Nice calculator, though it's important to remember this is an emulator of the real calculator so touch screen is not really enabled. That being said I would love to buy the physical calculator once it has touch screen, more RAM, etc.

Awesome idea, awful execution. Tip: don't try to emulate a limited device, let us touch the interface and enter inputs from the keyboard, and it's automatically a 5 star!

You get something completely for free when a physical version is expensive. And it's a good calculator. Why isn't this built into my phone when a phone that wasn't a smartphone had a built-in calculator?

Python: App usable providing you keep python source outside the app and paste it in (editing works but beware of reinstallation). Weak Keyboard input: (1) Ion keydown does not seem to work (workaround: use input) and if stuck in a loop, expect to reinstall numworks - interrupt seems ineffective (2) No graphics displayable until keypress. (3) No input timeout. (Android 12, Moto g22)

Very good alternative to other calculators, but there is no any data persistence after relaunch app such as history or python scripts which make it feels like just a demo, not fully functional calculator. When will the ability to install applications and save data be added?

Consider this a demo of the very well designed NumWorks calculator. Evidently there is no persistence in this app, meaning any data entered or python programs written will be erased when the app exits. In other words you can't save anything.

Can we have an option to move the navigation arrows to the right side or in the center? That would make life easier on phones with large screen. Also, the interface could be larger with smaller paddings. Thanks!

Really good app, exactly like a graphing calculator, every inch has a graphing calculator's touch. It is a subject can't be described in words. No app in purchase But i hope that, developers will make more app function in the graphing calculator, like 3d graphing.

Would prefer having option to plot in full-screen and some touch-commands along with the existing navigation arrows menu-selection.Python turtle-plot too slow even at the fastest value of 10.Wonder if its possible to compile python program first to speed-up execution so that the calculator can be used some real-life problems rather than remain as an educational-tool

python REPL in a store verified app no no ads? YES PLEASE! 5 stars for external keyboard support. I'm out of school but it's ringing all the right bells. Would strongly reccomend either app or physical unit for the scoolbound or engineer. Some funtions are under a menu with the toolbox icon in the upper righ corner of the board, seems cumbersom at first but the additional legibility keeps keyboard clean & manual moot. Toggle options for haptic feedback or tone it down please. No Weibull dist.

Great app unless you want to switch apps without messing up the equation you're working on because there doesn't seem to be away to disable full screen mode so you have to swipe up from the bottom which always hits buttons on the calculator and messes up whatever you're working on.

Very nice. I guess I need to learn a little python. I wish the buttons provided SOME feedback for what mode they are in, or at least flash then briefly when pressed so we know which key we just touched. Maybe highlight the letters so they stand out when in alpha mode for example.

Nice app, but remember not to use Android left arrow to exit (if you do, or if it's in a loop, reinstall!). The ion module can now detect when EXE key is pressed (in app but NOT"my scripts" emulator). I find it best to cut-and-paste Python source, not rely on calculator. If you are struggling to upload to "My Numworks", just rotate phone to landscape to see the paste window. (Android 13 phone). But don't expect scripts uploaded to Numworks to be findable (mine aren't).

Great calculator! i use it everyday, from graphing functions to solving equation systems and integrals. i'm thinking about buying a real one for $100, because it's handy and UI is user-friendly. in my opinion, this calculator deserves a 6-star rating, but google play doesn't let me do that :). thank you for reading this, hope you have a nice day!

Hats off.. never seen a calculator like this. Nice work dev. But.. the number seems too small on calculator screen. Make no's and screen big. Even the calculator numbers are too small. The side vignette effect of calculator doesn't seems good. Remove the effect. Although I didn't use much of other functions like graph etc. All is good.

Really good Edit: Two shortcomings- 1. Calculations are not saved when you exit from app. 2. Every time you open the app, you have to choose a calculator mode. No way to preset one. Overall this app is good as a Numworks calculator demo rather than a calculator app.

The app, like the calculator is great, but it has flaws as an android calculator. You often want to use it to do a quick calculation but you have to hit OK to get into calc mode. It would be better to boot into calc, since the home button is there to get to the more advanced functions if needed. Also the problem in the opposite direction. The app is full screen so needs a swipe to expose the button bar to exit (meaning no one-hand operation). There's a power button! It should quit the app.

Too many misclicks! Could become my calculator of choice thanks to its comprehensive features. Unfortunately it suffers from a bug whereby clicks or taps arent always registering. Thus you'd tap a number and nothing would get displayed, or you'd click 'exe' to get your result and nothing would happen...so you'd tap again, and again etc. super annoying

As a proud owner of the physical version, It's right up there with Wolfram Alpha for me. I've used it in exams in place of a typical TI-84, and at worst have been asked to demonstrate that I don't have any funky mods or cheats saved on it, which is also typical. I have NumWorks on most of my devices - In getting heavy everyday use, it has never let me down.

Amazing. It looks and works just like the Numworks calculator. Same interface. No ads and completely free. A few things could be improved: One is to make Landscape mode take up the whole screen so we're not stuck to just using Portrait mode, two is to make the fonts look sharper like how it is on the calculator, and third is to enable haptic feedback on key presses so it feels kind of like a real calculator. Thanks for this amazing app!
