Very bad app I'm trying to open it for the last 3 days and I can't!!!! I have already uninstalled 4-5 time's but still not working not opening is just black screen!!!!I have contacted the service but nothing from there too!!!!!!I will change provider for sure!!!!!!

Useless app. You need to sign up but get no confirmation. When you forget your login name or password, no possibility to reset, you have to contact support. Yeah, exactly why apps are made "to contact support".

Expiring passwords and it locks you out. Changing a password should be the user's decision not the company's. You can advise but not force. Hire some proper UX designers and you might have a better experience. Don't get me started with the increasing prices introduced the coming months.

The app has the most dangerous non standardized way of using a card, they should literally be banned from the store for not allowing the CC data to be passed from the key manager, they dont support passkeys and dont allow copy paste, so yeah that is reason to stop using this company. Funny enough they are now enforcing data collection on their web site which means I cant pay from there either from my home or work network. Good job I guess, making payment impossible lol

The app after the recent update is constantly failing. I contacted them for support numerous times and no remedy was reached. No login is available. No published features working. A complete failure. I hope it will be fixed soon. New update urgently needed!

Barely 2 star app. It often doesn't connect, crushes, etc. Unbelievable how communication companies (all of them) have such bad apps. April 2021: minus 1 of my initial 2 stars. It's getting worse!!! It refuses to connect all the time, even after updates! Please, show some mercy! Newest review: it gets even worse (yes, it's possible!). It now doesn't open my bills! Wind worse than Telestet, Nova worse than Wind.

After almost a year and I am still struggling to login to my account with result to not track my bill. This goes for both mobile and desktop. FIX IT GUYS! It's the most important thing and we cannot have access. You never see the feedback? Everyone complains about this, come on you can do it!

After the last update it's not working.. Constantly loading and not showing any of the features as available.. Also took me 4 times to log in cause it would say that password is wrong while it wasn't... I am trying to pay now and I just can't... Re: Thankfully I could pay even if it was 1 day after the bill expired, through the app, the outage was something temporary as they informed me very fast too so 5 star

Nova is sending me bills but NEVER CAME FOR THE INSTALLATION of my landline, nobody helped me in English and I have to take early leave from work just to go to the shop and maybe find somebody that will understand me. Is funny because when you ask for the contract and you pay your subscription, they do not really care about the language you speak, and they understand you perfectly. I hope I can get rid of them and this bill ASAP.

Unusable in WEB! Also web is completely broken, finding my account in web is harder than my PhD. Congrats to the android app, at least I could enter my account and see the only think a user wants. My Account. 1 star for the 1 hour that is required to find the last months invoice. After a successful logging and pressing profile the page would request again to logging. Ok and in Android I cannot download the pdf ..I need a permissions that is no available for the app. Just wow...

Once you logged in, then you log out by itself then when you want to log in again it says your password is expired then you need to change your password but you never make it. That what happened to me. I don't understand. So I Uninstalled it, installed again but the same problem. Can you fix it darling? Many thanks

Does the new version work with business mobile contract? It shows "noContractsLong" in Home and Services tabs. No info about remaining data etc. Is it a bug or a feature??? Ps. No problem with the old version. After submitting screenshot and problem description according to the instructions, I received an email informing me that my account had been deleted and I should register again. Supposedly, the problem should have been solved this way. Alas.. ps2. I have already done what you suggested.

The stars are based on the fact that I have tried to reach the customer service. The bot is only Greek, which I understand but requested agent in English and it seems impossible to reach an agent apparently - plus the app doesn't offer English version nor allows me to translate the page meaning have to screenshot and use Google translate or copy and paste into a translation service

Its the worst app ever. It gives me error every time i login to my account. So i tried to reinstall it and it works correct the first time only then again every other time gives me error and it close so i need to reinstall . Its the login process . The first time it ask me my mobile number the secont time i open the app it says error and stop. So it has bug

I'm glad this company is shutting down. Being our internet provider and having card contracts they're astonishingly useless and bad. The Internet is horrible and always disconnecting or having issues sometimes for several hours, from card contracts you're out of data way faster compared to other providers. From the app, I activated for free the 1-year celebration with the option of upgrading my contract to 10GB with the same cost and was never upgraded. The app isn't even working properly.

it worked fine up until today. It loged me out and doesnt allow me to login again due to an error. I have the latest version and have tried to clear the app's data but the same issue persists. I receive an sms with a code, I enter it and I keep geting an error that something went wrong Update: It went back to normal. There was probably a server issue that got fixed.

The worst app ever. In all sections it shows errors. I am a client for years and i can't even log in. In the previous version i couldn't even log in although i had a contract. The English version is a mess. It shows error "noContractslong". I cannot even log in to the web, with my fix number, to wind either. Every time i must pay the bill, i pay it by searching emails and click a button there and manually paste the 1000 digit code for online payment.. Get your things straight, Nova.

The app is quite tragic. I can login via web, but not via the app! While trying to unsuccessfully login, if I close the app and re-open it, it stacks on the initial loading. I need to uninstall and reinstall it to be able to see the login page once more. The issues are vital to be left like this... You should try harder on fixing them!

It was literally impossible to create a new account for the first 5 days. Tech support owned up to the bug and asked to keep trying claiming the issue will eventually be fixed... Update 2: 14 days that the app is not working (doesn't allow new registrations). Update 3: Fixed after a month. The app is simple and intuitive but lacking in functionality. For example you cannot access your router through it.

Up until a couple of months ago, it run smoothly. Then it just wouldn't! I have tried deleting cache and data. I have uninstalled and reinstalled from play store several times. It just gets stuck on a black screen forever! I had to log in to my nova account through a web browser to pay my last 2-3 bills. Until it's fixed, I will stay away from this app. There is no telling what a misbehaving app might do to a smartphone...
