That is now a memory because this new system is so bad. I used the Numi app religiously to keep on track...now I'll need to figure out a new way to track my daily intake. PLEASE bring back NUMI...

I definitely prefer Numi. It was a great help in my weightloss journey. The new app requires a bit more work in entering foods. It won't store the foods I create and I have to enter them every time. I also frequently get a msg that says something about an "id error".

App would be amazing if it worked. Unfortunately it has a lot of problems recognizing food categories. It even has issues recognizing Nutrisystem's own food, nevermind what you buy on your own. This usually means you have to manually find and categorize the food yourself, which took me longer then prepping and eating said food because its food search is very particular about the name of food.

After 5 minutes being in this app I uninstalled it. The old app was simple to use. This app feels bloated and is constantly trying to push it's features on you. The constant upselling from the banners is annoying. This app is so unhelpful that I am going to look at alternate weight loss programs. Definitely a step backwards for nutrisystem.

I wanted to try out nutrisystem before committing to the monthly plan so I bought some of their frozen food from the Walmart website. It is shipping to me directly from nutrisystem. My problem is this app won't let me do anything in it without buying from it. I cannot log the meals that I have bought and will eat unless I buy it from the app. No logging progress or anything. But on the listings it directed me to the app, implying it was free. App is already bad and I can't find a help line.

Food and program good. App? Not so much. There's a $30 off banner across the top which isn't hidable even though I'm already paying. The search engine algorithm (ML scoring) for logging food needs a ton of help. When searching "Waff" The first result is something that has 2 instances of a partial match ("caff") instead of exact match of waffle. Find a better machine learning language model!

Nutrisystem now only cares about paying customers. With NuMi, the app didn't require to be in a N/S program. It allowed you to continue to record journal and progress even after you continued on your own. Now.according to the Support Line, those features are only available to PAYING Customers on programs. Lost over a year of data and progress unless I sign up. Very dissapointed on how N/S now treats those that have had success and want to continue on their. Not recommending program to friends.

Please bring back the old NUMI app. It was simple, user friendly and worked great. It was so helpful. Not only is this new app unusable but there is a big banner that comes down that makes it impossible to see anything. There is no where to change an entry and most importantly there are many calorie discrepancies. The app does not match the packaging. So basically this is completely useless. I've been doing it the old fashioned way, pen and paper.

Phone app and website need improvement. I love the plan, but often missing items from order. This is why I quit the program last time. It was not worth the hassle of reporting missing items and waiting for the next shipment to receive. Then having to carefully count each item to confirm all current and past items were received. Previously you could at least report missing items via the website. Now that option cannot be found (probably on purpose). Extraordinarily frustrating experience.

App has LOT glitches. 1) RECENT tab is supposed to show food recently logged. It doesn't, so you can't easily select food that you eat frequently. 2) App gives you option to designate foods you really like as favorite. FAVORITE tab doesn't show ones I designated favorite. If I unfavor something, it leaves the list, but can't designate a new favorite. Those disappear. 3) Sodium on nutrition screen entry limited to 999mg when entering new food. 4) Food search entry library very limited.

Forced upgrade from Numi - can't access data without actively purchasing a monthly plan. When I logged into my Numi app a popup said that if I didn't download this Nutrisystem I would lose all my historical data from Numi by the end of March and be forced to use the new app anyway. So I downloaded this with the expectation that I could see my old weight data etc. Nope. You can't unless you have an active monthly food purchase subscription. So now all my data is inaccessible. Bait and switch

Horrible. I've spent alot of money on Nutrisystem foods over the years and achieved my goals. Despite reaching my goals, I have continued to use the NuMi app years later to maintain it. You claim to give us the tools to get where we want to be AND maintain it, right? Then don't screw those of us who have found success. This is wrong to expect me to spend $ to use your tracking app. This wasn't part of the deal. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping.

I have been on Nutrisystem for almost a year. Lost all my progress data & favorites when Numi went away. New app is terrible. There is no way to copy foods from the previous day to make logging fast & easy. There is no way to distinguish between what type of exercise for calorie burning purpose. The new app is a pain to use. If you really want to make people not dread keeping a food journal, then go back to Numi or tweak this one. If not, I will be looking for a new diet and food logging app.

I've been using Nutrisystem & NuMi for 2-1/2 years. I lost 65# the 1st 18 months, have been on maintenance ever since, and I have kept the weight off. Logging food is a big part of my success, and using NuMi was fast and easy. This new app is a huge disappointment. The Copy This Food and Log Yesterday's Food features are gone. PLEASE bring them back! My favorites and the meals/foods that I created are gone. NuMi set me up to succeed. The new app will make continued success difficult. Very sad.

I agree with all the other negative reviews. This app sucks. It is NOT user friendly like NuMi was. It's really cumbersome to find the food you're looking for, partly because everything is so large (why?) and you have to keep scrolling, partly because all the categories are lumped together, and partly because it didn't transfer my favorites from NuMi. You can't see individual water additions to make sure you logged it all. There are no exercise categories, which is just stupid. I could go on....

I have to join everyone else is saying the new app SUX! The inability to copy previous day meals is a huge gap. The entire interface is clunky and not very intuitive. Harder to track what I have logged for each meal/snack. and the 'powered' by Google scan is a joke. There is little to no awareness of non Nutrisystem Foods. I had to eat on the road at Burger King one day and was unable to log a BK Hamburger I had to add it as a new item. Make the old app available again until this one gets fixed!

Serious downgrade from the old NuMi app. Adding food is a pain and the home page is useless. Why wouldn't it open to the food log page? The whole interface is slow and clunky. There's no visual distinction between categories (even though the food is packaged in different colors). I hope you like packaged food, because it doesn't have many home made or off brand options.

This app is terrible, especially when compared to the previous NuMi app. There is significant loss of functionality. Here are examples.I was able to pair the previous app with my fitbit. That is gone. I used to copy food from one day to another. That is gone. When logging food that is not Nutrisystem, it is impossible. As an example, I wanted to log a fried egg but it does not exist. I can log fried rice with egg but not an egg. I could continue, but have no confidence that anything will change.

so the food is decent, and I have lost weight, but the customer service is horrible! if there's an error with your order, you can submit a claim 3x. ok, not a problem, until your last 6 orders have had problems. I will be canceling after my prepay time is up. opened boxes, missing items, etc. and customer svc said email pics, so I did, and have heard nothing back. tired of wasting $$ and time.
