I actually want to rate this app 5 stars.. But I met some problems that quite really disappointed me especially when making a new episode of a work.. When I was done of course I need to update it but unexpectedly a white blank screen appeared and unexpectedly it didn't updated.. It was so disappointing because I put a lot of effort and time on that and it suddenly didn't uploaded and even saved as draft.. I'll change my rate if its fixed thanks 🖤❤️

What's the point of this when there's like only 3 chapters for a novel uploaded on this app and i know there's over 200 online. Trash.

i really want to give this app a zero star if the option was available. I wrote the first chapter of a chat story, it got deleted somehow. It was fine, i tolerated it. Happened 2nd time, i tolerated it. Now 3rd time, i had written almost three chapters and even released them. But after saving the work properly, when i c it again. My whole chat story is missing. My hardwork of weeks, all gone somehow in a way i don't know!

Okay. I'm not always giving a rating on apps that I was using but this app, I need to give a rating. This is app is good all over except...in the point task center. The 'read more than 40 to 200 minutes are not working! I can't get the points of them! It's annoying because the points of them are high and I need it but I can't get it because it's not working! I'll also write it on feedback since last last day or week I think, but still no response so I decided to write the problem here.

This app is really good but only problem is that there no original or very less real animes like Demon slayer and it makes me sad so pls add more real anime fanfics

I don't know what happen to this noveltoon it was working well before but last 3 days I couldn't access this app it's not opening at all and says noveltoon app has been stopped showing errors I even checked wifi connection and mobile data there's no network issue but noveltoon app was not working.

I love this app but it isn't working properly lately pls see through it...whenever I try to read any story the app just shuts down instantly and I'm not able to read the story in one go.. i have to open the story/app frequently... so please look through this problem and solve it ASAP... thank you

The App is great for story telling and you have the option to save as many drafts as possible if you want it private. It would be better to bring back the PREVIEW option in CHAT STORY when writing to make editing much convenient. Chat Stories aside, there should be a writing contest in NOVELS too. Contest in Traditional writing is still and very much appreciated than a chat story. So far the app is great, if it wasn't for those hardcore kpop fans who flood the app with weird fantasy.

The reason is why I'm giving it three stars Is because when you probably want to publish your 5th episode or shi it tells you to submit author information. I'm just a 10 mature year old and I don't know any of this. And I don't have a WhatsApp and I don't even know the email. But when I try to use my dad's email (This was currently my dad's phone) it always say I got it wrong. I don't get why I never saw that in my other episodes of my story when I try to submit a episode. Please fix this.

I'm not getting the money when I write the novels. It's showing that I didn't receive any money. I'm very disappointed in this app.

As a newbie novelist, this app is really friendly for me. It helps me with the basics like making an outline. This app also has pretty clean interface for me and has all the tools I need. The only problem I have for now is the constant auto saving when I'm editing my outline, and it kinda gets distracting in a while. I hope you can fix this issue.

Actually I like this app .it's so great app one of the app but the latest update version is not good I hate the new way .... The old one was better like when we tap on the screen it shows the reading one ..but this new is so boring I don't like it. I uninstalled this 4 times and again installed it but it was not working ... Please I beg you to bring the old one back please 🥺

This app is very amazing so far. I love how u can unlock chapter by watching ads and the rest.I just have one suggestion pls could you guys add more comics(Eastern types.And also i think there should be like a novel toon community in the app where people could talk about or recommend novels instead ofgoing to each novel.So we could choose the novel we like depending on the recommendations and also interact with ourselfs.Because sometimes the rankings don't have the kind of novels we like.thx😍😘

I love the app it works great! I would really appreciate it if you would add a way for us to get coins without having to pay for them. If not that it would be great if you at least added a item for every clothes category that we could get with shells in Journey of Catching Stars. Because there is literally nothing we can get that has some of the traits we need to pass some of the levels without paying for coins.
