This app is a joke. I can't access any of my appointments or anything because they keep giving me an error trying to "verify" even after speaking on the phone for help. This app does not even work. I rather fill out actual paper work at my appointments..

Absolutely the worst, most frustrating and least user friendly app. I'm uninstalling it immediately. ie; it asks for your first name you enter it and they tell you it's wrong! From there it only gets worse! Save your time and sanity and DON'T INSTALL!!!!!

Update Well thank you for your response I deleted the app ... I reinstalled it because you said it's fixed do as I was setting up the account when it was time for my birthday again I had to keep hitting the < button I'm starting from. April 2020 and to keep hitting that button to go to 1980 is to much why can't I just put in ex 02/02/80 ... If it is updated then why is that still there ... Thanks but no thanks and I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels that way I just read someone review

Do not see exactky which new item sdded. Email link every time just takes to the northwell app in Google store. We have to click on open though the aoo is already installed. All emails received are just blank with any clue of informatiom and only takes to to google aoo store. After ipening the app log in, it is hard to find what new item is added. App is stuck at forms Pharmacy Intake. At the bottom in bleu nox it shows 86%, when click there nothing hsppens. There no next or save.

The doctors on the app and the service are great, but this app really needs an overhaul. Every time you turn around, it's freezing, not loading up, or takes forever to connect. You have to uninstaller to re install. Please fix this problem, make you not want to use the app at all it's outdated (please).

Very difficult to use. Some information has to be inputed several times before saving, so annoying. When you type in, can't see what you are inputting, and it's impossible to delete word. Worse app design, I prefer to go to hospital fill the form manually

A known good username and password doesn't work. EDIT: Instead of posting the same "call us,we'll help" how about letting us know why so many of us cannot use our credentials? Is it because all of us are doing something wrong? Does it require MFA enabled? Some setting in the online Profile? FWIW, I did call, but hung up after 45 minutes of being on hold.

The app is constantly telling me that it doesn't recognize my fingerprint and then asking for my log in credentials. When I enter my email and password, the app gives me a spinning circle as if it is loading but it stays frozen on that screen. I've already tried clearing the cache. It doesn't help.

Can't get mobile to work at all. Couldn't get past the denied permissions on chrome or Firefox even though they were allowed. On Desktop, Firefox wasn't showing any options on the ready for call page, no buttons either but once the dr entered the call the call actually started. Then Used chrome but the audio was terrible, my voice was echoing on both sides

This has got to be the worst loading app I've ever used. Great when it works, I guess. But don't bother attempting to look through your appointment history, it won't load.

App was fairly easy to use. But now, eventhough my phone is old and works fine, now unable to use this app as it says its not compatible. There should be a simpler app version for those of us that don't upgrade to latest technology all the time.

Wasn't able to successfully launch a telehealth visit from the app or the weblink my provider sent. The link they sent took me to an online appointment dashboard that didn't display any appointments even though I had one scheduled. The mobile app did show the appointment, but when I clicked on the link to launch it wouldn't open properly in the browser. First it tried to launch in the Samsung browser, which had been set as the default. It said that browser wasn't supported so I should open in Chrome, but when I tried to do so it prompted me to log in again and then told me my username/pw were wrong. I tried changing Chrome to the default browser so it would open directly, but I ran into the same problem: it prompted un/pw then rejected them. When I tried to follow the reset pw link, it told me I didn't have an account registered with that email address (but I'd successfully signed in with it on both the web version and the app a few minutes prior). In the end I had to reschedule the appt as an office visit. Would appreciate someone looking into this to save others the hassle. Thanks.

This app WAS fantastic as I see multiple specialists from Northwell Health due to severe injury with many other issues that have resulted. It was so easy to less stressful to make appts, arrange for tests, view records & results, etc. Now I can't use app at all! I keep getting full screen message that my device is no longer able to use this app!! I NEED ACCESS TO MY NORTHWELL HEALTH INFO - PLEASE HELP ASAP! I'm facing major surgery in July!

The latest update dropped support for many fairly recent versions of Android. Not everyone buys a new phone every year. Edit:response to dev comment: the app states to update to the latest version to continue using it, but the latest version will not install on Android 11 and older. It is not an account issue, is it an app issue. They blocked old versions from accessing the dashboard, while preventing users from updating.
