I bought this games subscription on my phone, since it's not possible to buy this on my kid's tablet with his profile on it. I'm not able to transfer this to his tablet, even though it's linked to my profile via family-link. I've restarted his tablet, after purchase. It still does not work at all. Canceling subscription, let's see if they still charge me when the 7 days are up.

Pretty good for the free options, my son enjoys it, particularly the drawing section. However, in this part, when the sticker option is highlighted, the voice says, "Drag and drop an alphablock"! It's a Numberblocks game, so this should be corrected.

Nothing works. Previously able to play. But cannot subscribe. Then next version can subscribe but cannot play. Now nothing works. Wasted my trial period. Subscription based app should be stable & able to use anytime. If not, it should not released as subscription based until the app reaches stable state.

It looks really pretty but doesn't seem to do anything. The grownups section seems to have a nonfunctional about button and the main app has some icons that look like they should play when tapped but just disappear and nothing happens.

This looks like it would be a great app and we love Numberblocks but it keeps freezing. Very frustrating when playing it with a 3.5 year old. Please fix this problem. We only got a little bit into the '1' video before it stopped and restarted.

Very disappointed with it.. it constantly crashes. My son absolutely loved the TV program so this was an obvious choice for his learning skills. Now it won't even let him get through a level before it's crashed and has to restart

Downloaded and played around with the tutorial, once my son was in love with it and I knew he'd play it often I purchased the full version. It literally stopped opening, and we cannot access it anymore to play at all. Super glitchy and a total waste of money.

We've had these apps for over a year, and they just get worse and worse for functionality. Alphablocks won't even load (black screen with white pixels) and Number locks randomly freezes and stops working. These were my daughter's favorite, and now they are totally unusable. Is anyone doing big fixes on these at all?!

Numberblocks is amazing and has given my child a great start and interest in numbers. On level 5 though, the quality went down..repetitive games of counting numberblobs, and they were very slow to load and sometimes didn't appear at all. My daughter preferred the quizzes. Also, the very last comment is "well done, you've completed your journey, you're now a super ALPHABLOCKS READER".. a shame to have this oversight after putting so much work into completing Numberblocks 🤦♀️

Seems to have gone out without anyone giving it to a child to test run first. Won't be subscribing yet! The "introduction" videos of the blocks and who they are. The blocks appear to talk their mouths move but there isn't any sound. The number 5 is teaching them to write the number strangly. They are taught in school to cross at the top left to right not right to left. Would also note that my 3 year old wants a button that takes him to the next video/activity. He keeps pressing the sticker album

Falsely advertised as free with in-app purchases. In fact, you can play a few levels, and then you must subscribe to play on. Some of the levels with Numberblobs are bugged up and don't work. Some sound effects are unpleasantly louder than the rest of the ingame sound. No full episodes in my region (less of a problem). Overall nice otherwise, but cruelly not worth a renewable subscription. I'd consider a single payment, but this is robbing parents over kids, and I really detest that.

App is decent, but we can't actually subscribe since the kid's device is managed via Google family link and the app appears to be incompatible with that. Tried contacting the listed support contact and never heard back. It's a shame: the Numberblocks shows are very well produced and pedagogically very sound... We were hoping to get that content here since we're in the US and can only access the butchered versions of the show on YouTube... But no dice. Sigh.

We are still using the free trial. So far, I'm not entirely impressed. Far too much precision is required for writing the numbers, the car racing is a little unfair because it merely asks you to press on the right number but then penalises you if there is another number or oil immediately before or after. In addition, the stickers have vanished and are no longer visible on the page. All in all, it's not enticing me to pay for it!

Game play is great, and my son really enjoys the content. It it wasn't for the below would give it 5 stars. The only issue is that it keeps randomly crashing. Sometimes it's 1min, sometime 5 and others 10. It didn't happen on the free trial, but as soon as I paid for a subscription, started happening. Using Samsung s22 ultra

I'm stuck on the shop loading screen, and I JUST downloaded it today. My sibling's shop is working, but mine is not. I tried closing it and opening it again, but it didn't work 😕

Really hard to find videos since you updated the app. And now they don't play full screen as a default. The user interface is awful kow. Also given we're paying for the app it should be full videos not snippets

I really see the potential in this app helping my son learn. But it is still having problems with the app kicking you out and having to restart. I downloaded it and tried it out before having my son get excited and wasn't sure if the problem has been solved yet. It is not so hope this issue gets resolved soon. It's still Good learning material I wish my son could enjoy for longer than 5 minutes.

Great fun, but just about every video begins with the show intro. There is only so many times I can hear "numberblocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5... 5, 4, 3, 2, 1" before I try to skip it. No skip. And if you close the video, then the next one starts with the same intro. Let's see 30 minutes of playing is 15 minutes of intro.
