Absolutely useless. Their AI systems they're using for the background questions are not accurate. I finally got through to a notarized to get a live agent way to 10 minutes if it's spinning over and over and over again and finally gave up. When to do it again a few hours later and they start asking the same questions that are incorrect. Customer service says they will not and cannot delete my information from their system. 😡

They use a video appointment with a live person to notarize the document and it makes it incredibly easy and fast. There was literally no wait time to connect, only about 20 seconds before I was able to video chat and get this done. I highly recommend using this over having to go into an office. Doing it from the comfort of your home and in your PJs is definitely the way to go 😛😊

The app didn't work to upload a picture of my ID for verification. I tried so many times. It actually uploaded and put me in front of the Notary, but then she said that I needed to upload it again (even though it was clear to her) as the computer didn't process it. I wasted time with the notary and wasted time doing the process over and over again. Another app worked well. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I wasn't charged.

The first time using this app was easy. The second time, I've never been so stressed in my life. I am having to pay to start the 1.5 page form all over again for a name that wasn't added the first time. And the amount they charge, just take your documents to your bank. So now, I'm paying twice for something customer service just told me to go fix since he doubled back and said, oh nevermind, can't do that after waiting 30 minutes to ask.

Protip: Don't pre-edit your forms if you are versed in PDF editing. I edited one of my forms on my computer when I finished notarizing the notary's city and state was overlapping mine. Luckily customer service was able to issue a refund (it took most of the day but I'm glad it was resolved the same day). I re-notarized with a blank document and everyone went smoothly. Only reason I deducted 1 star was that they save your credit info and there's no option to remove it. I spoke with customer service again and the provided me with a link for a formal request to delete information. Other than that I would use again specially during COVID times.

I just used this app yesterday, and I'm really glad I found it. I haven't had much time and recently decided to refinance my car. Let me break down the problems a lot of people have stated: the camera scanner IS a little finicky, but this is easily resolved by simply uploading your documents. It took me less than 2 minutes. My wait time to connect to the notary was also less than 5 minutes. Very friendly. Pricing is also clear: $25 initially, then $10 per signature after.

WOW!! I rarely review apps, but this is the first time I can remember having a great experience with a business transaction on the phone. This app has great software that makes this process SO easy. Fully automatic video call with a Notary a Public and she pulled up the document and edited it in real time on screen. Very quick and everything worked perfectly on my phone. Nancy (Notary) was extremely professional, very competent, and friendly. I'll always use this app for future docs - so easy!

Garbage app. Avoid if there is another service. I was able to get the notary right away, but I couldn't share the document from the app itself. The help chat was no help - questions like, "do you have a pdf reader? Which one? That must be the problem" - it's 2021. I have five ways to open a pdf on my phone, but yeah, that's the problem. I ended up going on my desktop to share the document. Huge pain and time waster.

I was excited to find an app that would allow me to use a notary in the convenience of my own home. however, I quickly became disappointed when I could not upload a photo clearly through the apps camera. The app refused to focus correctly. I tried taking a photo manually with my phone's camera and it worked fine, so it was just the app that refused to work.

The point of the review and signing process is being able to read the documents, which is nearly impossible because the type is too small, and when zooming in you have move the text left and right repeatedly to read it. The app doesn't respond to holding the phone sideways. I hope there is a PC web interface because this one sucks.

Helpful and easy to use. My only problem is that you have to close all other apps before starting a call or else the audio will not be received. I couldn't hear anything for 5 minutes before the notary on the other end suggested that I close everything and start again. Next time notify users beforehand to save time.

This site is wonderful! No more tracking down a nearby notary public, coordinating schedules and meeting up with someone else who also needs to sign a document in the presence of a notary! It's all done online, via audio-video, and takes only about 15 minutes from start to finish! Pricing is comparable to an in-person notary public fee, and the friendly service is just beyond convenient! I definitely: Recommend!

Failed 3 times... never trying again! This is not a quick or easy process, and there is no way for customers or notaries to control the in-app processes. I have tried using this app three times, and the final recommendation from the support team was to use a different app (Notarize Cam?). I am waiting for that link to try something new. Customer Support and IT were unable to provide assistance and can not override their own software to validate credentials. The developers have some work to do.

Was skeptical after reading some poor reviews but did it eventually and it worked out fine. I was connected quickly to a notary agent and the process went smoothly and didn't take too long. I did it with my mobile phone and it might've been a little faster on a pc. Payment was even less than I was expecting and reasonable. Would recommend based on my experience.

For once, something that was actually easier than it sounded. My notary was friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. The app worked flawlessly. I was stressed out about the logistics and kept delaying doing it, but it was all for nothing. The process is much better than trying to locate and meet a local Notary. I would recommend it to anyone!!!!

Bad experience. Their notaries don't seem very experienced. They also bail out if they see more than a few pages. If I need to do remote, then I'd rather just do it with a local notary via Zoom. Also more cheaper and easier to just go in person to a local office. App is also crazy to setup and unstable. Doesn't actually save if you use the camera. If you took a picture of multiple pages and press back, everything's gone. Just do in-person or mobile notary. Local is still better.

My overall experience with this app was stressful. The notarizing process was very quick and easy, 5 stars for that. My problem was when I logged in and clicked "sign document" I kept getting an error saying please try again. I was able to reach customer service (with a desktop computer, not the app) and they were quick to respond and helpful. After emailing back and forth a few times, they were unable to solve my issue. I was only able to get this to work through a desktop, NOT the app.

All I can say is wow, what a time to be alive. Beyond the app itself being really easy to navigate and convenient to use, the service is outstanding. No long waits, professional notaries (at least in my experience) and a near 24-hour service (which is really convenient when living in different time zones). I wish Google had the option for more stars, because this app would get it.

Great service and pretty easy to use. Saved me a trip AND an overnight mail fee. I had two issues. Using my Samsung G10, the sound didn't come through in speaker mode. That made it tough to hear. Looks like others have commented about this so app developer should take action. Other issue was that I was using a witness...so when it said is there more than one signer, I said yes but that was wrong and necessitated starting over with a new agent. A note about that in the app would be helpful.

The signing procedure is pretty straightforward. However I would like to point out to a potential issue. The app will provide you with a first available notary that may be outside your state even though one is available. In that case, just exit out of queue and reconnect (official recommendation) until you find someone from your state. They also say that every state has interstate acceptance statutes that provide for the recognition and acceptance of common out-of-state notarizations.
