Worst service ever!! I have bought a data package, and o have done exactly everything they said!! In the end, i was using my data roaming not and i have paid a lot of money ! I have wasted so much money to buy this useless data!!!

I was scared to buy a number from this app initially but eventually i bought from this app today for a year, like a 30 minutes before. I tried to register it immediately with whatsapp but it wasn't working initially. I contacted the support team through mobile app, with 15 minutes they issued me a new number which is working very well for calls as well as for whatsapp. Thanks to Asma's supervisor support team.

At first there was an issue with WhatsApp activation but the support was good and quick to solve my issue. But after the issue being solved my advice to support team would be to not talk as if they did a huge favour for me, it was your job to provide prompt service in the first place, don't be rude to customer otherwise I would've given all stars.

The best app hands down. They're one of the only apps with exceptional call quality and a number that receives calls and messages, connects to social media just fine (And WhatsApp) and is quite affordable long-term. (Business-wise) If your WhatsApp number isn't working, contact customer support. They rarely waste time. Numero is exceptional. Absolutely.

Trash experience using multiple numbers. Tried to contact support with help cancelling a particular number and they couldn't do it. The company that issues the numbers cannot differentiate between the billing of said numbers on an account. Cancelled all numbers and moved to another service with proper billing support. Edit: Support reached out so holding my breath for now

It's okay. Like many virtual numbers, using it for SMS verification will not work if the if the company is good at detecting these. (Venmo, Google voice) I also find it a little bit hard to navigate, as your virtual number is contained within a virtual phone UI in the app and I have to relearn how to navigate the UI if I don't use it awhile. The push notification ads are also rather annoying. It works but could be better.

Although I had uploaded my documents they didn't activate my number and asked for the same documents again!! And I used another application and bought the UK number I wanted for much cheaper price and asked for a refund (the same day because they didn't activate my number) they declined the refund, they are cheaper and better alternatives to Numero search first, you'll find better price and faster services, I did

The app on its own is the best,it's efficient and easy to use, Numero has given me the best experience when it comes to E-sim,the customer service is just so amazing,I had my first issue after a year plus using Numero a couple of days ago while I was trying to activate my what's app, I reached out to the customer service and my issue was rectified under an hour,it's just so amazing

Overall, I had a very positive experience, especially with customer support, who is fantastic and always available for assistance. I'm stunned the way in which they assist me with loving wonderfull. Client assistance is the most awesome aspect of Numero. Strongly suggested.

After the review I made, they turned up and support me. Now I can use WhatsApp and I hope the problem of not been able to send messages to America number will be resolved quickly. Thanks for Ur support.. You should let people know id there's a problem with getting any country's number. I mean no one will buy a number that can't send messages.

I've been eagerly waiting to try out this app, and while it shows great promise, it's important to note that it's currently still under expansion. As a result, it isn't servicing as many countries as some might expect. However, the app's features and user interface are impressive, and I have high hopes that it will soon expand its area of operations. I'm looking forward to seeing it available in more regions soon!

My experience with this app has been, the call rate is very good and support team is always there help you at anytime , thank you , I can make call from anywhere and to any country of my choice, I experience little difficulties sometimes , in the night I can't hear someone when I'm talking to them , it happened few times but overall the app has been awesome.

I am changing the rate to 4 starts instead of 3 due to the fact that their customer service is one of the best. I had a problem with the number i purchased. " That's why my rating was low." But after contacting the support team, they issued a new sim number that also meets my requirements, and it's working great for social media and whatsapp registration. My rating is 4 stars instead of 5 only because i think a payment should only be processed after the activation of the sim.

This service really helped me out of a jam when I needed to have flexibility with a number local area code that remained workable while I traveled internationally. It wasn't super easy for this old guy to use at first, but the support staff is indeed incredible and will quickly and efficiently come to your service. I was quite impressed, great team there.

Easy to use, support is pretty quick whenever there is a problem. I used it in foreign countries to receive calls and worked well as long as there was data service. Only had a few problems here and there but for the most part works well. The app sometimes doesn't like Bluetooth headsets, call quality is dependent on data service quality.

I've been using Numero for a month to receive international phone calls. I can say that it was working for me perfectly until they removed the Bluetooth feature. Maybe it's just on my phone but I can't use my Bluetooth connected headphones to talk on the app anymore. I work as a driver and hands free calling comes in handy for me. I hope that this feature is brought back if not j will have to look for an alternative.

Edit: The support responded to me a day after posting, and assisted me in validating the app. The app's user experience should be improved to prevent this confusion from happening. However, it appears the connection to establish a call through the app is very unstable and I was asked to switch from WiFi to 4G to allow the call to be connected.
