Very Annoying Every time I make or have an incoming call a bunch of icons from this app pop up on my screen and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it while the call is still going. All I wanted was a simple notepad to make a checklist when I need it. This is completely unnecessary and I don't understand why it has anything to do with the phone app. It's annoying and I'm getting rid of the app asap. Just wanted to voice(err..type) my annoyance I'm the reviews before I uninstall.

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. All I wanted was a simple app to store notes. This isn't it. At all. It seems very much like a phishing app, trying to get personal info & data from your phone. It wants access to everything & you have to grant it in order to use the app. Constant popups & ads, wants you to link everything to a note app & it's unnecessary. This shouldn't be labeled or advertised as a notepad app, not what it is. The onscreen popups during calls are annoying af!!

Edit: Yeah, so it's not a notepad. If I wanted an app to keep track of my calls I would look for an app to keep track of my calls. I immediately uninstalled this because of the permissions it requested. A notepad has no legitimate reason to need to manage my calls or for that matter to access my contacts. I literally just want something I can type notes into, no thanks.

Changing from 5 stars. This app is written as an ad virus. It pops up every time a phone call ends, tracks your location and who knows what else. I removed permissions and it deleted all of my notes. Horrible little virus parading as a useful tool. Most annoying is the pop-up after calls and dismissal of calls. Taking a picture, you get a phone call, you dismiss it, but then an ad pops up, you miss the picture. It is as annoying as it is awdare. Don't install it, and if you have, delete it.

I wanted a free to use, good quality note-taking app. I found one, but it's not the best. I love it if I could get dark mode on it, but there's no customization settings. Also, when I'm trying to edit some text at the top when there's a lot more below it, it will continuously snap between the bottom of the page and the top. Please fix this. I believe that this could be a better app, but it's kind of disappointed me so far. -2⭐️

Easy simple app with an easy simple interface for quick note keeping or lists. Never even notice the little banner ad. Transfers devices easily. I've used this for years and I've occasionally downloaded similar apps with bells and whistles. And I never use them lol. Sometimes once, sometimes not at all. I consistently come back to this one and those get purged when I get the low space warning! I almost always in a hurry when I use this....and it's just easy and consistent!

Too many permissions necessary to just make a note. Reply: I read all about it in your description, guess I just figured I would have an option. When even accessing the app necessitates it and you can't even make a single note without it, it's no longer a user convenience, quite the opposite. Just comes off as invasive after that. But hey, it's your very limited audience. If they're cool with that, who am I to say anything.

no. I don't want to allow this to manage and make phone calls. I don't want it to display over other apps. I know it's a core feature of the app, but don't force me to allow permissions I don't feel comfortable with. I just want a basic notepad. edit: dev is saying to others that it needs these permissions to function correctly. no it doesn't lol. it's a notepad app. the caller ID feature can easily be optional and you know that full well.

I'm uninstalling this intrusive app immediately!!! I had no idea it would pop up a window every time I miss a call which is constantly from the nonstop telemarketer calls. So between this app and the constant flow of unwanted calls I can't do much of anything on my phone. Bad enough ignoring calls constantly but with this garbage I lose my place on what I'm doing and everything else. It's took me nearly 20 minutes just to write this review having to backtrack and start over constantly!!!!

So close 🤏 to being an extremely useful app. However: 1. EVERY. TIME. YOU. OPEN. THE. APP. IT'S. WANTING. YOU. TO. ENABLE. THE. APP. TO. CONTROL. YOUR. PHONE. WITH. NO. APPARENT. WAY. TO. AVOID. THIS. DELAY. This is highly stoo-peed. 2. When you're typing, it'll jump elsewhere on the page if you pause a second, so you can't see what you just typed or select a word to edit. However-the cursor stays in place, so it makes zero sense to be jumping around at all.

All I've done is go through the prompts and permissions to get started and had to immediately back out and rate !! I'm about in tears... what you didn't allow, it was fine and moved on to the next permissions.! I'm private and I gave VERY little permissions, and I can still use the app !!! Going to purchase ad free for sure !!

OUTSTANDING! This has a basic design which makes it easy to use. Great for my adult ADHD, every day shopping lists, gift lists, remembering sizes for the holidays in our ever-growing family, the ordinary to-do's, and so much more. I am a writer so I utilize this app to jot down quick ideas. I've used it to put a recipe adaptation in until I have actually TASTED it. No sense adding it to my printed recipe file, wasting paper in the process, if it's an epic fail, right? Endless possibilities!!

As an Elderly Woman, I need "Simple", "User Friendly" that will help me "Title" my Lists. This App does that, so I Love It! The only Suggestion I could Recommend otherwise so far that would be just as helpful, would be to make it to where we could Click on a Task for instance, & then Click on a Button that would give us the Ability to Mark it as "DONE" by it Marking a line thru the Task. That way we can keep it on our List to where we can Reflect back at what we have Completed & What we haven't.

Just what I was looking for. It auto-dates the memo. I really like the "To-Do List" feature! I did give the app permission to answer the phone, and after a day, I removed that permission. It was not what I was initially looking for and was just something that popped up after each phone call. It was more of a nuisance than a feature I needed.

Simple, easy to use, very basic functionality. Missing some features like being able to reorganize your to-do list entries and the allowed wordcount on entries is longer than what is visible. A it rough around the edges, but it's not a bad app. Banner ads exist, but not too intrusive.

Edit: It's a good app and it's good cause I purchased the full ad free version and I like that you can back up as many notes as you want actually the delete feature is alsome cause it's kinda like a recycle bin. it gives you so many days of when and the desired date that it says for it will delete it. That's alsome. Cause if you change your mind you can restore it. that you guys are the best notes app in the world! Better then evernote! Everyone download today, and buy the full version!

Do you have a hard time remembering information? If so, I recommend Notepad. You can sort lists easily, change the color of your background, and easily saving your notes! But my favorite is being able to change fonts and underline important information. Another great feature is being able to restore deleted notes that you deleted (just in case you deleted notes that you need). But even then, it's almost impossible to delete your notes by accident since it asks twice! I highly recommend Notepad!

Super creepy app. Asks for too much information like location and other personal stuff. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRIVACY, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. There's even a couple of things in the settings asking if you are from a couple of certain states, you can be opted out of them selling your information to third parties. Ads are annoying as well. I don't understand why a notepad needs ads. I don't know why I would want to connect to calls through it either.

Like how you can save your documents. One frustration is during editing of a document it is constantly returning to the very bottom instead of remaining where the cursor is, so you can't see what you're editing and are constantly having to scroll back up. In a long document this is almost unacceptable, spending huge amounts of time retracing back to where you just were.

I've had multiple issues with the app in the past with it forcing me to give it my call settings. I finally gave up and turned on the settings, only for the features to not work. Not only do the not work, but I still get a pop-up every time I open the app. It's not worth trying to find a solution atp, I recommend finding a different notepad if you are looking for a basic notes app to write information on.
